Does ansyone know whats going on with the combine files conversion failure?

I have covered a pdf file to Word however the converted document is garbled an cannot be read, how do I get to converted document to reflect the pdf document

I purchased the Acrobat DC pro subscription while working at home from my laptop during covid. Can I open the same documents on my office PC without purchasing another subscription?

Hi,An happy and sucessfull new year to everybody.I have suscribed for Acrobat pro since october 2020 and it's work perfectly except that there is no Acrobat extension to activate on my Firefox to translate easely and quickly an Internet page to a Pdf.I can print a page as Pdf but i cannot find the extension to valid as explained. Somebody could help me ? Thank you.Patrick

License expiring.  Says expires 1/12/2021 but has already stopped.  Cannot use product/files saved.Don't know what type account I have.  This is on my desktop computer.  I have Adobe Acrobat 9 standard software.  Please help.  

I have been printing to Adobe PDF from within Coreldraw2019 without issue until today. All of a sudden I can no longer add a custom page size, the add/modify button won't add or modify anything. Instead it is deleting already existing custom sizes, which I then can't add back. I tried the same process with Coreldraw 2018 - same problem. So I did a repair on adobe acrobat pro 2017, still doesn't work. Has anybody had this same problem and have a fix? Thanks

Hello,I need to find a solution that enable to signe the same pdf document that found on sharepoint. I mean: that one PDF will be seen by all three users and they will signe it without any other steps just to signe and the modification will be save for others to see (like if it was Word). I cannt understand witch one of Adob solution provide this opetion.Thank you very much and I wish a happy new yearDitza

hello, I have adobe pro-2017, and is allowed to install on two computers.my desktop has corrupted and I cannot start it anymore and is garbage.my new laptop which I bought last October 2020 is unfortunately not working and was unopenable and I to return it to the store. the store gave me a new laptop now. I am trying to install my adobe pro and is telling me that I have already used the licenses and is not allowing me. so as I tried to mention my desktop is not working it is out of use and my laptop is returned to the store. please help me with how to contact adobe support service for a solution.thanksteclai

I have a big 3500 page document that I am trying to redact content from however everytime I try to apply the changes I do not get the save prompt so the changes never save. What should I try to resolve this?

Hello!On the company I work, we have a strong firewall to filter internet trafic.So, inside my company, using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, I can not access to the Adobe Document Cloud contents, BUT I can do so to the associeted Dropbox, Google Drive and MS OneDrive.My concluison is that the protocol used in the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to access to Dropbox, Google Drive and MS OneDrive is different from the one used to access to Adobe Document Cloud.Is there any one how could help identifying the whay to overpass this, please?I need some tips to request to the manager of the firewall to let pass trough the contets of the Adobe Document Cloud.Many thanks in advance!

Good evening,I hope someone can help ease my mind, strongly preferably from the Adobe team, this due to what it's about.I've found the Adobe Acrobat tool (in the NL language) to convert a PDF to JPEG by a direct link to this option searching for it on Google. The option was available without any log-in, thus I haven't logged in first to use it.I used the service to convert a document which had privacy sensitive information.Afterwards, I checked out the terms & conditions and read that it is asked to not use such documents in your system.I did, so now I am wondering .. is this written because for, for example, support service you are not allowed to view that data (AVG) or is it because I'm at risk with using my document in that tool?When it's the latter, I really would like my document, if it's actually saved by you temporarily somewhere, removed, as you can imagine I'm sure.Thanks so much for your reply!Kind regards,M. HelloI was careful to cancel my trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC before the 7 day trial ended, but I am still being charged for this at £15.19 per mointh. Can you please check and cancel this subscription? I saved numerous documents on my iPhone in document cloud of the acrobate reader. When I connected with my Acrobate Account on my PC (Adobe Acrobate Pro DC) I could not see the files anymore neither on my iPhone not on my Adobe Acrobate Pro DC on my laptop.Did anyone experience simlar problems? Hi there,this is a very very stressful for me because it says there it is a 7 DAYS FREE TRIAL but I only use 1 hour and it didn't work so I cancelled it and I thought it was okay and suddenly here comes my bill dated November 10,2020 with an amount of $22.66 and December 10,2020 with an amount of $22.28 so I'm wondering why I was charged with the said amount?well in fact I just try only 1 hour of the 7 days free trial but it never work...So please I need the refund of my money...Thank you and looking forward...

Is anyone able to advise if I can share a document via Adobe and restrict the download capability to 1 time only? i.e. I would like to send a training manual to a customer and have it 'dissappear' once it has been downloaded.   I understand that we cannot restrict what they do with it after that, but i want the original link to vanish once downloading is complete. Thanks 

I cannot combine files in acrobat cloud PDF.  Tried using different browsers as suggested and tried multiple browsers on my Mac in addition to the Windows 10.

Whenever I try to share a file via a link, it creates duplicate of the file. Changes done by others on the file effects new duplicate not the original file. Currently, I'm sharing a file, and then deleting original one and working on shared copy so that everyone can see each others changes. But this is very annoying.

My production house sent me back my manuscript in PDF. How can I edit without causing any trouble.? I have done so by exporting it to WORD so I can easily edit. Yet when I did so, I really don't know to transfer it back to PDF to match original page.

I wanted to ensure my pdf file properties like  Fast web view: is enabled (or) not. I have to do the via external libraries, when I read the metadata it's now showing up.  Kindly suggest.
