Acrobat SDK

I created a new size called sign, I keep changing all of the settings.  The document size in quark is 24x18, when I try to produce the PDF it says device 18 wide.  I can't figure out how to change that.  It's already set to landscape.  I'm so confused.  I must be missing something, can anyone help?

I am trying to figure out if there is any easy way to create a text box with a 'Permit #' that then has to be repeated and added to all pages following. I sometimes have to copy, paste on 160 pages. Is there a way to create a text box and have it repeat on multiple pages in Adobe Pro 10? What are my options? Thank you!!

We have documents stored (drawings) on a server and they are all set up as read only for security purposes.I'm wondering if there is a way to add Lines/comments so they stay there after I close and reopen the file?As of right now, Adobe lets me add everything I want and I can press Save, but it actually does not save anything. After i reopen the file, all edits are lost.I'm using Adobe Acrobat X

I have Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extender. When I attempt to convert a Word file to PDF that says It cannot find the Adobe PDF printer's drivers and to reinstall Adobe Acrobat 9.0. Additionally, when I just open the Acrobat 9 Pro Extender program an error message comes up saying that A part of the Capture 3D plug-in has been damaged. I went to Customer Support and they sent me here. Please tell me this isn't another run around. I am running out of patience! I have Window 10.

Hello All,is there any way to spawn over an existing page a template page? I am using a PC & have Acrobat XI Standard.  When I attempt to edit a doc I receive the following message 'Acrobat has encountered an unknown error'.Restated the PC & the message remains.Was working fine a few days ago.Please advise.Roland

Adobe Acrobat DC Classic version 2015.006.30201Running on Windows 10 1607 x64Problem is that when a digitally signed PDF is opened for the first time on a PC, the Trust Manager settings are not honored, and the user is prompted with the Trusted Certificate Install window.The settings for Automatic Trusted Cert updates has been enabled and ask before updating has been unchecked as shown here.Is this a bug or is there another way to silently allow these certificate updates?

Greetings!I have a scenario where a customer is running Adobe Acrobat Standard Xi on a Citrix/Terminal-server.Now they want to install Adobe DC Pro on the same server, which should be used only by one user.When I run the Adobe DC Pro installation it prompts telling me that it is not recommended to have these programs installed at the same time on the same machine. But there is an option to choose "ignore".I've googled and read this article: Using Acrobat X, XI, and DC on the same machine And also this: Acrobat DC uninstalled Acrobat XI | How to get Acrobat XI back But I'm still unsure how to progress.What is the downside of having this two programs installed?Which function will be/might be troubling?Thanks in advance.

I want to develop an application with the ability to display and edit a PDF file on a tablet. For the application I should be able to do the following in the PDF viewer:Open two pages next to eachother;Customize UI, with custom buttons;Being able to draw/highlight within the PDF.Would the Acrobat SDK be suitable to use within this application?With Kind Regrads,Jasper

After installed Adobe Acrobat DC, an Adobe PDF printer was created in Devices and Printers, but when I sent a PCL file to the Adobe PDF printer, nothing happen. Is there any plugin available for Adobe PDF printer to handle PCL file type input?Thanks,Mike

I need higher resolution on scans, can't get it without ability to configure.  Running Windows 7 Pro.  Also, multipage scans from document feeder pauses to transfer data on each page instead of smooth scanning entire doc first, which interrupts my workflow.  Thanks for any help.

I have been using Adobe Acrobat 9 standard (licensed) for several years on this same computer for 3 years and all of a sudden within the last two weeks every time I open a pdf it will open but will freeze with a few seconds.I have tried the AdobeCleaner, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have tried the repair function in "programs", and everything I have found on the forums and Google...all to no success! Adobe Reader works fine...but Acrobat 9 does not...what other information would be helpful?I REALLY need to get this working WITHOUT having to buy the most current software.

im clicking on my document for editing but when i click nothing happens

I need help to deactivate adobe acrobat 7 pro from one laptop and activate on another laptop.  There is no "Deactivate" on the Help menu.

Running Mac OS 10.10.5 (Yosemite) and using Safari 10.1.  Installer got to 100% installed and then it 'hung'??  I waited at least 10 minutes and then did a force quit on the Adobe Installer.  Although I downloaded a free trial version, the software will not let me use it without trying to force me to buy a subscription NOW.  (Thought the free trial was to give one time to evaluate the product??)  How do I re-install a real free-trial version, and get the software to run without the hyper-aggressive attempts to get a subscription NOW? Bottom line is this version will not run. Do I need to somehow clear out the "bad" install and try a 2nd time with another browser?  And also, should I switch to Chrome or Firefox as the 2nd attempt to install browser?  Thanks for your help. And please forgive the mini-diatribe. Frustrated and frankly I expect better from Adobe. They're usually so excellent that I'm shocked to have problems with one of their newer product

I had a trial of Acrobat ProDC. Then I purchased. I can sign into my account. But when I open a file, I get a message that my trial has expired and I need to purchase. How can I get the message to my files that I have a paid account?

Acrobat pro is not opening, with an error message saying I need a new license. I purchased cs suite a couple years ago. Not sure what version, but I'm up to pro 9. And now that acrobat reader no longer offers the ability to do something as simple as delete pages, I'm completely stuck. And totally under a looming deadline. Heyho Community,i have a problem with Adobe Adcrobat Professional DC, which occurs on a users client in our enterprise.Description: The user has been working with Acrobat Professional DC on Windows 7 (x64) before without any problems. After upgrading her system (full install, not inplace upgrade), the Acrobat Professional DC applicaton shows the following behaviour: When opening a PDF-Document and not having Acrobat in full screen mode, the menu bar will disappear and the app freezes, as soon as i try to drag the window. I am also not able to press "X" in order to close the application, so i need to kill the task manually. This error does not occur when you instantly maximazie the window to fill-screen mode. I have read about some problems caused by Kaspersky products, but we are using Symantec and did not have any problems until now.I already tried to reinstall the software, deleted the preferences in %localappdata% and switched several settings directly in Acrobat. Nothing of this so

I have been working with the Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Acrobat Prop 9 for years with no problems. Recently I was forced to upgrade my mac OS to El Capitan and to replace the hard drive. Even though I reinstalled all data and programs from a time machine back up to the new drive, ever since this happened my adobe acrobat pro reader will not open. It freezes. I am not sure is this is a compatibility issue with El Capitan or a problem created from the new hard drive, but I would appreciate anyone's help and advice on how to fix this problem. Thanks.

Hi there community! I'm back again with another question for you. I need a field in acrobat to automatically calculate 30 days from a given date. I've created a date field with the Date Picker Widget and I have another field that should calculate and show the date but with exactly 30 days in the future than the selected date from the first field.
