Adobe Acrobat Online

I can't find how to use it.  I have used it for years and now its different.  I think I maybe having trouble because of a firewall that blocks me from accessing the Creative Cloud. Why am I no longer able to access the application without being in the cloud?

I am logged on, but when I hit the "convert" button it takes me to the pricing page as if I haven't paid yet.  I am able to work on-line, but not on my computer app

I have selected a PDF file, but the "convert to:" and "convert" buttons are not on, not highlighted

I have Adobe PDF pack (till 21 nov 2018), but when I would lik to start export to Excle, I cannot because send to payment pages  I don't know while, How can I solve this problem?

With Send and Track, duplicate emails have been generating recently.  Please advise how/why this is happening and what I can do to fix it.

Using Adobe Export PDF with licence: I save invoices created in Excel as .pdf to meet some clients needs. This has worked perfectly until recently. The same process now creates a Chrome HTML document instead. Any ideas why?

I have trouble when trying to convert PDFs to Microsoft Powerpoint format. Despite multiple attempts (including restarts and trying for different documents etc.) I receive the error message "Conversion Failure" stating that something went wrong when uploading the file. PELO AMOR DE DEUS, me cobraram mais uma taxa absurda. Eu assinei Export PDF, por um ano apenas. Agora vocês renovaram sem meu consentimento, nem mandaram uma mensagem sobre a renovação automática. Quando vejo já está debitado em meu cartão. Que absurdo, quero meu dinheiro de volta. Ainda por cima entro em minha conta e nem existe uma opção de cancelamento do plano. Um abuso!

I purchased the Export PDF plan today and have been attempting to convert a multi page PDF into an excel document, however, only the first page is being converted.  Additionally, I can only use the converter on the website.  When I am in the application, I can see in the bottom right hand corner that it says that I have the Adobe Export PDF plan, but when I click on Export PDF nothing happens.

i am tryig to download fie fill and sign app to my iPad. I was able to get it downloaded on my phone, but when I try on my iPad, the button to install does nothing. Is there something I have to do in my settings on my iPad to allow the download? Am I doing something wrong?

We have several documents that need to be signed at different times throughout the year.  It is difficult for the individuals that need to sign these documents to get to me in order to sign these documents in a timely fashion so they would like to provide approval to sign documents in our meetings and then I would apply their signatures to the document.  Is this possible?
