I am trying to delete a blank page in a PDF document. How do I do that? there are no delete buttons.

Hello - I am trying to convert a PDF file to Adobe reader to excel. When I make the conversion and open the file in excel, the text changes from english to symbols. Can you please advise on how to keep the text the same in the excel file.

Hello,I recently had my company purchase a subscription from Adobe so that I could convert our Company Credit card PDF files to Excel format for a more efficient process of distributing expense reports. However, after researching on the forum pages, using that research to troubleshoot (I've tried exporting via DC reader and via the website to no avail), I wonder if I will even be able to convert these reports as they may have too much detail in them. Can someone from Adobe attempt to convert one of my files for me, and if they aren't able to be converted, give me a refund for the purchase? I would like to know how to reduce the file size of a multi-page pdf document.The native file is a 26 page Illustrator file with images, graphics and text that has been saved as a pdf. The pdf file size is 258.2 MB. My client needs the file size to be 2 MB to be able to upload the file to a website as a multipage document that retains the best possible visual quality.

I have bank statements that I down load from the banks in PDF form. The conversion to excel on a line by line basis breaks some of the description part into several cells. I suspect it is based on the number of spaces between words in the description. Is there a setting that I can modify to prevent this breaking up the entire description into more than one cell?

PDF Converter:  When I sign in I get the following error message:  We've encountered a critical error.  Please try again later.  Unable to fetch base_uris from files tier.I signed in multiple times yesterday and today.  Also tried IE and Chrome to see if it was a browser issue.  I have a stack of files I need to convert.

I am trying to use the Send for Signature function in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (on Windows 10).Occasionally it works, but mostly I put in the email address and message, hit next, and get the error message "Could not Send.  An error has occurred. Please try again".Trying again does not help!It would be much less frustrating if this function worked every time I tried, so any help would be appreciated!I have been unable to work out the difference between the ones that work and the ones that don't...ThanksJewelsP.S. I need to put a PDF into a Google Doc, where it would be a stable document, not a link to the Adobe website. In general, is it possible to download a PDF? I downloaded it to my desktop, but it's just link to the cloud.

I have a similar problem.  I'm going from a desk DC app that I've paid $23 for a PDF to Excel conversion and it totally loses continuity.  About half of the data is converted as an image instead of data.  Can I get my $23 back or applied to something that does work.

Without my knowledge i was being charged monthly for the PDF service. I needed to use it just for a month and never used the app ever since. Its been 3 times that i was charged for it. Why didnt i get any email regarding them? I would like my money back for the last 3 automatic renewals. The way your company signed me up for the automatic renewal and took money from is shady and unacceptable. Please refund me the money.

The export quality of my conversion to xlxs is not as previous conversions.  How can I improve it?

I am a frequent traveler and used to be able to use Acrobat Pro to edit and sign PDF's on the go offline. I am now required to use PDF Pack subscription and still want to be able to edit documents when I am not connected. Can I download it to update my Pro program?

I've seen several similar questions dating back to 2014! I've already used the service, it worked well. Now I'm redirected to the subscription page, and when I click on the pack I already paid for, it indeed tells me that I already paid for this product. So why can't I convert from pdf to word when the system obviously knows I paid for this service?I tried logging off/on, clearing the cache and updating.I was able to convert my file by using a 2014 tip, but it makes me upload my file from another page instead of just being able to open it and click on the conversion button.Please, can anyone help?Cynthia

When I try "Export to Word" from Reader, I am served the Pricing page.When I check my account I find that I have paid already.When I access what Adobe presents as Help I am given approximately 32,496 different topcs, each topic haveing approximately 7,328 different threads.It's very simple:* I have paid.* I want the service I paid for.32,496 * 7,328 = far more pages and links than I should have to wade through to get what I have already paid for.I'm not here to program a web service./bdt
