how do I contact them to cancel my account? It does not have the option on the page!!! And when I try their other option there for contact the things that come up are not linkable with chat or otherwise. Does anyone have a way to get in touch with them?? Please help.

Why, when converting a tiff file to pdf, only the first page is converting?  Never had this problem previously.

How do I track a fax I sent?

All of my files that have been uploaded to the cloud are only showing when I sign in on my MAC.  All other devices allow me to sign in but say there are no documents in my cloud.  How can I get the documents to show on multiple devices?

Hi,I want to export the data in a PDF to Excel. I know this can be done within the software but it converts it to merged files which will only mean I have to mess around converting it to an appropriate format.Is it possible to pre-determine the format of converted data?Also is it possible to apply it to multiple PDF's of the same layout.So for example I have invoices from a supplier. I want to export specific data from multiple PDF's to a single Excel Sheet in a table format.Can anybody help with this?Regards,Heath

We deliver workshops for which we produce a workbook for each delegate, containing information relevant to the workshop as well as space to write comments and answers (old fashioned D ring binder with paper).We would l like to move to digital workbooks. Creating a PDF for delegates to read and write answers on an iPad or laptop is not a problem.My questions are:1. What is the easiest way to make sure that all (and only) the delegates download a copy of the workbook on either iPads or laptops?2. I opened two PDFs that are about 13MB each on my iPad in Acrobat and saved them to my document cloud. Now on my computer, I can see them in the document cloud but when I try to open them, they get about halfway downloaded and then Acrobat stops responding.

I have unfortunately wasted an hour discovering that Adobe DC's Export PDF feature does not work with pdf files created from other sources.  I download statements from banks, credit card companies, utilities, etc.  I have found the need to convert the contents to spreadsheets.  I do have an older version of Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro (9.5.5).  I have used its select feature to copy as table or open table in spreadsheet successfully.Export PDF will take a pdf, convert it to a xlsx file, but the xlsx file cannot be opened.  Excel returns the error message "File is corrupt and cannot be opened."  Support wasted 45 minutes asking superfluous questions until they finally asked for both the xlsx and source pdf file.  That is when I was told, "I am sorry I have checked your file and the pdf producer of the file is XenosD2evision v2 not Adobe pdf so it can not converted"That is a significant limitation that should be made clear upfront.  Is the average person e

I'm currently working off the trial service.I want to collect and send documents for people to complete and sign. When emailed to them, they have to download and open the documents in order to fill out instead of editing within the cloud program. Doesn't that just make it an email attachment? I want to mass upload specific documents that I can send to different individuals for them to fill out and upload back into the system so I (and my team) can view, organize and pull certain documents as needed. Is this the right program for me? Please help.

I have a user asking about Adobe Send & Track.  Her intent is to use it to send documents to subcontractors/vendors for signing.  Does this service work in such a way?  Her thinking is that it will give them a link to go to and view the document where they can digitally sign/approve the document, and it will alert her that it's ready, allowing her to download the newly signed document from the Cloud.  Looking at the page for the product I don't see anything specifically mentioning this, and it looked like it would send them a link to the document where they could download it, but then they would need to sign it and email it back to her. *UPDATE* I see it appears the PDF Pack license supports signing.If the service will work as she's hoping, would there be an issue installing it in a Citrix environment?  All our users use Citrix XenApp to access their Outlook mailboxes, and I wanted to ensure that the plugin could be installed and only visible to/usable by h

How do I default Adobe DC to open with the TOOL CLOSED!  It is so annoying to have to close it every time.

The reason I ask is because I get PDF files with information to use in In Design and some of these files need editing, so converting these PDF files makes it much quicker than responding to all the emails with PDF's to send as Word Docs. Plus, my boss is to cheap to download this software eventhough it would make my job much more productive.  thanks

I am deciding whether or not to purchase Adobe PDF Pack. I cannot seem to even email or chat with Adobe to ask a question before I buy. Instead, I have to come here to ask a question. I'm not sure if this is a question or an idea. Either way, it's 70% question so here I am. Is there a method for creating a direct link "mapping a network drive" in Windows explorer to my adobe cloud repository? If so, is there any documentation to help? I've noticed several others have been having the same problem. When trying to convert a TIFF doc to PDF in PDF Pack, it only converts the first page of the document and no others. I can't say I'm happy about paying for a service that is clearly not functional.Are there any measures being taken to fix this problem? If I try uninstalling and then reinstalling, would that fix anything? Is uninstalling/reinstalling helpful at all? My work requires converting a lot of TIFF files to PDF files, so this is very detrimental to my work. Any news would be helpful.
