Hello, First of all, I'm a Mac user. That could be important.I have a Canon MFP which can print booklets and has its own options. The options are available from all my programs suchlike Word, Pages or Preview. But, when I try to print a booklet from Adobe Reader DC, the option is greyed out in my printer dialog box.I can only chose the booklet printing options integrated in the Adobe software which offer less settings. Does anyone know how to solve that ? Thank you for your help 🙂
Hello every nyan.I have this issue where whenever I quick print something, (right click and select print), acrobat opens up and stays open for some odd reason. I don't understand why this needs to happen, as I didn't open it, and it just stays on showing me the last opened files.I'm using windows 10 and the version of reader I'm using is 20142
readerdc_jp_xa_install.exeを「管理者として実行」をしてもダメでした。ウイルス対策ソフトも一時無効化しましたがダメでした。ヘルプデスクに問合せてもわかりませんとのこと。ご教示のほど、よろしくお願いします。

Hi There After converting PDF to PDF/A (standard compliance) blue ribbon isn't appearing on top of the document. My adobe acrobat pro dc was updated recently and after that I'm facing this issue. whereas others can see blue ribbon on top of the document and their Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version is 2021.001.20138. Each individual has different adobe version.Note: my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version is 2021.005.20060. I don't know previous version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC that was installed in my system, but it was working fine and I was able to see blue ribbon on top of the document.
Hi Guys,I have one user with this issue in Adobe Reader (works fine in other PDF Readers). When you open any PDF it comes up OK but the second you click, or even wave your mouse, in the body of the PDF the screen gets corrupted - like this:Click off the main window ie in the menu's or even scroll bars and the corruption disappears. Click or move the mouse over the body of the PDF and it immediately does this again. No-one else has this issue and they can all open and view the same PDF the user is trying to access. I've updated Reader to the latest version. I've done a repair, uninstall/re-install. Just downloaded and installed the latest Radeon Drivers (Radeon 5 3400G CPU) etc to no avail. I've checked and unchecked 'Show Large Images' in Preferences (run across that one before!)I installed another PDF reader and its opening them fine - only seems to be affecting Adobe Reader and only on this PC.Any ideas? Running Win 10, Office 2016 Pro Plus and not much else at all 😉
I am exporting a Videopad (vpj) project file to Utube and get this message.."Exceeded quota"I googled and found that this is not a Utube issue, rather it is on the Adobe side. Can someone explain this to me? And, will it be corrected?John North

Hello! On 1-JAN-2023 I want to update my Europass. However, I have been facing some issues with the conversion service. The document converted to .docx loses some formatting and some letters in words become one (ligature) causing spelling errors. See the attached documents. If you look at the .docx you will see that the converter changed:LibreOfficeTOLibreOffice(notice the “ffi” which appears as one word giving spelling errors and has to be fixed manually all over the document). Also notice that in quotation marks sometimes it adds a space before the closing symbol. Can this be improved in the converter before 1-JAN-2023? Thanks!
Hello Community! One of my team members is experiencing an intermittent issue saving annotated documents to a network drive. At first I thought it was something in the file name, but that didn't turn out to be the reason. We have removed and reinstalled the app but still get the same error. Has anyone else run across this before? First time posting so if I'm asking this in the wrong group I apologize. Please point me in the right direction. Thank you, Jason
I keep my PDF files on Microsoft OneDrive. I would like to insert on OneNote page the link on the PDF file and I need that Acrobat Reader desktop will be opened when I click on the link. I was able to insert a URL on OneNote page but it opens the document on the web.Is there any way to have an URL that will open PDF file in Adober Reader desktop? Thanks in advance. Slava

Hi allsince 5 years we create PDF files from our application using QuickPDF. The latest Adobe Reader version (2018.009020044) has a strange behaviour. It doesn't show any content and the AcroRD32.exe process do not close properly when closing the Reader file.It just keeps running in the background. It seems, that it's only a problem in the this version (2018.009020044) all earlier version do not have any issues with the PDF we create. Also Firefox / Chrome handle it correctlyThe issue occurs in Windows 7 and Windows 10 x64.Anyone else that have had issues with the newest version?Any help would be highly appreciated?
Experiencing the strangest thing; I have a series of PDFs that have fields pre-filled out on various pages of the document. When opening said PDFs in macOS Preview or Chrome/Firefox's built-in PDF readers, the files read correctly with all fields filled out. However when when opening with Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat DC, the fields are only filled out as long as you select the page number at the top (or using Organize Pages to jump to a page). If you scroll to the page, all the fields are blank. Again, these PDFs load perfectly in other PDF software, and even work in Acrobat and Reader provided you don't scroll down to a page. Tested on several macOS and Windows machines with various versions of both Reader and DC. Can't provide an example file because of NDA but was wondering if this is something anyone has seen before?
when ı open 3d pdfs and try to move in any direction animation is super choppy and it is almost impossible to move the object than ı went into the preferences to change the rendering option to opengl insted of default ''software'' but then the render window shrinked down. How can ı fix this ?
It must have just been an update because I've never had this issue before. Now in Adobe Reader, when you select the comment tool or click on a comment in the document, say you click on a highlighted section to delete, the side bar pops open with the user name and date the comment was made. It's the option to reply to the comment. Even when you minimize the side bar, it CONSTANTLY pops up if you click any comment. How do you disable that feature or the side bar entirely? This is by far the most frustrating update I've ever seen for Reader.
Hello - when using GoToMyPc, blank pages print using my remote printer. I have tried updating and restarting and still get an error message then the blank page. It looks like this was an issue in 2021 and there is a patch. That patch does not work according to my local network person. Is there a new patch? Attached are the error message that come up.
Hi! since the latest Acrobat Reader Update to "2022.00120169" 64Bit there is a bug in the comments function: in the German version, there are now two shortcuts with the button "E" in the list: in the past there was only "settings" (Eigenschaften), now there is also "set status" which responses first on the shortcut button E. I added a screenshot, when right clicking on comments. please fix!
Just installed Windows 10 fresh, ran windows updates and driver updates. Download Adobe Reader DC from Adobe’s site and the installer at the end says “Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Installation complete” but has a red “x” icon next to the completed status bar instead of a green checkmark. No error message or anything of value that might help me determine what the problem is.
Experiencing issue. When going through the steps, an error message shows and I don't know why. Here is what the error message says: "User provisional in sign with different IMS profile" Thanks for any help with this issue. It was working fine before. Thanks,Fiona
Over the last several years of editing documents in Reader and Acrobat, I have adopted a habit (potentially in bad form) of hitting escape after writing a comment with the replace text tool to close the dialog window. However, in the last few weeks this has caused the typed text to be removed, which it has not done before, such that the edit is just an empty replace text note. Is it possible I have changed a setting somewhere? I suppose a solution would be to just unlearn this habit. In that case, is there a keyboard command to close the text input that retains the text?
It seems I have found my way to the autosave folder in (C:\Users\LENOVO\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\AutoSave) and got 121 temp files there but the problem I am facing is I can't open those files. every time I try to open a .temp file it prompts with an error saying, "It can't be open either it's not a supported file type or it is damaged). I tried renaming it, changing the extension and even changing location though I know it won't help :P. Does anyone know how to open it? It would save my hours and it was my college assignment -_- why you crash adobe why -_-
Hi, I have a customer whom creates encypted PDF files and encrypts them in SodaPDF (the default is 256bit AES encryption). When attempting to open the file with supplied/correct password Acrobat reader states it cannot decrypt the file.I can replicate the issue myself and have created a test file. The files opens in SodaPDF (duh) and also SumatraPDF fine but not Acrobat Reader.Changing the encryption in SodaPDF to 128bit AES works fine in all apps (sumatra, acrobat etc) Any reason why this is happening? Test file attached, password is Password1234 Many thanks,
Speaking about last Windows 11 preview before the open version next after tomorrow day. When I try to login in Acrobat, the login window opens but shows me a message that I must upgrade my operating system. And obviously I can't login. I suppouse that Application Manager perhaps doesn't support the new Windows. Any help?
On Windows 2019 server I get this message while trying to install the Adobe Reader DC 21.005.20048. The software is installed then and can be used without any issues. Any ideas?
