Acrobat Reader Mobile

I use my Apple Pencil similar to a mouse normally so I do not smudge up my IPad.  When I open a PDF as an email attachment, the Apple Pencil immediately draws on the PDF rather than letting me move the PDF as if I was using a mouse.  I would rather turn draw on when needed rather than having it automatically on.  I do not know how to turn draw off within an emailed PDF.  I do not know how to turn draw off as a default?Any advice?

On the iPhone 7 some files in my Adobe Document Cloud account are available but others are not with an error message no internet connection if I use my mobile account provider. Why does it only work reliably when using wifi?My user access to My Document Cloud for Adobe behaves reliably when accessing from my computer. However when logged into My Document Cloud Adobe on my iPhone7plus the documents are only accessible when connected to WiFi, not when I use my LTE connection with my phone provider. I thought Adobe's Document Cloud was suppose work regardless of the type of internet connection.The other problem is when it doesn't work because I am not connected to WiFi the message Adobe presents is incorrect. Its states "Error connecting to Document Cloud. Please check your internet connection." I can reassure you there is nothing wrong with the internet connection therefore it is a problem with the error message reported.Does the Document Cloud only work with a WiFi connection or if it s

I am a frequent user of Adobe Reader, Document Cloud, & now Dropbox. It has been a great source to keep all of my crafting patterns. I could be in my browser, find a pattern, reference, etc. downloaded to pdf & almost flawlessly Adobe would open, i could save & go back to my browser. No problems or issues. In the last week, that has been the case, Adobe has become my headache. Now every time I move from browser to Adobe, I have to login & this has not been the case before, which why I enjoyed it. Simple to use & understand. Uninstalled my Adobe App, reinstalled & was back to headache free. Fast forward to almost a week later & I'm back to the headache of having to login every single time. What is going on? Anyone know a solution to this or is this something new for Adobe? I really hope not...

I want to know how to put my resume somewhere on my iphone to access when iam applying for jobs on the companies website ??? When it comes time on the application it ask you to upload a file for your resume I currently have it on my phone in the adobe files on the app But i think i need to change the format because the way it is now it’s not acceptable??? Help please

When I open a pdf from mail in the iOS app will it only show up in the local folder, and then I need to manually move it to the document cloud to view it on all my devices?

Hello,I am exporting PDF files from Adobe InDesign CC 2017.1 on a MacBook Pro OS10.11.6. When I view them in Acrobat Pro DC version 2015.009 they all render properly. However, when they are opened on either an iPad or iPhone using Acrobat Reader version 18.02.28, the do not render properly at all. At first we believed it to be a font issue, but there are simple graphic boxes, either filled with color, or filled with white with a black key line that are not appearing at all and it's random. There is no set type of graphic, or font that doesn't render. One font could render fine on one page, but then on the next page isn't rendering at all. I have my Dropbox account connected to Acrobat for iOs. I have a series of folders within Dropbox. I would like to be able to search within the contents of the PDF in the folders. Is that possible with Reader for iOs?

I've some insurance documents on my windows 10 PC. After a lot of faffing, I've managed to discover the cloud.acrobat and I've exported my files to it. I want to put these files onto either my android phone or my I-pad (preferred choice) but cannot find anything in either systems app store that says cloud acrobat. What apps do I need to install to see my files on my devices?

Hi,My Samsung J3 running Android 7.1.1 can't open a PDF form so can print it. How can I open this document with my current Android Acrobat Reader 17.5.180092 when it says"ErrorThis for form requires Acrobat Reader DC for Mac or Windows".I do not have Windows 10 just Vista on my laptop but, use my Samsung J3. There has to be a way to be open and print this version on my Android 7.1.1.Please help!Sir Gary

Phone: Samsung Galaxy Note 8, but I had this same problem with my Note 5.Version: Adobe Acrobat Reader 18.0.0.181869Problem: I have been having issues for a while with opening my insurance cards from my bank (USAA). It always opens as a blank file regardless of how I have the file delivered... download or email. When emailed (Gmail) I can see the preview of the file at the bottom of the email, but when I open it, it appears blank on my screen. Any known fixes?

I use Acrobat Reader on my iPad on a daily basis, and it was English until now. Today, I added Russian keyboard to my iPad's keyboards (I did NOT change the iPad's main language, it's still Hungarian, as it was before), and the Adobe Acrobat Reader app became Russian. I tried to remove the Russian keyboard, uninstall/reinstall the app, but it's still Russian. How can I set it back to English?

I'd like to be able to read sheet music on my Kindle Fire. I can get the files on and read them using Acrobat reader but I'd really like to be able to scroll so that my hands were free to play music rather than keep changing page. I can doi this on my laptop but on the Kindle Fire I can't see the toolbar to allow me to set Automatic Scroll.Any ideas would be appreciated.Brendan

I received a Hotmail email on my tablet with an adobe.pdf attachment & I get an error msg: "Unable to load attachment (fn).pdf." The Adobe app is obviously on my tablet. Why am I getting this error msg? Why can't I open it? & more importantly, what steps do I need to follow to open it? Thanks for any & all responses!

Commented on a local PDF on acrobat mobile on android. Continued commenting the next day. The app became unresponsive. Closed the app from task manager. Reopened the app and the local PDF. All the comments including the previous day's comments are gone.As far as I know the app doesn't have a save button for the user. I am interested in how the save or auto-save feature is supposed to work for local files on the mobile app so I can decide if the product is sufficient for my needs.Regards

I created a PDF using Acrobat Pro DC on my desktop (Mac). Saved it as Fillable > Reader Extended file. I then emailed the file to my client who opens it on their iPad > Acrobat Reader.They can fill it out, but when they try to Share File > Share Flattened Copy, the 'Share Flattened Copy' is not available. Neither is the Share Original Document options. Just Mail, Notes, Copy, Add To iCloud Drive. And clicking the More••• doesn't offer anything.They are on iOS 10 still, but have the latest 18.01.22 version.Where'd did the Share Flattened File go?Thanks so much!

Hello,i have a problem with a pdf on my tablet. I can mark in it on windows 10 but not on my ipad pro 10.5. Adobe Acrobat on ios tells me the pdf is protect. But marking on windows is possible? The same Problem is on my iphone....  In other pdfs i can mark on iphone an ipad. Can anyone help me please?Thank you.

For some reason, im on a surface and on adobe reader touch im unable to use shortcut keys for sticky notes or saving or any shortcut key eg.(ctrl + S). is there a way to do this or does it not work for the touch version?

Hi,is it possible that some pdf fields are automatically filled with some different data after we selected a dropdown list record? Does adobe for android have such a function?The workflow would be e.g.:1) open a PDF with fields (e.g. 1 dropdown list + 3 text fields) on android tablet.2) select an element in the dropdown list3) The text fields are automatically filled with corresponding data4) Select another element in the dropdown list5) The text fields are automatically filled with new corresponding dataan so on.- Is it possible?- Thanks.

Good evening, I have an android phone and I have the adobe acrobat reader app installed and every time I try to login it says I can't do it because I don't have internet access. With the computer is the same, I try to read the files that I have in document cloud and it doesn't let me in because it tells me that I am not connected to internet and in both cases I have always had access to internet. I'm trying to use a bluetooth keyboard with a 'page down' or right arrow feature to turn the pages in my pdf document to no avail.  Is support for bluetooth keyboards going to be added soon?

I just tried to convert from PDF to Word in the iPad app and was told that I needed to subscribe. Assuming my subscription had lapsed, I resubscribed and I received an error (SKErrorDomain0).I tried restoring purchases, only to receive another error (purchase could not be validated com.adobe.reader.inapp.ais.error99).I tried subscribing again and it said I was already subscribed. I checked my subscription status in iTunes and Adobe Export PDF was listed as a new sub.I repeated the above with no change. I tried subscribing again and this time it appeared to go through the new subscription process (for the second time today). The app still didn't detect my subscription, still produced the same error and still wouldn't restore purchases.It's possible that I've just subscribed twice but still can't convert.Can anyone help please?

Why did you take off the inbuilt scan to pdf feature of Adobe reader?
