Adobe Acrobat Online

I am trying to purchase 2 subscriptions for acrobat to convert pdf to word & excel.When I hit subscribe, it only sits there and then goes blank....

I currently have Adobe Reader XI, after using previous versions. This time, I signed up for 1 year conversion capabilities. However, it appears that I cannot do so from within Reader XI, I just tried and was directed to sign-in via the web and to use my browser to select and convert the appropriate file. I had hoped that, if I paid the conversion fee (which I've never had to do before when converting from PDF to Doc(x)), I'd be able to do so from within Reader.If not, I'll dump the service and figure an alternative method!SG03MAR15

is it possible to export a scanned document from pdf to Word in Czech language?

I need help ASAP. I cannot open ANY of my pdfs because my son tried to convert one pdf using a non-adobe website. The website turned ALL of my pdfs into their docs and when I uninstalled it, all my adobe pdfs went with it. Please help, I'm running a nonprofit. Suzanne

i purchased Acrobat Pro 2 months ago. now there is a trail of Pro XI on my computer and the trial expired today so it wont let me open up any files without liscensing the XI. how do i take it off and go back to my Regular Pro

How do I convert a word document to pdf

I had a trial version of XI Pro and chose to buy Adobe ExportPDF. I at first could convert files to PDF unlimited. Now I cannot at all. Does ExportPDF support unlimited conversions?

When I up-load to the cloud to convert to Word, then down-load, all kinds of distortions happen. Paragraph structure, anything hand written on the document, etc., etc., gets changed and/or gets distorted.  WHY?

I canceled my annual subscription last month. It took half an hour to find the chat person that could do this. There is no way to cancel online except chat. The cancel was at 1 pm and I received an email saying the subscription was canceled. At 10:30 pm I now see that ADOBE re-activated the damn subscription so I'm waiting again to CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. You charged me again! I already paid $240 to use your product for one month and NOW YOU WON'T LET GO OF MY MONEY. CANCEL CANCEL CANCELI have been waiting for half an hour on chat to get a response. 

How do I cancel my subscription??? I purchased it last April, and haven't been able to use it at all..When I go to the cancel my subscription site - it reverts to the beginning = no answer at all. Frustrated, as i feel Adobe just want to take my money = illegal practice. Can't get through to any advisor.. surely this is ethically wrong too?!
