why does export pdf only allow between 350 and 360 files to be converted per hour? i though this was unlimited.

I am trying to combine multiple pdf files into one file and it always comes up with a conversion failure. Not sure why...none of the files are password protected.

If not, when will it be available?

I am trying to use the "send for signature" function to send a link to my clients, instead of attaching the document to be signed as an attachment. Can that be done?

Adobe currently experiencing significant delays uploading/converting PDFs of any size.  Problem has spanned past 10 days.

I want to cancel my Adobe Export PDF subscription.The cancellation instructions directs me to go login and go to "Manage plan" and Cancel button. But when I do this there is no Cancel button.The alternative link sends me to this forum and here, any previous posts I've seen from Staff just seem to loop back to the original page that sent me to this forum. Can you please just cancel my subscription?

I paid for the annual package a little more than a month ago but now when I go into Adobe Reader and click "convert" it take me back to the page where I must buy the product. I have already paid for it.

I am very frustrated. I use fillable pdf forms in my business. When I upgraded my MacBook Pro, it came with the latest Adobe Reader. NOW...when I send a fillable form to my clients, the data is BLANK. And I can no longer save as a PDF without buying one of your packs. I just bought a pack and it still is NOT working. I want to cancel my purchase, too. This is VERY FRUSTRATING. To say the least. Please advise!
