I keep getting this error message at sign in. "We've encountered a critical error.  Please try again later.  Unable to fetch base_uris from files tier."  I have asked our tech support to check it out, and they said it is an ADOBE problem.  Thank you-

Is it possible to update a PDF's copyright status and copyright domain through Acrobat Pro action wizard?I can only seem to update the basic Title, Author fields. Yet in others programs such as Adobes Bridge copyright fields can be easily bulk updated.

So I just got PDF pack, and downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I need to be able to export PDF's to JPEG format, but it only lets me export to Word Doc/text format. I though I would be able to do that without getting the Pro edition... help?

I have converted pdf to word, the font says it is Arial through out document but it looks different throughout document?  This is for a client of mine so I do not know at this stage how the document was before it became a PDF, however there are drawings and therefore wonder whether it was created in a design package with a different type of typeface to word documents.

I'm having an issue when I go to convert a PDF of a production report that is emailed to me daily. Typically I convert this document to an excel format, I've done it many times successfully, but for some reason for the past week it will not complete the task. I either get an error message saying something went wrong, or I get a spinning wheel that never finishes. Have any of you experienced this? How do I fix it?

When I open Adobe, the package I ordered and paid for is not there.  The only way I can get to my package is by logging in through the confirmation email.  I also can't get the package to open on my laptop.

Exportpdf has no text when exporting to word or excel

Even if there is an access to Internet on my PC (windows 10), I get "no internet connected" error when I press "convert to Word" from Export PDF.  Please help!

I purchased the Adobe program that would allow me to convert my PDF files to Microsoft Word.  I converted one of my files to Word, but when I open the word file I am not able to do a simple edit like increase the font size.  Once in the Word document, I chose "Select All" under the Edit tab, just as I always have.  The text was all highlighted, but when I went to the font size drop down menu to make it larger, I chose the larger font, but the font size in the document did not increase.  Am I missing a step?  This is the process I always use with Word documents that I create.

I have been trying to sign in today and every time I try to sign in to the subscription it says an error occured while signing in. I went to the website and have not trouble signing in. I tried changing my password and got the same error but can sign in online fine. I want to convert a pdf document to word so I can change it. I have had no problems with this up until today.

wondering why my adobe acrobat will only let me combine 12 files at once

#1 is located at the top left (first-File, then Save As) and #2 is located on the right side (first-Tools, then Document Processing). What are the chief differences between these two selections of different locations?, other than #2 cannot optimize any Photo or Color Settings that are originally selected by the User of the Scanning Software.I also cannot locate the OCR Scanning feature on item #1?.

Hello,I bought the application yesterday and it doesn't work properly. The conversion is not complete. I would say 40% of the document has been converted. My PDF document is only 125 K. I'm using SOLIDWORKS to draw mechanical parts and I save my document in PDF.Is there someone with the same problem ?

MY PDF WILL CONVERT TO WORD BUT IT WILL NOT LET ME EDIT IT LIKE THE SUBSCRIPTION SAID IT WOULD!!!
