I wish to reinstall Abobe Export after repair of computer. How do I do this?

I want to download pdf documents and turn files into pdf. Which software I have to download?

Downloaded trial, expired, purchased acrobat pro subscription. Can I just enter a serial number? Serial number is nowhere to be found, and it's not under my registered products. I bought it for the serial number, the download is stuck at 8- and it's taken forever to get THAT far. I just want to find my serial number to enter to my existing program.

Your marketing strategies are unconscionable. I have been trying to cancel my Adobe ExportPDF "auto renewal" (pfft) for an hour now and can't reach anyone.  I am a busy man, and this time is costing me money. I want it cancelled now.

I can't seem to upgrade to Adobe PDF pack, why is that?

All I want to do is cancel my damn account, I have been on hold for 30minutes being transferred by one guy somewhere around10minutes in.  The online chat is a joke, waiting 50+ minutes with no acknowledgement.  For a big company this is horrifying and I will never ever ever ever ever spend another cent on adobe products.

I would like to upgrade to the Adobe PDF Pak but on a monthly basis, even though it is a little more.  I currently have the Adobe Send on an annual basis with Auto renewal.  Even if I turn off auto renewal, it won't let me upgrade unless I turn auto renewal back on.  I didn't think it should be this difficult....Linda

I am working on creating a Navlog for private pilots to use. I have a form already built and it looks like most of the available "text boxes" are recognized in the "Fields" section. However, when I preview the form none of the boxes will allow the entry of text. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
