...when I have 2+ documents open. I have seached the forum and found only incorrect answers. It's blue, in the upper right corner. Running a MacBook Pro with OS Sierra and Adobe Acrobat Reader 2019Any other program on the computer.... if you want to print, the print box gives the option in lower LEFT corner to print to PDF.I want to select certain pages to be printed.... and output them to a PDF instead of a printer.There appears to be no options.I tried to go to Printer Setup and ADD a new printer.... but there are no options for PDF.Thanks for any help
We have a forms program for real estate that allows agents to fill out contracts and save them online. Just recently when I try to save the contract within the program, I receive the Adobe Security Warning pop-up that reads: "This document is trying to connect to: file//formsserver/processsubmit/" and then gives the option to Allow, Block, Cancel. What we have found is that instead of reading the file directly from our servers, it downloads the file, places it in a temp folder, but still displays it within the browser, which seems kind of strange. Since the file is being downloaded, the connection of the save buttons we have programmed on the contract to our servers has been cut-off, thus triggering this warning statement. This started happening out of the blue with Reader 11.0.6, so I rolled back to 11.0.3, same issue. Rolled back to 10.1.4, and everything works perfectly. We just cannot seem to figure out why Reader 11 is behaving this way, and what makes it even more difficult is th

Unable to sign pdf documents; unable to find CAC reader. The CAC reader is used to log into the machine and verified functional. I've tried changing the default signing format and restarting Adobe and reverting back with no progress. Win 10 OS.
I have Acrobat Reader 2023.001.20174 installed in the office and on the home computer. In the office there's MIcrosoft Office Outlook, and "send by email" in Reader works as expected - it opens up new email with attached PDF file. At home computer, where there's no Office/Outlook, the default mail application is Windows 10 Mail, which works OK, and is configured for IMAP. Accordingly IMAP server is specified in Reader's settings under "Email accounts" In the past sending document by email from AR created draft email with the file attached in the IMAP draft folder. Now this does not happen - pressing the envelope icon in Reader quickly flashes the old email dialog, but it immediately disappears and gets replaced by Adobe Sign In dialog. If I sign in, the file gets shared in the cloud. Is there still a way to send the file via IMAP mail?

I'm having an issue with reader where every PDF I try and open the whole application crashes on me. I've tried to repair the install and I've done a fresh install with 0 success. Any help would be great as this is a bit of a time sensitive matter.
I am highlighting and adding notes to a PDF I'm working on, And I am getting "The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (110)." error. I've tried un-ticking the security options in Preferences and still nothing. Is it because of the nature of the file? It being a medical textbook with navigation and bookmark features? Could I get around this and save my edits without losing those features? Thanks! I have the most recent program too.
Hello everyone, Our Users have Issues with the Acrobat Reader DC after updating it to Version 22.001.20169. (Latest Update) When they Open a PDF File with Acrobat DC it works fine for a couple seconds and afterwards it continuesly starts to freeze and the Window is in a "not responding" state. If you wait a couple seconds it unfreezes but after another couple seconds it freezes again. This goes on continiously. When you try to close it, it will freeze again but after a couple seconds it closes. I could'nt find any solution to this Problem yet. I hope you can help me out. Thank you in advance!
We are We are using the Adobe Acrobat Reader version 23.008.20458 on MacOS 14.2.1.I have confirmed the lastet Kyocera drivers have been installed for our Model of Printer. When we try to print a PDF document that has 3 different page size, 8.5X11, 11X17, and 8.5X14 using the following print options.Actual SizeChoose Paper Source by PDF Page Size. The Document refuses to print the correct pages and all print out correctly.Of a 9 page document only page one prints to the correct page size and scale.Using Adobe the same version 23.008.20458 on Windows 11 using the exact same printer works. Bonjour,J'ai glissé dans mon drive un document pdf que j'ai l'habitude de remplir au fur et à mesure des semaines directement dans le drive. Mais depuis peu, je remplis les cases et quand je valide, rien n'apparait dans la case, alors que quand je reclique dessus il y a bien du texte dedans. Le pdf est bien un pdf intéractif. Hallo, ich hoffe ihr könnt mir hier weiterhelfen. Ich habe ein Problem bei einem Mitarbeiter der Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro verwendet Version DC Januar 2024 23.008.20458 Nachdem man eine .pdf Datei öffnet die man per Mail geschickt bekommt (egal welche und egal wie groß), sieht man oben rechts das kleine Symbol mit dem Profilbild dass anfangs grau ist und sein Konto wird automatisch nach geschätzt zwei Sekunden angemeldet, wenn man nach dieser Anmeldung zb auf das Zoom Symbol klickt oder nur auf und ab scrollt hängt sich der Acrobat Reader komplett auf und wird grau. Nach 20 Sekunden fängt sich das Programm wieder und es funktioniert für kurze Zeit. Ich habe wirklich keine Ahnung an was das liegt und benötige schnellstmöglich eine Lösung dafür. Am PC selber kann es nicht liegen, dieser ist nur minimal ausgelastet und in der Ereignisanzeige findet sich auch keine Fehlermeldung..
How can i disable the recent file window pop up after printing?
Incorrect display of the Montserrat font (regular/bold) in Adobe Acrobat, white spots are visible.However, if you zoom in a bit (take a closer look), these white spots disappear, and everything is okay.(The sheet was exported from ArchiCAD; if exported from other software, it displays fine in the reader).Help with resolving the issue.
Over the weekend, we updated to the newest version of Adobe Reader DC MUI (21.005.20058) in our offices. This morning, everyone was getting the following popup: Selecting "Open Reader with the AppContainer disabled inside Protected Mode" and clicking OK allows us to open Adobe, but as soon as you re-enable AppContainer then restart Adobe Reader, the popup returns. This happens opening the app directly or opening PDFs both on machine and in network shares. We haven't changed anything in our policies recently so we're not sure what the cause could be, and searching online, this seems to be an on-and-off issue with no clear fix and not necessarily related to this updated. Any suggestions of solutions to try would be appreciated.
Files Synced to a computer via the OneDrive client may either be synced locally or may not actually exist on the local machine to save space and bandwidth. When a user double-clicks on a file in Finder (MacOS) Finder, something prompts OneDrive to Download the file before Acrobat is prompted to open the file. However, if the file is not local and it is opened from within the File > Open menu of Acrobat, nothing happens. If Acrobat is logging an error, I couldn't find it. Honestly, I'm not sure what is supposed to trigger the download. Hard to call this an Acrobat bug, but maybe Adobe could make it work. My workaround is to mark the entire sync folder to "Always stay on this device" as my PDFs are scattered in many folders. MacOS Sonoma 14.1 (23B74)Adobe Acrobat Pro 2023.008.20458
Just doesn't work, a year ago I was able to sign completely fine, use the app as intended, read, zoom, no issues. Now it just doesn't work, every time I try to sign it prompts up an error message or just takes an insanely long time to load. Starting up the program is a gamble between working and being stuck of loading. I tried uninstalling an reinstalling to hopefully fix my issues, and it just completely broke.Adobe just gets worse by the year and I wish there were better alternatives to Adobe over all.
In Adobe Acrobat Reader for MS I cannot get the Fill and Sign icon to appeasr in teh tool bar. When I go to customise toolbar it is checked but it won't appear in the bar
When some people at my work attempt to sign documents in adobe acrobat reader DC their names is unreadable. I think I have tracked down the problem to a font but I'm not sure how to fix it. It seems the problem computers do not embed the font into the PDF when signing but the working computers do. No matter how much I search I have not had any luck finding out how to fix this. I have even reinstalled a few times. Has anyone seen this before? Thank you

Dear developers,Old versions of Adobe included the ability to use the "look up" feature that would redirect to the dictionary.reference.com website. This feature was removed in the most recent update. This is terrible for those of us who are not native English speakers and need to improve our English vocabulary. Hi,I am adressing an old problem where, when a user logs off from an RD server, his temprorary profile (mounted user profile disk in this case) in C:\Users\ isn't deleted because there are files stuck on the following path: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Temp\71\acrobat_sbx The files have a Z@XXXXX.tmp name, where the XXXXX are random characters.The in the path 71 appears to be a random number. I'm having difficulties in reproducing what exactly goes wrong and creates these files there.It looks as if it doesn't occur with every PDF (we get a lot, being a printing company) and earlier documentation on this suggests it happens when a PDF is getting printed.With administrator rights I can delete the orphaned profile folders, perhaps even automate the process, but I'd rather see that this didn't happen at all.Searching the net results in articles that claim a certain update has solved the matter, only for it to arise again, like a phoenix from the ashes, after a whil
