Acrobat Reader Mobile

I am unable to open adobe acrobat reader intune app which was installed in my ipad after recent update of ios...it says the developer need to update the app ....I haven't backed up my data in the app....is there a way to update or transfer the data        

Hi, I was trying to avail the 7 day free trial. But in the process somehow ended up paying the amount for a full month. I don't know how it happened,but is there any chance I can get back the money?

Please help me, I need my W-2 and its a PDFWITH password.  And it won't let me print.I need it for my taxes.

I need help with this issue I'm trying to convert some items into docx and it used to work perfectly for me until a couple days ago when I now ipload the paper onto acrobat reader and it comes out all blurry and out of the place how do I fix this issue it's for 4x6 labels and it used to work like a breeze can someone help me figure this out and get it working again I'm so confused and Adobe doesn't even offer support for this again this is for Adobe acrobat reader mobile not dc! 

I have the $9.99 monthly subscription for Acrobat.  I need to edit documents frequently. EVERY TIME I have to unsubscribe and resubscribe in order to edit a document, because when I go to edit, I get the message "Purchase complete. Waiting for feature activation" on my screen for hours.   When I subscribe again, I can edit the document.  Please help as this is super frustrating and time consuming.  I am on an IPad, but happens on my Iphone as well. I have already tried deleting, and downloading app again.   

Could someone please tell me if files in my iOS app will sync across my 2 Apple devices? I'm a premium user 

I can highlight the text but when i close the text the system doesn’t save it, when i reopen the pdf it remains the save, no highlighted text

I've created a form for employees to fill out and it works great when they open the file on a PC; but, when they open the file on their iPhone via the Outlook app, the fillable fileds and buttons disappear. There isn't an option an "open with" option anymore so they can't open it in Acrobat Reader or Adobe Fill and Sign.  If they download the file, then open it in either of the Adobe apps, the fields still don't appear.  Any work arounds for this, or will we just have to use PCs to fill and sign forms?  

Hello all,  I've come here seeking assistant as I can no longer figure this out myself. I'm an o365 global admin, i managed our inTune environment. It seems that as of 2 weeks ago our Adobe App no longer allows managed applications to open in Adobe anymore using the "Import to Adobe" shortcut, or the Open in the feature. It will open the document if we select "Copy to Acrobat", the problem we then witness is the option to share via email have then also disappeared.  Our MAM policies only allow transferring to managed apps, which has been this way for a long time and Adobe Reader is in the policy applied to the phone, I've also tried excluding myself from the Adobe config policies but the config policies don't seem to be doing anything with or without exception? Anyone else noticing this behavior... im using Version 20.02.01  thanks 

How can I view thumbnails on iOS app? I'm using iPhone 8 and iPad mini. I can only scroll up/down or right/left, but wanting to see those thumbnails to be able to find a specific page easily. Thanks.

I just downloaded the app and at first was able to see thumbnails but now can't access it. How can I get it back?

After my initial download of this android app I chose to log in under gmail but was unable to choose which gmail account I wanted to sign in under. I am trying to change/update that now but am unclear how.Request t assistance. Thank you in advance.

I have a ton of PDF's I need to upload, so when my iPad is reformatted (it's a work thing) I can put them back on my iPad?  I don't want to spend 3 days emailing myself each document so I can copy back.  Help!!! And thank you for any advise!

Hi folks, on my phone let's say I put in some comments to a PDF that I opened from Document Cloud.Shouldn't I expect to see those comments when I open that PDF from DC on my computer?Specifically this is an Android phone but I suppose the question applies to any mobile device (phone or tablet).

According to our company's file policyWhen sending PDF with emails, the file must be encrypted and not edited. We encountered a problem.The encrypted file can modify comment in the PC version of Adobe readerAfter the mobile version, it can not be edited, the screen will pop up to indicate that the encrypted file can not be modified I am very sure that the file encryption allows modification of comments, so that third-party vendors can review the content Can anyone provide any help on this?

Llevo meses con adobe pdf con suscripción pagada, y todo bien, pero ahora no me deja ni editar, me pide que me suscriba y cuando le doy, me dice que ya lo estoy, pero no me funciona. Igual le doy a actualizar suscripciones y tampoco me permite, me da error! Porfavor necesito que me lo arreglen !

I saved a PDF file to Adobe Document Cloud while on my Mac. When I opened the document from my iPad and tried to comment, the document responded with the error message "please set up on email account on your device and try again."  Please help

I got Adobe for the iPhone thinking that the same account could be accessed on the computer. I paid for the yearly subscription which is $47 about 2 months ago, so I just tried to connect it to my laptop thinking I can edit documents there. I see now that I can't. Is it possible to cancel that subscription and get a refund for the time remaining so that I can get it on my laptop instead of having to pay $40 again?
