Adobe Acrobat Online

Hello all.  I'm having problems extracting information from a locked PDF.  It has a Contents page with a hyperlink to each section.  You can only get to these sections by clicking the content links.  When I attempt to export, it only recognises it as a 1-page document -just the contents page.  Can anyone really expert and kind help me out, please?  Thanks a lot!

Hi, When exportPDF this file ( https://files.acrobat.com/a/preview/c3d2e801-a9f2-49fc-84de-03d81e202cd0 ) to Word, the OCR tool works for the first 50 pages but leaves the rest as not editable image.I've tried the "Convert the PDF to TIFF and back, and then rerun OCR" method but doesn't work either.Could you help me convert all those 1200 and so PDF pages in editable word ?   Thanks Nicolas

I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.  I pay for the ExportPDF to convert PDF to Word docs.  As of today this option is no longer available, but my ExportPDF subscription is paid in full until December. Help?

I want to end my annual plan for Adobe Export PDF.  There is no 'cancel' option on the plan or my account. There is no phone number to call and no live chat to be able to talk to anybody.  I purchased the Adobe Acrobat Pro and no longer need the annual plan.  Your help is appreciated.

I converted several Genealogy files to PDF some years ago using ADOBE Acrobat 6 standard. I know the two passwords I used but the Adobe program disk will no longer open on windows 10  (disc error). I can open the PDF documents using the access password but have no apparent means of accessing the second password which permits of printing the document transferring to family tree program.

I purchased the PDF to Word converter and none of the text is being converted over to Word, just the charts. Can someone please help?

I can export with my firewall disabled, but with it enabled it uploads the file, converts it but I get an error when it tries to download. I have white-listed https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf already.

According to my Adobe account, I've been paying $23.88 for Adobe Export PDF, which is supposed to convert PDFs to Word. But every time I try to convert a PDF, it sends me to a pricing page so I can purchase the program, which my account info says I've already paid for.

Hello, I am working on a large excel. Some of the pages are not shown after converting to PDF. Some of pages are partially shown in PDF. Please tell me how to fix it. Just purchased the plan, do not want to waste my money

I hired a PDF to Excel conversion service and I'm having trouble with a nine thousand page file. The file has 16MB and so I know converter supports files up to 100MB. I wonder if the problem is related to the size of the file, or the number of pages, or if for some other reason.

HI, I downloaded Export PDF. It does not convert all pages, some are blank. It happens in both word and excel. How do I get the entire document to convert?

Gentelemen,I am subscribed to the PDF Export service. This service does not provide a correct conversion of pdf files into excel. Text is wrongly placed and the conversion is only partial. The conversion of second and third pages is absolutely partial and incorrect.Conversion is from a scanned pdf of a printed accounting ledger, converted at 300 p. (maximum resolution I can provide) It is supposed that the system makes an OCR before the conversion but it seems this is not the case. Text is garbled, wrongly placed and only partially converted.I would need direct assistance from Adobe or even that Adobe converts the files themselves.Ir seems that chat is not available for this product.I have a demand from the tax authorities to provide the information in Excel format and need a solution this week.Thank youHéctor Rodríguez Molnar[Personal information removed by moderator]

I have no option to convert PDF to images.

When I purchased Export PDF, I did so because the advertisement stated that I could "make scanned text editable with optical character recognition."  There are no directions for doing that. It does not appear that there is any tool for doing that in Export PDF. What I got when I "exported" a PDF was no different than the original PDF.

I just bought the program to convert from pdf to Word *.docx because the system prompted me to buy it.  I just tried to convert a file that is 3713 pages long and I was not able to. Since I paid just now, I would like the file to be converted to Word.  The response was it a large document-  I already know that. 

Since my computer automatically upgraded to Acrobat Reader it has converted all my pictures to PDF files and will not let me open them What can I do??

Adobe document cloud services are not available.  I selected combine PDF, convert PDF- none of them are booting up.  I rebooted my machine, logged in and logged out.  It's down!! i need this to do my job.  This is not ok!!!

All of my very important medical record PDF filies have all of a sudden been corrupted and are no longer able to be retrieved. I am very angry that adobe is forcing all of it's users to keep buying and upgrading products

I have a pdf export plan and am signed in to my account - still getting connected to the purchase option page for a plan.  This started two weeks ago out of the blue.  Plan is annual through 2019.

I purchased the one year PDF export and it never converts my documents.  The little circle just continues to go and never finishes.  I even left it going over night.  Hours later it closes and it says I don't have WiFi but I am wired into my modem directly with 5G.

Cargo loks datos y cuando hago click en Generar Constancia, se va a la pagina de Adobe Acrobat Reader y allí no puedo hacer nada mas, me dice el archivo esta averiado y que no se pudo enviar..etc.. no se como imprimir dichas constancias o cualquier otra
