Adobe Acrobat Sign

I AM NOT FOND OF ADOBE ITS CONSTANTLY A PROBLEM FILLING OUT AND SIGNING THESE FORMS

Our company sends out multiple documents to vendors/customers that require more than one digital signature. On the original document it is setup for the vendors to sign and then the document comes back to us for that final signature. We are noticing that when there are multipe signagures (3 or more) signed on the document that when it comes back, the final signature that we would sign is locked and we cannot sign. This is happening with an entire department and it is causing a great deal of manual work to get around this. Going out, the none of the signature spaces are locked, so it is puzzling why this would happen.  Is there some kind of setting that we are missing that can change this behavior? 

I always used Adobe Acrobat to sign business documents and now i have to change my signatures due to new registration and burocratic reasons... and i cant find a way. The Offical adobe how to is clearly outdated. I cant even delete my old e-sign. This should be simples. I feel like im really fighting Adobe ps, ai, etc theses days. Everything is so hidden into menus and new interfaces. What a ba UX package overall. 

I am trying to Integrate AEM with Salesforce using below Adobe Documentation -https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/administering/integration/salesforce.html?lang=en I'm successfully able to connect AEM With Salesforce using AEM Cloud Services Configuration but when i try to select the configuration and save on Salesforce provided Workflow Model it is throwing below error - I have updated the OSGi Configuration as suggested in documentation for "Salesforce Lead Mapping Configuration". When i try to Author Salesforce Connect Component on page it is showing below message even when i am logged in -  After that i have tried to goto settings of Salesforce Connect Component, I am able to see Salesforce Configuration created earlier but "Type Of Contact and Select the Salesforce Lead or Contact" fields are not getting populated.  Any pointers on how to resolve the above issues will be helpful.

There are 4 questions on the bottom right that are set to multiline fields.    The type is about 3x larger on mobile. Would like the type size on multiline to be same as on the single line fields. I tried both auto and 8pt, but the type size is large an only allows about 3 words. Also the asterisk is huge for fields required on mutiline text field.  

Our base contract for home design services frequently gets sent to both a husband and wife's individual email addresses. We only need one of them to sign, it doesn't matter which one. How can we send it to both of them, but once one of them signs, the document is "complete", without requring the second person to sign as well.

Good morning team and Happy New Year !   I would like to find out more details of how the attachment works when we prepare a document to send out for signatures using Adobe Sign   For example i have a contract on which i want to add an attachment which needs to be visible to all recipients  How is that done and will this document remain as attachment visible to all recipients after the document is signed ?   Thanks Panayiotis

Hello, When I create a form with the option "this document requires signatures", I no longer have the "Actions", "Formats", "Validation", Calculation" tabs on my text fields. So impossible to create calculated fields. Thank you for helping me...

I have run into problems with being able to both sign (along with other individuals) and then subsequently approve an agreement (I am undertaking two different project roles). After all the signatures have been gathered, I click the link on the email to approve but it says I am logged in already. I then click the sign out box, sign in again but then there are no options to approve. Is it inbuilt inot Adobe Sign that the approver is always a different person? I maanaged to work around this by using a different email address but don't wish to do this in the future if I can Might another solution would be to put my 2nd signature as a Stage 2 signature (so I sign after everyone else has signed). This allows me to use the same assurance process (sign the form once all signatures gathered) but maybe allowing me to use the same email address/account Thanks in advance

I send and sign documents . I would like to create groups in order to send documents to many people . I need from each of them a signature . How can I do this ? Thanks for your support . 

I have a template used to review and approve documents. it currently works in 5 steps, but I want the option so that in Step 2, if the reviewer indicates no changes are needed to the document and it's ready to be finalized, that the routing skips Steps 3 & 4 and goes straight to Step 5 (meaning I don't want the reviewer to recieve the form again if no changes are needed). If I make Step 3 and 4 conditional on whether the reviewer indicates in Step 2 that changes are needed, based on a radio button click, will the routing also change? Is there a way to set up conditional routing?Step 1-I fill in the information and sign the formStep 2-Reviewer indicates the document needs changes or not via radio button and signsStep 3-I make the requested changes and signStep 4-Reviewer approves changes and signsStep 5-I finalize the document and sign

I put in an email address for a signer with an Asian name. I got an email from the person asking why his last name was given as Green instead of Chiang. I apologized and said I would send another, figuring it was some kind of autocorrect. However, when I went in, I discovered that I could not change the name. So I deleted the form and started over putting in the email address with no name. Once again it created a document addressed to Green instead of Chiang.    

Hi, My colleague would like an agreement send using AdobeSign with some Track Changes in the document. When I input the agreement into AdobeSign it removes these. Is this because an agreement should be a clean copy? Any help would be appreciated.

How do I move Custom stamps to a new install?

If I create a web form for our employees, how can I get that form to do directly to their managers for approval?  I won't know who the manager is until an employee fills out the form and not all managers have admin access to adobe sign.  Is this even possible?

After using Adobe Sign for over 2 years, I'm completely at a loss for a resolution on this one.My returned, signed documents are now coming back with the signature in an incredibly small font and I do not know why?Same signers, single and multiple signers, but the font is sooo small. Oh, and the signature block was the same length as the line below it.Can I adjust this?

I am using adobe sign in NetSuite to automate sending purchase agreements to customers. I have text form tags in the form for signature lines. The problem is that the font is pretty small. My code for one signature line is {{#Sender =Sig1_es_:sender:signature}}  {{$Sender }}.{{$Sender }} being where the signature line will be at. Text is super small. I have tried adding {{#Sender =Sig1_es_:sender:signature:font(size=12)}} but that doesn't do anything when going to sign the document. Dimension also doesn't work with reference tags. It tells me that the reference can't find the definition or something similar. The place that I am adding the text tag is a text field box, so I don't have the ability to change the font size of the "{". Not sure how to go about solving this issue.

After I send a contract out for signature, the email confirmation I recieve has this as the subject line.  I really don't want my customers to see this when they recieve a contract from me! Previously, when using Adobe Sign, I could drag the field boxes to the form, and the boxes would automatically "snap" to the line. For some reason, this is no longer working as of today. I have not, to my knowledge, touched any settings. I'm using a fully text-searchable PDF converted from a Word file. This worked for dozens for documents previously; this is the first time I am encountering the problem. Restarting, reconverting the original file have not worked. I did see a post from October 2020 about this topic, but no one replied, so I am posting to avoid using a stale post.

I am trying to create a pdf contract which contains a hyperlink (to access an online form to complete that I have done via JotForm). I can set this up but once the document is sent out for signature, the hyperlink is no longer showing or functional so does this mean that the person receiving the contract will not see or be able to access the hyperlink?
