I have an iPad iOS ver 11.2.5 that I have been filling out PDF's for years using Adobe Reader by simply inserting a text box. I then choose to share this item to a cloud service my work uses and I am now having issues. I'll explain below. I open the PDF file. I insert my text I need to. it shows up. I then get done filling it out and when I export it to our cloud service (which we have been doing for years) it exports it as an HTML format. And is not viewable. If I "back out" to check another form I filled out, then go back to the original PDF everything I input is missing. Any advice anyone could give me would be appreciated.
I subscribed and did the payment but I still can't use the premium app. What should i do?
I have my first problem after using F&S for years: I am using it on 3 machines: Win 10, Iphone, Ipad. The latter makes the problem (I guess this might have to do with one of the recent upgrades and patches from Apple to get their 13.1. going). I lost my signature on the Ipad and logged out to log in again (this is what works if the signature cannot be loaded). Once logged out I tried to log in again: username OK, passwort OK, then there should be a window for the input of the security code which comes via SMS. I receive the code, but I don't get the window. Instead it says the logon has failed.... I have de-installed the app several times and reinstalled - no result. Any idea? Thanks Franz
After a recent update on iPad , Acrobat Reader is failing to launch. I don't want to just uninstall and then reinstall the app as I will lose all of the documents I have stored there, including Lonely Planet e-books. Any help greatly appreciated. I have the latest versions of both the app and iOS installed. [Title renamed by moderator] Topics
Hello, We are having issues with the Adobe app on our iPads. Ever since the most recent Apple update when we go to attach a PDF from Adobe into the mail app to send it does not always attach. The only way to get it to attach is to double click the home button and then close Adobe Reader and go back into it. However the PDF file only gets saved about 50% of the time so then we have to completely start the process over. Is anyone else having this issue or know of a fix? Thanks! I have an Adobe 8 PRO SUBSCRIPTION FOR MY PC. Can I use that on my iPad Pro? Thanks, Marc
I wanted to edit a pdf on the Adobe app. It said I needed a subscription. I added the subscription but it's still asking me to add it. When I go to add it again it says that I have the subscription. But when I go to edit the pdf it just asks me to add the subscription. I can't get by this. I have signed out and signed back in. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I don't know what else to do.

I am using acrobat for iPad. But all my files are stored locally. How do I get them all to backup to the cloud? I have 100 or so files so transferring one at a time is a pain. Is there an easy way to see all the files on multiple devices? Would upgrading help?

I am trying to open adobe forms from a Govt of Canada website and the following message keeps cropping up. But I have downloaded the latest adobe from the App Store. I don't understand why I am unable to open these forms. Please assist. The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher. You may not have the Adobe Reader installed or your viewing environment may not be properly configured to use Adobe Reader. For information on how to install Adobe Reader and configure your viewing environment please see http://www.adobe.com/go/pdf_forms_configure.
On this latest version of reader for Android, comments made using the commentary tool bar are created, but are not saved in the document. This is ABSOLUTELY beyond frustrating. My work flow involves creating, reviewing, editing, and publishing engineering plans and documents. For as long as I've been doing it, up until now, my tablet would allow me to review and electronically comment plan sets that I transfer to my device, and KEEP those comments when i transfer them back. It would automatically save the changes and i could direct action on my commentary when i redistribute the file. I'm not going to use "the cloud" that you've decided to start pushing. As a governmental employee, I can't direct my agency to disregard our security protical and start using this platform. If basic the functionality of saving comments to the base file locally stored is "No Longer Supported", then i guess Adobe and i will have to part ways. Which is too bad, as I've found your tool
