Hi Guys, I have a PDF form that is SECURED but has editbale fields on it. I have a checkbox as well as a field on the Signature. Checkbox is editable but the signature field is not editable if I open on Acrobat Reader. If i open the file within any browser or other PDF reader, it works fine.
Hello,we just want to extend our Adobe Acrobat Reader Distribution License for the coming year. We filled out the form, but in the PDF file we got from Adobe our Company Name is not mentioned there as the Distributors Name. My personal name is mentioned as the Distributors name. What are we doing wrong ?We need to extend our license till the end of this month. Thanks in advance
I recently got a new work computer and of course downloaded Reader as I had in the past. I have a pro subscription and all the tools were available on the previous version I had. I no longer have extract, organize or combine in my tools area. I realize this is an option on the webpage, but I prefer the regular reader as I do more work there. Am I missing something? Do I need to download a different program? I've attached a screenshot of the tools in my current reader.

I am dealing with multi thousand page docuements and experiencing a host of problems with Actrobat DC. For example, I scroll down the pages Acrobat does not show the bookmarks associted with those pages (I have zero idea why the Heck Adobe cant' fix this dumb problem). Also I often have to run OCR to recognize text, and with muti thousand page files, this can take a terribly long time. Is there a way to select a range of pages to scan? And, if I decide to give up on a scan after an hour or two, is there a wayt to force DC to stop (other than control/alt/delete)? I keep clicking cancel, and DC just ignores me.
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version: 2019.021.20047Workstation operating system: Windows 10 Pro 64bit 1903 (Build 18362.388)Fileserver operating system: Windows Server 2019 DC 1809 (Build 17763.678) Hello, eversince we upgraded to Windows 10, we have been seeing this issue: When trying to open a PDF file from a DFS network share via double-click in Windows Explorer and Reader DC already running, the file does not open (no error message or other reaction). This problem does not occur if:"Enable Protected Mode at startup" under "Security (Enhanced)" is disabled (not a solution).Additional PDF files are instead drag & dropped into Reader DC.Additional PDF files are opened via "File > Open" or the file history.Reader DC is not already running. The first PDF on a DFS share opens successfully via double-click.the workstation operating system is Windows 7 (Pro 64bit in my case).the network share is mapped with the fileserver name instead of the DFS-path.

Hi all,Hope someone can help there.I recently joined a new company which provided me an adobe Pro account in order to use Acrobat for signing our company internal PDF document.I downloaded the app (Acrobat Reader) and it went well but when trying to use the "sign" option in Acrobat reader, I always got denied with a message asking to ask for the administrator to authorise this service. Unfortunately from the admin console (I ask my boss to check) my user is there and apparently I'm allowed to use the feature.Any idea what could prevent this feature ?PS: I tried to uninstall / reinstall Acrobat Reader but with no luckThanks for your help in advance
Currently, clicking and dragging with the middle mouse button results in the document scrolling at a (rather extreme) rate of speed that is determined how far away your cursor is from where you first clicked the button. The document will scroll continuously until you either move your cursor back closer to its initial location, or release the mouse button. I would much prefer the behavior to be like what you get when you hold space and then click and drag with the left mouse button. I.e., you "drag" the document around with the mouse, and the document only moves as much as you "drag" it. I can't find any settings anywhere that seem to have anything to do with the mouse. Am I blind? Or is this behavior not configurable?
Since I updated my Imac to Mac OS Ventura the pdf attachements to Emails using Outlook for Mac, doesnt show the adobe icon anymore. Instead of that a little grey icon is showed. Preview and file open are working ok. I contacted Apple and they informed me that the problem lies in the logic how this icons are showed and that this is something Adobe has to adapt. Can you help me to fix this issue?
I have had the Adobe Chrome extension for months and recently the "Open in Desktop App" button stopped working. Everything else about Acrobat Reader and the chrome extension work fine, but in Chrome if I click the "Open in Desktop App" button, nothing happens at all. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Acrobat and the extension to no avail. Any other steps or things to try? I'm on an M1 Macbook Pro running Ventura but this issue started before the update to Ventura.

It searches for: 315A1509 but not when I type 315A1509-507. This ID number is present in file. Thank you.
Hello,I'm using Acrobat Reader (currently the latest available 64-bit version for MS Windows, i.e. 2023.001.20174) under MS Windows 10. I chose to use a different PDF viewer as the default due to lower operational footprint of the alternative viewer, but I want to use Acrobat Reader ocassionally for certain more advanced features (e.g. electronically signing documents) as necessary. Unfortunately, Acrobat Reader changes the assignment of the default PDF viewer/handler to itself as soon as I open it in spite of the fact that I didn't enable the setting to notify me about possibly different default handler (and even less to change it silently in the background in spite of my preferences). I understand that Adobe developers may be in a difficult position considering the fact that Microsoft Edge (installed by default on MS Windows) changes the default to itself sometimes as well (there are ways to circumvent it with MS Edge, but not easy to find for newcomers), but that's no excuse for Ado
- corporate environment- domain-joined computers- local users do not have admin rights- Reader DC is deployed to all machines as part of standard image- no software blacklist- nothing in GPO related to Adobe reader Adobe Reader DC has been disappearing from computers around my network. Multiple locations, multiple users - no common threads there. It works, and then one day people find that the computer is defaulting to opening PDFs with one browser or another, and Reader DC is totally gone from the computer. Easy enough to download and reinstall, but what is causing it to vanish?
When I try to convert I get the error message "Internal Server Error: An error occurred while connecting to the service. Please try again later" I do try but the error persists and has done for several days. I have previously coverted all types of documents no problem and as far as I can see my account is paid up and cpable of conversion.

Nach der Anmeldung bekomme ich die Datei nicht angehangen an die E-Mail sondern nur den Link zur Adobe Cloud für das File. Ich möchte es aber an die E-Mail anhängen. Vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen.
Update to Adobe Acrobat Reader 23.001.20174 was installed on my pc last week. Since then when I click on the camera to take a snapshot, I still get the pop-up box that says it copied it, but when I go to paste that snapshot into any other doc (word or e-mail) it won't allow me to paste it. It's like it really didn't copy it.
Adobe Reader DC starts up with the Tools menu down the right side. Can the startup be modified so it starts and stays as a full screen view without seeing the tools unless asked for?
I'm attempting to Enable and Lock down Run in AppContianer by modifying the registry. If I enable Run in appContiner it works fine but if I enable and lock it down the check box disapears and the option is grayed out.

I previously had an account through my work. However, I finished my contract and needed to get a private adobe account installed. I did the following:- leave organisation- delete account Download and install acrobat reader for Mac (version 10.15.7). Every time I open a document I am asked to login with my previous (work) account… (see attachment)- I am unable to change to my new account- I am unable to login with my old account, as it is deleted Which means, I am unable to use the program.- I tried deleting and reinstalling, but nothing helped. - I am still asked to use my work login. What did I do wrong, and how am I able to fix it?
