Adobe Acrobat Online

When I open a pdf and want to covert it to a word document and I try to sign it it goes nowhere and takes to the "purchase a plan" page. I have a plan and can log onto my account. Any idea what is happening?

When I export my powerpoint to a pdf, all of the fonts are misaligned and different sizes.  The image is blurry.  It looks like it is just one font Century Gothic.  I save powerpoints as pdf all the time and have never had this issue.  Please help!

how downdload adobe send & track on my desk top computer

Having bought the Adobe Pack DC for 2 weeks, and files couldn't be converted.  PC rebooted.  Even a word file is printed to pdf format or save in pdf format in small file size for testing and can't convert back to word.  Always show "conversion failure" because something went wrong while file uploading.  No assistance from the team.  May I ask what to do or someone can't help?

I just bought the export package, and now it does not work. It says it cant connect to server everytime I try to convert  file.Regards

I have attached pdf files to emails using send and track.  However, as a cloud service, I am thinking the receiver of the email does not have access to the attachment if the attachment has been removed from send and track. Unless the receiver of the email has downloaded the pdf file, access would be gone if the attachment is no longer available on send and track.  Yes?

I signed up for this service so I could convert my PDF's to a word document. Every time I try I get conversion failure. No contact number to call for help, very unprofessional service!  So far has been a waste of money spent. I need help figuring out why the program is not working, any suggestions?

I want to embed a disclosure form on my website that each client has to sign.  In all the "how to" videos it shows a widget link on the dashboard.  Since I cannot find this link, I am wondering if this is a DC function only or if it is part of the PDF pack as well.

Please give me some advice on what the issue might be concerning why I cannot access the Export Documents service I'm paying Adobe for. Every time I press the Export button it takes me to the Buy now or Activate Acrobat DC button. What do I need to do. Download something else?

I want to use Adobe Export PDF on my new MacBook Air, but I see I have two different e-mail accounts with different passwords. Support papers say to cancel out of iCloud on my old computer and download the file to my new computer to use. Tried that, but I get a message that I'm wiping out iCloud contents.I'd like to talk with a real person but Contact Support sends me around in a ring and back to where I started. So should I change to passwords on both accounts to the same word? My billing is on the second account for Adobe Export PDF.  Help!

I just bought a Adobe PDF pack.  Conversion PDF is not working.  Understand some files are not such as password protected.  However, even a word document I just converted to pdf, I can't convert it back to word. (for testing).  What's wrong.

Hello, when I export an english language full of text in images into Word the OCR doesn't work: no text available in the converted document, only images. The service level I bought is the basic, but it includes the OCR. Any idea on why it doesn't work as expected ? ThanksRegards

I have a scanned .pdf file in the Danish language. It is in portrait in my Document Cloud. I select the file to be exported to Word so that I can then do a translation to English after the Danish words are OCR'd. The file is created in Word in landscape format and only a few words are recognized.  Most of the file is turned into a picture.  The source file has 99% of the words in portrait format, but there are a few words printed in vertical in the margins.  I assume this is confusing the export conversion program. Can this be overidden?

I am trying to combine pdfs but get a conversion error. How can this be fixed? I've tried several times to combine 4 pdfs and each time it's giving me an error
