Adobe Acrobat Online

The export quality of my conversion to xlxs is not as previous conversions.  How can I improve it?

I am a frequent traveler and used to be able to use Acrobat Pro to edit and sign PDF's on the go offline. I am now required to use PDF Pack subscription and still want to be able to edit documents when I am not connected. Can I download it to update my Pro program?

When converting there is indicated 'no internetconnection', but there is a connection ! What is the problem here?Bij het converteren wordt er 'geen internetverbinding' aangeduid , toch is er wel degelijk verbinding!Wat is hier het probleem?

I've seen several similar questions dating back to 2014! I've already used the service, it worked well. Now I'm redirected to the subscription page, and when I click on the pack I already paid for, it indeed tells me that I already paid for this product. So why can't I convert from pdf to word when the system obviously knows I paid for this service?I tried logging off/on, clearing the cache and updating.I was able to convert my file by using a 2014 tip, but it makes me upload my file from another page instead of just being able to open it and click on the conversion button.Please, can anyone help?Cynthia

After successfully logging into Adobe, I attempt to export a PDF for the purpose of converting to PowerPoint.  An error message immediately pops, "No internet connection."We recently changed the enterprise firewall.  The IT manager believes we need to whitelist Adobe, or perhaps Adobe has changed its service providers.  Please return Adobe's URL and IP for the document conversion capability.[Personal contact info removed - Mod]Thank you!LS

When I try "Export to Word" from Reader, I am served the Pricing page.When I check my account I find that I have paid already.When I access what Adobe presents as Help I am given approximately 32,496 different topcs, each topic haveing approximately 7,328 different threads.It's very simple:* I have paid.* I want the service I paid for.32,496 * 7,328 = far more pages and links than I should have to wade through to get what I have already paid for.I'm not here to program a web service./bdt

How do I send documents that the receiver can stamp and write on electronically???

So I went to convert PDF to word and it keeps saying conversion failure. I tried uninstalling and re-installing and it does not seem to work. Not really sure why I've purchased the adobe in the first place when it doesn't work. I can't even email someone about this, I have to post a discussion?

Dear sirs,I paid for the Adobe PDF pack a couple weeks ago and now when I try to use the features it doesn't work. It sends my to the Adobe site to buy the software. I even tried to buy it again and when I logged in it said I need to cancel or upgrade my current subscription so Adobe knows I paid but when I try to use the features, like converting a PDF file to a PPT file, it doesn't recognize that I have paid.Can you help soon I'm in the middle of a project.Thanks,Bernie

How would I be able to specify a different reply-to email when sending a document through Adobe Document Cloud?

When I try to buy a subscription, which I already have by the way and it is current through July 2019, it says I already have this subscription and therefore cannot buy it. In the meantime, I can't use the service.

I bought PDF Pack and have spent hours just trying to figure out how to open a PDF document and then convert it to excel or word. Isn't there anyway to talk with a person at ADOBE?

I have been combining file, with success, although there are many steps.  I have attempted to combine filesfor two days now & I can not get them to combine. I have followed my normal steps, created & saved as pdf, uploaded to Adobe.  Tools, then combine files, found the files, selected continue & I only get a black screen....Help???

The option Save on Adobe Document Cloud is Grey and not active ; it was not the case before, and I have already some documents saved in the adobe Cloud before this problem

Apparently Adobe is charging me $15 also even though i cancelled my trial subscription weeks ago! This is outrageous. I followed all the steps listed on the website to cancel the trial subscription so they wouldn't automatically start charging my card and to no avail.This is extremely frustrating!

I'm trying to extract 5 pages from 159 page file (don't you love taxes?). Adobe Reader DC won't allow me to "Print" just the 5 pages I want as a pdf. Organize in PDF pack says it's too big to open (more than 100 pages). I've tried this on a PC, but I have access to a Mac if it will work there.

I have an active Export PDF account that is good through next July (2019).  I have been trying to use the product and continue to get the following error message: "Your trial has expired. Subscribe to Acrobat DC for access to all tools."  I am not interested in Acrobat DC.  I have tried logging off and back on and continue to get the same error message.
