Hallo Community,ich würde gerne auf Ausdrucke von PDF-Dateien ein Ablaufdatum einfügen,also bspw. im Footer "gedruckt am tt.mm.jjjj" - "gültig bis tt.mm.jjjj (+3 Tage ab Druckdatum)".Ich benutze Acrobat XI Standard auf einem Win8 Rechner.Danke schonmal,Ottobtw, this is by far the WORST built forum i have ever seen!!!"Changing" a language mixes the language with English and the chosen one."Overview" seems to be a Fremdwort here.The whole site is a mixup between community, store and whatever could fit in ...No offense meant, but maybe someone starts thinking about it.

Hi Experts ,I am new to this adobe world , I am trying to migrate PDF forms to HTML , I am able to render the form in HTML , but existing java scripts are not running in HTML workspace , when i am trying to view the form .Even app.alert is throwing error that app is undefined .The same set of scripts work fine , when i am rendering the form in PDF .So, can you please provide me some idea , what different we have to do , to run the script in HTML , Any idea how can i proceed on this .Best Regards,Rakesh

Hi all, is it possible to 'enable' commenting within Adobe Acrobat to then allow form fillers to add comments within Reader on a dynamic form. My form needs to be 'reader enabled'. My form has 'a lot' going on with expanding boxes, radio buttons, dropdowns etc.Thank you for any help out there.

In the version 11 I cannot highlight more than 1 comment text. That is different to version 10. How can I highlight more than one text ?

Windows 7, FireFox current.For years when I opened links to pdf files, I would get a prompt to download or open with reader.  By mistake, I opened one the other day.  Now I never get that prompt back.  How do I reset this setting? I have tried a number of things and none of have worked.

So I just started using adobe acrobat reader for my mac. Previously, I had been printing 1x4 (1 column of slides and 4 rows) slides so that they aligned on the left side of the page - this way I would have room on the right hand side to hand write my extra notes. However, when I try to print slides like this on my mac I don't see the option to align the slides on the left hand side of the page. They show up in the middle of the page. Is there any way to get around this problem?

I have three HP laptops with Windows 7 Pro 64, and each has a unique full version of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.0. When I try to update one laptop (Help, Check for Updates), it brings up a window saying there is an update available, goes through downloading process, but at end gives me error 1328.  I removed program (Control Panel, Uninstall a program), and reinstalled.  Tried updates again.  Same error message.I tried a second laptop, and this one does not even bring up the window saying there are updates available, but a window pops up in taskbar saying Acrobat updates are downloading.  When I click on the pop-up it disappears, there is no download progress window, and software does not update.I haven't tried third laptop yet.Can I update version 11.0.0 directly to 11.0.17 from this webpage:Installers for all supported products also appear on the product download pages (except for the full Acrobat). Hi, I would like to take notes (freehand) on my tablet PC with a stylus. The problem is, there is not enough space sometimes. Is there any way to increase the grey background for a pdf? Zooming out to get more space is not good, because then at normal view, the writing is too large.Basically, I want to increase the width of the document, this way I can scroll side to side for more space to write.

Hi, i got a form from the custom at my country and the form has already created by our local government.  The form is A4, 4 pages of multi-copy so i need to use dot matrix printer to print up my application form after i inputed the text.  However, here i got an question.  How could i waive off the form which i scanned by PDF after i created the fillable boxes? I just need the fillable boxes to allow me to input the text such as address or some of the details for application purpose then i could print it out from the form that is ready-made.The other question, how could i create a form which is not A4, such as L: 15 cm, H: 7.5 cm?  I want to create and ready to printThanks

I have installed the latest version of Aobe DC. Now it will not access any storage wether it is storage on my device or any other type of storage. when I try to add a dropbox account as well it just gets stuck on a flashing logo (the one with 4 grey squares that light up blue in a clock wise direction). I was forced to shift from Acrobat X Pro to Acrobat DC Pro because X Pro is no longer supported.  Now my labels from UPS and eBay don't print centered on the page.  The margins are no longer the same.  The label forms are precut and assume the labels will be printed centered on the 8 1/2 by 11 inch page.  I am using a HP PCL print driver.  When I preview in the printer control panel the label is shoved up into the upper left hand corner.  Since Acrobat is not a Word Processor, there does not seem to be margin adjust or even an alignment tool.Does anybody have a work around.  I cannot change the way UPS or eBay creates the labels.

I've installed Acrobat XI on a Windows 10 system using Edge as default browser.  When trying to make a PDF Portfolio I get a message stating that FLASH needs to be installed.  I've checked the Edge options and Flash Player is ENABLED.  Is there a setting in Acrobat that tells it how to find the Flash player?  Or is there another option that needs to be set.

I wiped my old hard drive containing my registered Adobe Acrobat X (standard maybe) without deactivating, now I have a new operating system (OS) Windows 10 Enterprise installed and want Acrobat back, how do I register it on my new OS? (I have the serial/product number/ID) Because if I don’t then it will keep asking me to register. I own Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. I purchased a new laptop and installed the program on it, after uninstalling from my prior laptop. Now when I go to use the "combine PDF" feature it no longer works. How can I get this feature to work again? Thank you.
