Adobe Acrobat Online

I just signed up with adobe so I could export my pdf files into word documents, but when I do this half of everything on the page becomes symbols (the handwritten stuff). How can I change this? It defeats the purpose of purchasing this if I can't do what I need to do.

HiI am new to this forum and cant even find where to submit a question; I have decided to submit a query on an existing trail.I have just paid an annual fee so that I can convert a pdf to an excel file and when I run through the process it says there is no file there.Any ideas and where do I send the file for the experts to see what is happening

When I export my PDF with images of text... the doc file just has images of text... isnt Optical Character Recognition supposed to convert this?

When I use converter it errors out with file format not supported its a MS template.

I am looking for SW, which is able to convert from "normal" PDF to PDF/A-1a . Does 'Adobe PDF-pack' support this feature? Or which product is more suitable for converting to PDF/A-1a?

I'm getting an error message when I attempt to log on and use the PDF pack.

Since July 2015, without problems, I've been using Adobe Send & Track (Send Personalized Invitations) to send one attached PDF to a list of a few hundred clients.I sent my usual emails on April 19, 2018, and noticed a substantial reduction in confirmation-receipt emails, and received many client complaints about a missing email. I could see no pattern in the missing emails that would suggest an error on my part. Today, April 26, I again sent my usual few hundred emails, and again am seeing very few receipt confirmation emails.Has something changed with Send & Track? Is Send & Track sending emails to all the email addresses pasted into the "Send To" field? Thank you. - Bill

Good afternoon, I have just purchased the PDF export online tool. I am trying to export my PDF into a word document to edit via Microsoft word. I have received my confirmation e-mail, also stating to get started "click here." Once I clicked it takes me to another page asking me for another form of payment. I called adobe's 800 number and they are saying what is happening shouldn't be, but that the trained support team would better assist me. Please help. Thanks in advance. LF

Everytime I try to convert a pdf a message appears that says no internet connection yet I am signed into the account. 

I'd like to know which MS Word version should I use to the Adobe Export PDF program? I tried to convert a PDF file to a word file, but when I opened it in MS Word 2013, it fell apart into pieces. It is unusable.Thank you!

I used to be able to scan to a PDF and then create an encrypted PDF on mac. I'm now on a PC and it doesn't look like I can do this. Do I need to buy an Adobe product for this functionality? TY
