Where is my embedded index "stored" and how can I print it out? Thank you.

One of my customers has Adobe Pro DC and they scan these huge (couple thousand page) pdf's that need to get redacted. They then take the pdf and begin redacting. Usually when they get somewhere around page 1000 or so (roughly) the next page turns completely white, however they can scroll back a page and the previous page looks normal. It has been in the past that when this happens if the user does a "save as" and saves the document (under another name), when the document saves, and they reopen the saved the white pages return to normal and they could continue to redact the document. However the last few times this has happened when they get to the white page and they go to a "save as" Adobe locks up and the loose everything. I have called and talked to Adobe, they have changed the NTFS permissions on the Adobe folder, they have modified the Adobe folder in the registery, so I am hoping that the community might have some additional ideas. Hello,I have Acrobat DC, and I have a bunch of PDFs that I'd like to (quickly) convert to JPEGs.  Using DC, I can combine PDFs into a single PDF, and then save that PDF as a JPEG. However, if I have different types of PDFs (such as a regular PDF and an XML form), I cannot combine them into a single PDF, but must instead combine them into a portfolio. When viewing the portfolio, I have found that I can export individual PDFs into JPEGs, but only one at a time, which is slow when I have many PDFs.Is there a quick way to export them all as JPEGs form inside a portfolio?

Acrobat has recently begun printing some (but not all) files with white text on black background, when the document shows normal black on white on screen.  Not a setting problem.  How can I fix this?

Is this possible? I have created a form field that allows scrolling text. Is it possible for someone to hover their mouse over that form field and something like a box would pop showing all of the text they typed? This way, they wouldn't have to scroll through the field to read what they typed.

Hi all,We have a hosted environment with some load balanced servers, and I’m not allowed to install Adobe Acrobat on the C-drive, because this software is not a standard software in this hosted environment.However, if possible, I’m allowed to install it on the T-drive (a mapped network drive).Is it possible to install Acrobat 9 on a network drive?(I have tried, but without success, as there seems to be a license issue: “licensing has stopped working”.)Hope, that some of you can help.

Help me Adobe Forums!I'm on a Mac on Creative Cloud. I have an interactive job set-up in InDesign. Multiple buttons on first page which control what shows in the rest of the document by using "Set layer visibility" action in Acrobat to control what's showing.So there are 3 radio buttons which control a range of options. They are all set to show-hide (in Indesign) other buttons - call these 'Trigger buttons'. The trigger buttons have the layer visibility action linked to them in Acrobat. Then the trigger buttons are aligned so that they sit on top of each other making only one visible on screen.That bit all works perfectly. I've tested it on the mac. No buttons show when printing. All interactive function works fine on Mac and PC.Then my colleague on a pc tries to print it. Trigger buttons now print.I've tried making the buttons non-printable in Indesign (both via Attributes pane and by 'deselecting' Printable in Buttons and Forms pane). I normally use Acrobat XI Pro to convert complex Word 2013 training documents to pdf. I add bookmarks using the headings in the Word document. It had been working fine, but all of a sudden I started getting extra characters automatically added to my bookmarks, (like numbering at the beginning of each bookmark, "0B, 9B, etc." Of course, it looks awful and I can't publish this way. How do I fix this?

Our Adobe Reader DC, and it always would attach a PDF I had scanned and send from our default email, however the other day it just stopped doing that and now its asking me to send from web mail and doesn't give me the option to click the default email setting. I would just set it up again, but I don't know were to find the incoming and outgoing emailinformation to set it up?

I am running Adobe Acrobat Pro 11 and every time I attempt to update the program, the update fails.I get the following message:I have no idea why it is doing this and I have not found an answer to this in the forum.  I have a high speed internet connection so I am not sure what "cannot establish a connection" means.  I am also running Malware Bytes Anti-Exploit Premium.  Not sure if somehow this anti-virus program is blocking the update.  I have checked the Malware Bytes settings and cannot see anything that indicates that this program is blocking the update. I turned off Malware Bytes and attempted to complete the Adobe Acrobat update and got the same result above.Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.

So if a keyword is found on one specific page, then that page number is pushed to an array, and used to create a new document. I have extracted all of the pages of a 172 page document.  I now have 172 separate files.  But they all have the same file name.  Each file is for a separate person whose name appears on the third line inside each document.I would like to rename them based on that name.  Is it possible?

I'd installed a new printer on my laptop. It does show on "Device and Printers" list but not listed on Adobe Reader printers option. I use Adobe Reader 10.1.3 version. Does anybody can help me solved the problem? Thanks

I've tried practically every troubleshooting tip possible from this forum and other sites/forums. The selection tool just won't select anything PERIOD! I've tried all the different modes listed in manual and couldn't find anything on sites/forums that weren't listed. Can anyone help? I've done what you're thinking of I'm sure though.

How do I remove a checkmark from a document once it has been added?  The small toolbar that appears for changing size and trash is no longer showing up.Stevanie
