I have subscribed "Adobe Export PDF", however I can not identify the "Adobe Export PDF" on my acrobat reader. How can I use this function?

I bought PDF Pack but cant find where to start it.In the product page of my Adobe ID account I can modify it, cancel it but I cant see where to just use it.Any help ?Fabrice

I send PDF docs out using Adobe Document Cloud and very often I add the same message to each.  Is there a way of Auto Filling the Subject & Message boxes to save time.  In other words, can I enter a standard message (which I can occasionally tweak to suit individual customers)?  Thanks in anticipation.

Dear all,I have been able to use my export PDF function for 1.5 years now.However I allways used it on a remote desktop application called RDS.Now i can't use this appllication anymore,.But on my laptop itself I do not seem to be able to login or to use my tools anymore.can anyone tell me how to fix this.my account is still running untill july, and it's allready paid for, so I hope to be able to use this.thanks

I want to upgrade form Export PDF to PDF Pack but the system does not allow and refers me to Support. I cancelled the Export PDF subscription as requested but it still does not work. Suggestions?

I do have a subscription for several years now on Adode PDF Export to convert PDF's to Word. Till recently I could export the PDF's and converted them but now the menu bar doesn't respond at all. Only the upper and lower indicators (behind the line) do change. What has happened?

One year ago, I used an adobe form that had a submit button.  After I submitted the form,  I found out that the person who created the form no longer works at the company and does not have an email address on that server ( they could be dead for all i know.).   I receive a constant message from adobe that the server cannot be found. Tech support from the company cannot solve the problem.  Apple cannot solve it.  Both of those companies spent several hours of  their time trying to help.  They have both determined this is an Adobe issue that only Adobe can resolve.  Adobe sends me to this forum. NO ONE to talk to!!!! This is an Adobe problem.  It has follwed me from one computer to the next as long as I have Adobe.    Please tell me how to remove the form from the ethernet or at least the stinking message from my computer.
