Adobe Acrobat Online

I have been trying to upload a pdf file using the Export PDF Tool in the Adobe tool kit and it repeatedlly fails to upload. I have tried other pdf files, simple text and this has also failed. I have updated the Adobe Reader and also initiated a repair installation and after restarting the program, still the Export PDF Tool could not upload to convert my pdf.to word.

Hi,I signed up for the ability to edit PDFs and it's easy, but I'm not going to get the use out of it as it's not as easy as I thought.  Can I get a refund of my 23?

I have adobe send and track. I all of a sudden get error one or more files could not be uploaded. Please try again. I use https://cloud.acrobat.com/send. I have tried on lap top and get the same thing.[title shortened by moderator]

When I open the converted file in Word 2016 some of the table borders are missing. The problem is new a month ago it was working fine, why not now?

When converting to Excel all collumns are merged into one. The export method recognises the lines but not the collumns

Hi, To my knowledge, my Adobe account is uptodate - the last payment was made on 7th January, 2018 from my MasterCard. However, today when I display a PDF file and then click on the Tools tab, and Convert to a Word document, I get a pop-up box with an error message to the effect that an Error has occurred when trying to use AdobeExportPDF online. I have tried with a variety of PDF files - with some it's been possible to save the file in Adobe as a .txt file - but always this message comes up. Is there something wrong with my version? or the on-line software? or what? Note: with some PDFs previously what I got back (when the system got past the above) was a Word file containing a full-page graphic, which wasn't what I was hopng to achieve. I was wanting to save the text as a text facsimile so that I could then process it in some other way.Right now, this software is next to useless, and I'm wondering what I have spent my money on..... Looking forward to a resolution to this impasse best

When i convert a document from PDF to word it does so perfectly but the pictures from the PDF document are missing... whats up with that?

This company is a joke!! No way to contact support systems. I keep getting sent to a COMMUNITY FORUM when in reality there should be dedicated people to assist with simple tasks. That is the reason we pay for their services. What a waste. Here I was testing this out for a huge potential company contract and the lack of user interface help has completely rendered this business useless for our Hotel needs.There is no description as to why there is a conversion failure with filesNo assistance with upload errors or user error notificationsNo simple access to canceling paid subscriptions

I cant seem to cancel my subscription for Adobe Export PDF, annual - Membership.... This is a sly move by Adobe. How many people have been charged because they gave up with going in circles in terms of direction pointed to cancel from your website. I am sure I am in the wrong place BUT this site is so useless its where I have landed. Does anyone know why I cannot use the product whcih I have been paying for fpr the last 3 years?Or better still if there is an actiual contact phone for adobe. Payed in December and havent been able to use since then. Every time I try it says I am not paid up and then I dont have time to waste with this. When PDF document contains languages from right to left (Hebrew), the converting process change the order of the letters, from the end to the beginning in Word. How can I solve it, thanks

I am trying to upload PDFs to another online source to submit them, but they do not show up at all and it says that they are encrypted.

Yesterday my scanner (Canon) produced grey pages rather than readable files.I assumed the scanner was at fault.Have connected my husband's scanner (HP) and this will scan ok. but in JPEG formatHowever when I try to open most PDF files from my PC they are opening as grey pages - nothing there.I tried to combine the jpeg files to a PDF which is normally fine but although I could see the jpegs ok - the combined file was grey again.But some PDFs on my desktop are opening ok.I tried an update on Adobe but it said none available.Any ideas?ThanksMessage was edited by: Helen Evans
