When attempting to print, regardless of printer choice (she has many available), the application prints to a file. A blank file is saved as the result of the save.Windows 7 Enterprise x64Adobe Acrobat DCPrinters install from Server 2012 based print server.Confirmed other applications print without issue.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate.Ben

I am trying to download a product that I previously purchased.  I have the serial number but it is saying it is an incorrect serial number. I have that it was Adobe Pro XI. I tried to download XI and DC from the web but says incorrect serial number. When I look at products purchased it just says Adobe Pro - but the serial number I am using is the same listed on my account.Please advise.

Hello,I am attempting to upload my e-books to Amazon/Kindle but when I convert my PDF files using their tools (and other free online tools I have found), my PDF documents don't convert properly, they get all askew and the images/text is a mess, which is fixable but would take quite a long while.My question is.. if I get Adobe, will I be able to convert my PDF documents into Word as doc or docx files while also keeping my work exactly as is?Thank you - Bre

Hi,due to technical reasons we have to test a software together with Acrobat XI (not Acrobat DC!).The only available downloads I found was the trial version of Acrobat DC and the official Arobat XI, which requires a license key.Is there a chance to download the trial version of Acrobat XI somwhere?Thanks.Best regards,Markus

Hello folks!Some User of our Company hav a Problem with links in a PDF File.The error occours at the following scenario:They have a folder structure on the fileserver, for example:\\fileserver\pdffolder\folder1\pdfwithlinks.pdfThey are creating a Word file (which is located in pdffolder) with links to pdf files located in folder1, folder2 ...Then they are creating a PDF File with the Acrobat Add-in in the Word (2013).The folder "pdffolder" needs to get burned on a CD for accounting reasons.At this point she uses a different computer, with no network access to test the files on the cd.Sometimes the links work and sometimes they don't.When you click them, normally a window with the linked pdf opens.But sometimes they get a message, like "file not found \\fileserver\pdffolder\folder1\linkedpdf1.pdf".Sure, it isn't able to access it, there's no network connection, but it should use the files on the cd.I don't know how the Acrobat manages the change of the links, but most oft the time it wo

I have installed Acrobat 9 Standard on my new pc with W10 OS. before that i have deactivated the program installed on the old pc. Now every time i try to create a pdf from scanner it appears a message stating that acrobat 9.0 has stopped working and that w10 is looking for solution and that the program will be closed.  Please help. This morning after a restart overnight, I lost the ability to do any double sided printing, via Adobe. Before there were extra options between "Choose paper source" and "orientation" but they have disappeared - for both my printers - canon and brother both of which are physically capable of doing double sided printing, indeed did so yesterday.There used to be another option via "Properties" of the printer - but this has disappeared too. - see below.HELP.What has happened and how I solve it?Thanks. If I have a document with lets say 5 pages. Every other page is rotated 180 degrees. I save and export to Acrobat. I work with Acrobat Pro DC Version (Classic) 2015.006.30201.PDF documents I can't print on an Network Printer. The Program doesn't find no printer and stops and I need to make a restart of Acrobat.All other Programs on PC has no Problems with printing on the Network Printer.Thanks.

I currently have Adobe Acrobat XI, Version 11.0.17 installed on a PC. Since upgrading to Windows 10 on my PC, viewing PDFs both in Reader and Acrobat Standard are barely visible, almost like trying to view through tissue paper. Functionality is still there, I just don't have clear visibility.This version worked perfectly before upgrading the Windows 10. How do I restore the clarity? Thanks

Hello all-I'm trying to create an interactive pdf that students can use to ask reference questions via email.  The form works great using outlook desktop- a form appears as an attachment with the To: field populated with the email connected to the submit button.  The problem arises when the user is working with a web based email such as gmail.  There at least ten prompts to login to the personal email account and then the pdf does not show up attached to a message - if the user was willing to go through that whole process.  Anyone have any thoughts on this?  Thanks.

I have the original SN for Adobe 9 Pro however the original SN is coming back with an invalid error.  Has there been a change to the SN or is there something else I need to do to enable the original SN?

My Acrobat XI standard states over maximum users.  I was told to go to chat but chat is not enabled as a choice.

I cannot apply updates to Acrobat DC Standard version 2015.006.30033 32-bit on Windows 7 Enterprise x64.  I have tried using the inbuilt updater and individually applying .msp's, running from an administrator command prompt.  Each time I attempt to update DC it comes up with the error 28000 "Installation of Acrobat Licensing Module has failed. For potential workarounds to this problem please refer to http://www.adobe.com/go/acrobat_installation_rollback".  The weblink details a fix for Acrobat X and XI however I have checked the registry entries, they are correct.I can update exactly the same version of DC on Windows 8,1 Enterprise x64, don't even have to run from an administrator cmd prompt, does anyone know if there is either a pre-requisite required for Windows 7 x64 or another setting registry or otherwise I am missing to enable updates to be installed, many thanks.

I have a large document 80Mb that I want to make into a pdf for email.When I made the pdf it also was 80Mb.how can I compact the pdf size so it can easily be emailed ?Cheers, Mark
