My computer crashed and hard drive was replaced.  How do I go about reinstalling Adobe Acrobat XI on my computer?Where do i go for the download?

I recently purchased a subscription to Adobe Reader, so I could convert my business files from PDF to Word, and whenever I end up downloading the word file, it changes some of the words.For example.I had a file I have to send to the state, and I couldn't figure out how to add signatures through word, so I printed it out, signed it, and date. When it converted to Word, it had changed a lot of the words, and the Date had a whole bunch of random letters and images in its place. Also, I had check boxes that converted into letters instead of remaining check boxes.The entire reason I bought this was for the conversion to work, so am I going to have to just give up, and cancel the subscription or is there a fix to this?

I have installed Acrobat XI Pro but when I try to open the program or a PDF and enter my serial number to validate, I am told the serial number is valid but no program that matches the number is installed on my computer.

PDF in November I purchased the annual subscription to Adobe Export.  I was able to use the service, until about a month ago. Now it is telling me to subscribe for what I already paid for.  Kindly assist.

I signed up for a free trail and want to convert a PDF file to word.  I am in Adobe Reader and hit Convert and it clocks but I do not have a converted file after it stops.  How do I do this?

I just bought the year subscription to the basic service, allowing me to convert PDF files to Word and Excel. Post export, the file is all but ruined. Some things are underlined and typed out, while other seemingly random parts are pasted in like a picture. I want my money back now, worst product I ever bought.
