Hi,all of my problem is described in the subject. More precisely, when trying to insert an audio comment in my pdf file I first get the right small window to begin recording my audio comment. But when I click on the record button I get an error message. Curiously I managed to insert audio comments but only on another PC, running window 7, not windows 10.Any help appreciated, thank's in advance,F. Baldit.
I used to have access to Creative Cloud through my ex employer. Every time I try to use Adobe Acrobat (just reader not pro) I am asked to log in to my account for whom I no longer work. I have deleted Creative Cloud, wiped my PC clean (Windows 11 reset), reinstalled Adobe Acrobat and still being asked to log in. Very frustrating.
Dear Adobe Support Team,I am reaching out regarding a limitation we are facing with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Currently, only three users can be logged in simultaneously. If a fourth user needs access, one of the existing users must log out to allow the new login.Could you please advise if it is possible to increase the number of concurrent users for our account? If so, what steps or additional licensing would be required to enable this functionality?Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,
Hi. I have one question for language expression on the Adobe Acrobat Reader download web page. When I tried to download Acrobat Reader installation for Korean language, I found this one. Why the 64bit version selection language expression is 'Korian'? If it means 'Korean' it should be 'Korean'.
Hello. Recently, as in just in the last month since Adobe Reader auto updated, I struggle with print consistency. I will open a PDF file that we have printed thousands of times before with no issues, hit print, and it comes out of the printer with all colors negative to what they should be, whether I print greyscale or not. (see image for example). I have since figured out that the "Print as Image" selection is what causes this. Why? I haven't figured that out. But I have figured out that this is the root cause for sure. When I uncheck this selection, it prints fine. HOWEVER, I am also unable to reliably uncheck it. Checking other forums/discussions lead me to believe that simply unchecking grayscale will allow me to access this, but it only works 50% of the time randomly. I have no idea how to fix this issue, and it is the same whether I "disable new acrobat reader" or not. This just started happening with the new update, we have never had this issue before.Furthermore, It will not sa

Hi,I recent turned 3 word documents into PDFs using the "Print" feature on my mac from within Word. Two of them came out great. The third one LOOKS great, but when you try to copy the text from the PDF and then paste into a Word document (or notepad or anywhere!), it appears with one word per line, like one long column.Itendsuplookinglikethis! The other two PDFs copy and paste just fine. We do want our users to be able to copy and paste parts of these documents, and I can't figure out what is different about the third PDF. Even if I just highlight two words in the middle of a sentence and try to paste those, they still show up in a column format with one word per line.Any ideas how to get rid of this without actually retyping the entire Word document? Thanks so much in advance!

Okay. I'm using the latest iteration of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I'm tryin gto print a 24X36" map I've drawn, using the Poster setting. I set it for Landscape Print, and the Preview shows all of the 'tiles' - 9 of them - laid out as Landscape. I print it, it works fine. Then I check the 'Cut Marks' box and suddenly, each tile has flipped to Portrait, and now I have 15 tiles. And this is exactly how it prints, regardless the selection of Portrait or Landscape.I uncheck 'Cut Marks' and it goes back to 9 Landscape-oriented tiles, which all print fine.I want the 'Cut Marks' for assembly of the map, but not at the expense of almost twice the number of sheets of paper. Is there a way to get 'Cut Marks' and maintain the tiles printing in Landscape orientation, or no?
I got a problem with my Adobe Creative Suite 4 and reinstalled it from my CDs. I then downloaded the latest version of Reader and now I got a a couple of problems that I cannot figure out a solution for.1. I have an existing PDF file created in Acrobat Pro 9.0. Using the same program I then want to add to it a PDF file that was created using Photoshop and saved as a PDF. This generates an error message "an incorrect structure was found in the pdf". I have spent hours trying ot figure out how to solve this but I'm stuck.2. The AcrobatReader I downloaded is the latest version. Whn opening an existing PDF document with it the Reader freezes after about 3-4 seconds and then it is "not responding" for about 15 seconds before it works as it should. I cannot figure out how to solve that either. Thankful for any suggestions on why this is and how to solve it.

Hello guys. I am using adobe acrobat reader on MacBook Pro 2019, MacOS Sequoia.I could use command + P before but after installing a new HP printer that I was using before this message started to pop upBefore you can perform print-related tasks such as page setup or printing a document, you need to install a printer.I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the application but it still doesn't work.
Hi, I have been having this problem for weeks and it is infuriating. I almost exclusively print projects using Adobe Acrobat, and I'm often printing booklets. My printer does saddle-stitch folding and stapling. When I print booklets, I always pick "Booklet" under "Paper Size & Handling" so that it will reoder the pages correctly. Then I select the "Printer..." button at the bottom of the menu and tell my printer to fold/staple accordingly. For 10 years, Acrobat would automatically know that a "Booklet" is a double-sided, short edge print. I have never had problems with this, until a month ago. Now, Acrobat doesn't seem to understand what a "Booklet" is. Every time I print one (which I do several a week), I have to manually tell it that I want Short Edge printing in the "Printer..." menu. When I happen to forget, I get a document FULL of blank and upside-down pages. Please help. What in the world is causing this. I have so tired of this bug!!!
Hello, My organisation is retiring our internal Certificate Authority which has been used to issue certificates used to sign PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat Reader and Pro. Our business processes will continue to digitally sign PDF documents even when no CA is available, so we're looking to automate creation of a self-signed certificate in Microsoft Windows. We are well aware the implications of using self-signed certificates and 'trust' in this scenario - this is not relevant to our organisation. The issue is that Adobe Acrobat Reader does not list the user's self-signed certificate. I've tried adding the certificate to the user's Trusted CA store, and specifying all key usage values while creating it, trying to set the usage options within Acrobat's "Digital ID and Trusted Certificate Settings" etc ... but nothing so far has allowed me to use the self-signed certificate to digitally sign a PDF. Can anyone help with this please?
I am a user of Acrobat Desktop, ever since i uninstalled and reinstalled a the reader it keeps displaying a popup asking me to start a free trial or buy acroba; it prohibits me from accessing the rest of the document which I own and when i try to close the popup, the whole application closes. This started happening last week and since then ive been using my browser's inbuilt pdf viewer. I am disappointed in Acrobat's bug/feature in an attempt to make more money prohibiting me from using a free pdf reader as stated at https://get.adobe.com/reader/ My disappointment is immeseasurable and my day is ruined. P.S. I have attached a video of what happens as explained in text.
Acrobat Reader was running poorly (spinning wheel), so I decided to reinstall it from their site. No problem right because I am a loyal Cloud customer and we can trust Adobe! Wrong. The devious installer put "McAfee Safe Connect" GARBAGE software on my Win10 PC, without my permission. It is a god awful experience trying to get rid of it and I have not done so yet. McAfee are complete LIARS, their advertised uninstall via Windows usual methods is BS that just removes the reference to the name of the program from a list. Wtf Adobe are you not making enough $$ that you have to screw with long time Cloud subscribers??
The attached PDF looks right in Chrome, Mac PDF Preview, Edge and even mobile but it looks wrong in Acrobar. The attached file `test.pdf` looks ok in all, including Acrobat. The difference I noticed is that `test.pdf` doesn't have `GS` elements. Any idea why `gs` element might affect Acrobat rendering?Regards.Fernando.-
