HI there,I have created a fillable form in .pdf.  Clients are required to fill in the required fields which I then want to convert to word for my use (my questions and their answers), but for some reason only the form is converted and not the fields they entered. That is blank.  How can I fix this please.Thank you Engela Timcke

I received an e-mail telling me that I was due for automatic billing on Jan. 10, however my credit card information was out of date. I went on my account and updated the new card info. What do I do now? There is no further instruction given - will Adobe try again to run the card and update the subscription? Do I need to manually do something to generate the payment? Please advise... Jeff

I changed my subscription from CreatePDF (PDF Pack) to Adobe Acrobat Standard (online, monthly payment) from December 2014, but you charged the both payments for CreatePDF ($10.46 on 12/1) and  Standard ($12.55 on 12/2) in December on my credit card and no deduction was shown in the January statement. Won't you credit $10.46 for Dec 2014?

I have read forums and tried to get Adobe PDF printer to function in Windows 7 and can't figure it out. Have tried many things and still not working. Here is the latest I tried:http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_programs/acrobat-8-or-9-with-windows-7-64bit-printing/99f812d3-d025-44f4-bba2-5a483ce1e730It seems ridiculous that this product can't be supported by Adobe. Many professionals do not need to pay for updates regularly and should not be PUNISHED for having older programs that work fine for our businesses. Why is there not an EASY fix?Anyone???

How do I convert a PDF to a word doc?RegardsJon

I have been using Acrobat for converting PDF documents to Word.  It had been working just fine, but lately, when I convert a PDF document to Word, it is not giving me the word count, which is why I subscribed in the first place. Someone has any idea of why?
