Acrobat Reader Mobile

Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad​My Adobe reader on iOS recently got updated to version 18.09.13 and became unresponsive at home even after trying several times so I uninstalled and reinstalled without any choice left but now I lost all my files stored at local. Is there any way to get them back ? it's very important please answer the query as soon as possible.

The App blocked on te start page. Restarted my iPhone SE but te problem remained. After unistallation of the App it is not possible to reinstall the App. itcdeems to be still there, with button ‘OPEN’ but nothing happens when I press that button.on my iPhone I have this icon.Please help.

Upon importing a document with text already inside the pdf, the adobe fill and sign import process on the iPad seems to eliminate all text that was filled in.  Seems to be a new issue.

I uploaded so many pdf files, but way less than the 2GB limit that we have on the Adobe cloud account.Its been like 2 months that I last accessed them. But when I tried to access them today, there are no documents on the cloud at all.I am surprised as to where the files have disappeared.PLease help of there is a way to recover them.Anyone faced with similar issues?

Hi , I have uploaded the recent updates for the reader and now we cant "share of copy" through our jobbing app tradify , there is no option to add more apps and our previous tradify app isnt displayed so we cant  upload our PDfs to sign off our jobs. There obviously has been heaps of changes but this has major slow down implications to our business. I cant ring anyone as you dont have a 0800 number in New Zealand - Urgent no happy customer!

HiCan anybody help? I am trying to access adobe document cloud through a firewall ('smoothwall') at my institution, but it is being blocked. What websites/server details do I need to allow for access?? I can't find any information on this anywhere and our IT manager doesn't know what he should be enabling!!ThanksMatt

So I’ve scanned a document onto my iPad with Adobe scan, opened it in adobe reader, subscribed to adobe acrobat dc, uploaded the document and tried to edit a part of it but it only seems to give me the option to delete?ive clicked on edit, then i get the ‘i’ which says to double tap to edit but it seems to just select all, then ‘delete’ comes up?i just wanted to edit a couple of lines of the document can anyone help?

Hello Using Samsung Galaxy S8+. PDF files are opening on the phone but cant see letters. Only can see blank paper. Need help to solve the problem.

One of the latest updates removed the preview of results when we searched for terms in the document. This was Adobe's great differential for other PDF readers, because it made it easier to know (from the context where the result appeared) if that page really had what it was looking for, and if it was, just click on the thumbnail to see the term located on that specific page of the document. Now the app is similar to Adobe Acrobat for PC, in which there is also no preview and to see the results of a search we need to jump one by one on the pages where the term was located. This made the search much less functional. I use the IPad version of adobe acrobat reader daily for school, I would just like if the user could change the look of the folders.Just so the folders look a bit less boringMaybe if someone in the company reads this, I would like it if this little function could be added.-Boaz

Hallo zusammen,ich habe mir die Android-App Adobe Acrobat Reader heruntergeladen und ein beschreibbaren PDF-Formular-Dokument über die Dateien dort hinzugefügt.Das Ausfüllen, Unterzeichnen und per Mail versenden klappt wunderbar - allerdings möchte ich die ausgefüllten Eingaben anschließend gerne wieder löschen, sodass das Formular als eine Art Vorlage wieder von Anfang an Neu auszufüllen wäre.Übersehe ich dazu etwas oder ist das in der App nicht machbar?Vielen Dank schonmal für eure Hilfe.

When you scroll up (swipe down) the top bar appears and it's very annoying since it covers part of the document you are reading, at first I used it anyways but now I started reading pdf on Google pdf reader which has many bugs but doesn't annoy me as this issue does. Please fix this and don't give me an answer like "hey we updated the app check if now it works" that shows no interest in your customers.

In The previous version the document name was in the subject line when shared via email. Is this still possible.  It is much easier for the end user.

When I want to move a document to a specific ‘Folder’, Adobe displays a list of all possible ‘Folders’ , but this list is not alphabetical. Is there a way to have Adobe sort this list?

Hi,I've tested Adobe Reader with Integration Azure Information Protection (PREVIEW) for a while.Two questions: 1. When will the Adobe Reader mobile app support Azure Information Protection? In my first tests I found, that it is not able to open AIP protected PDF files, which are edited with foxit reader (protected with AIP Client in Windows, after that added comments and marks and saved them in Foxit). Adobe Reader starts after double click on that file but doesn't display the document and no dialog will be displayed (no Azure AD Authentication dialog or error message). I have a lot of annotations and comments on a pdf file and want to know, if there is any search for them on Android Acrobat Reader and how to get to it.

I am using File Browser app by Stratospherix to reach files on my network through the iphone’s Files App. After the latest update of  Acrobat for iPhone when I browse my network and try to open a document I get the following message: “could not open xxx.pdf due to an unknown error. Please try again later.” I think this is a bug to be fixed. Any advice to sort it out would be very helpful.

Can’t open links in e-books, like table of contents or illustrations.

In the old version, I can simply press the highlight option and use the apple pencil with ease and no pressure. with the new update i have to press harder using the apple pencil just to highlight and its become more tedious. Is there a way to get back the old version or fix the sensitivity settings?

Great update with the night mode. I was just wondering. Could you make the menu bar less intrusive. Whenever we drag down to look up, the menu bar shows up. However the problem is that the menu bar pushes down on the document. Making us lose track of the position sometimes. I hope the menu bar just shows up without moving the document, so its more less intrusive.     For many people, we sometimes look back several pages back and forth and it kinda gets annoying. Hi! I'd like to report an issue, which is easy to fix, though affects user experience greatly.In the current version, if I pan down the document, the toolbar disappears; if I pan up, the toolbar reappears. This is convenient, but there's a problem: the page of the document is nudged up and down abruptly. What about move the toolbar to another layer, making the page independent from the toolbar? This will make the reading experience smoother. For your instance, you can check the experience with the "auto-hidden" toolbar of Google PDF reader.Thank you for your great work dedicated to the app!
