Acrobat Reader Mobile

I've just subscribed to Acrobat pro in order to send pdf files with video but on opening Acrobat I cannot see the video tool described in the Tutorial (see screenshot of my pdf file opened with Acrobat). I seem to have a much smaller set of tools than shown in the tutorial video.  I am using an iPad (9th generation) operating iPadOS version 17.4.1. I am non technical but would appreciate any help.  Thanks 

Hello and appreciate your guidance.I have multiple Adobe folders across my iDevices in particular on both my iPad and iPad under 'Save files to this device'. Of course the contents are not the same ! I also have a free Adobe cloud storage under my name which populates when I open something in Adobe or am using free versions of Scan or the Sign function of old. ideally I'd like one Adobe Web Storage - and to sync these Afobe folders on my iPad and iPhone into the existing free Adobe Cloud Storage I already have. How can I easily do this ??Thank you, David

I signed up for the one week free trial but cancelled my trial the next day but was still charged for the whole year subscription. I contacted apple support and they denied my request of refund and asked me to contact the app developer directly. I do not want a whole year subscription as i do not even use it. Just wanted to try it out. Please help!!!

While teaching, i dont want to see the editing tools on the side.  Is there a way to view PDF ONLY, with no tools or anything in view?

The lasted update is horrible, when searching word , results appear in empty page as in attached  screenshot!!! Please, slove this problem ASAP.

En el Ipad se me ha vuelto a poner la paleta de colores antigua en la herramienta subrayador en Adobe Reader. ¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo? La versatilidad de estos colores es mucho menor que la de la paleta nueva.

Hi,I am using adobe acrobat in iPad for last couple of years, recently updated it to latest version. Now with the new version I can not annotate pdf files effectively due to higher line thikness ( even after choosing the smallest thikness. Another problem that arises in the new version is that I can't write note on pdf file as the line thickness is high it is taking much more space for fewer words in the pdf file. Is there any way to use old version of adobe acrobat reader. Is there any fix for that. regards,Beni

Actually, I paid money by my mistake. But Idk why it doesn't cancel. I need to cancel. You don't need to check back to me, can u cancel my progress plz? 

On my Samsung S22 Ultra all of a sudden my screenshots are being converted to pdfs. I'm sure it is a setting but I can't find where it is to stop it. 

I am on IPAD and i am trying to see if i can bring up the bookmarks for my pdf docuement and the only way it seems i can do this is by click on the bookmark button in the top right corner. This technically works, but the bookmark window that comes up overlaps with my document and it make it hard to see what is on the document and it is also i awackward way that involver mutple clicks. I would like it I go have the bookmarks apear on the side like they do in a typlicall pdf document on a mac or pc.  Is there a way to do this? This is such a beatufull feature to have since it makes navigating documents easy.
