I just purchased the annual converter plan and I am trying to convert a PDF to an excel document. How long will it take before I can use the program purchased?

I subscribe to Adobe Export.  I am signed in to Adobe with my account.  When I identify a pdf that I want to convert to MS Word, each time I click "convert" I arrive at the "pricing" screen and am not able to convert to MS Word.  Please help!thank you

I am really fed up right now with Adobe. I am a paid up customer and cannot find anywhere on the page, when I have properly signed in, where to go to access the service to convert a simple word document to pdf. All i get is ads for products but am unable to get access to the service I have paid for. Adobe is the worst. When I go to the forum to get instructions on how access, I get a 404 error message. What is wrong with you people.

How can I activate my PDF Export Tool?  I have a paid up account for this service.  However, every time I try to use the tool the program sends me back to the renewal form.

I have a document that was scanned, but I can't seem to be able to edit the document or does it allow me to put the cursor over the original text. When I go into Tools, I do see the Edit Document Text option, but nothing happens when I try. Please help!

I have bought a new computer to replace the one that had Adobe PDF pack on it. I pay for this annually and I cannot figure out how to download my product to the new computer

I have changed my email address, which has been verified by email. However when I try to access the apps (Send for Sign), it is coming up with an error message and I cannot access the app.

I had to get a new computer and can't figure out how to get the Adobe Send and Track to show up in Outlook.  The only plugin I could find was Compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 and 2013 on Windows 7 or higher.  I have Office 365.  I have a subscription for the Adobe PDF Pack. 

I am trying to conver a pdf file of 4mb to word and i get a failure message even on files that i previously converted. I have also tried to convert a file using the site but still is not working. What could have been changed and i can't convert a pdf file to word?

I have bought the cloud service especially for one file that I really need converted to excel regularly , but I cannot convert it , neither from Adobe reader or the cloud. I purchased Adobe Export pdf but when I click to export to a word document from Acrobat Reader it just takes me to an online page wanting me to buy the plan to allow me to do so.  I have signed in and in My Account I can see that the Export PDF plan is valid.  How can I then export a pdf file to a word one?
