how do i convert a pdf file to word with this program..........if i can't do this with trail version someone please tell me

I did fill and sign and cannot "download" or "print"  how do I do this?

I Have the creative cloud membership and I used to be able to edit pdf documents, but now I can neither edit them nor convert them into word, which I was also used to be able to. I can only insert text on top of the file and thext already there. This is not what I need. I do not understand since I am still paying for the creative cloud membership?

Adobe Acrobat X Standard installed 2-3 years ago in a workstation.Don't know the serial number or key-code...Now I should use the same license to install it into a new workstation and unsitall it first ...I don't know how to do it just  because I cannot find this media or how it was installed. Where on my PC do I access the PDF Export to convert pdf to Word?

I have copy of the purchase invoice but the software is not specified in a manner I can recognise. it is basic software that cost £16.11 at the time and merely allows conversion to and from pdf / word. Access is through one of adobe websites but I do not have the link - anyone any ideas as it is not obvious?

reader x will not let me convert word files to pdf's, even word files that have been converted before. unable to get support through adobe...
