Hi Support Teams,after 1st signer signing process is done can we pass AgreementID into postSignOption redirectUrl as parameter?

After I created a free account in Adobe Sign, then got a mail regarding to activate email address and I click on "activate your account" from the mail, then I got the page shows "Verification Required." and I had tried other option which provided in the mail, still the result page not changedI have to done anything else ?Please help Regards,Tony Sbnt.    

We have a cloud based application that utilizes Adobe Sign for digital signatures. Is Adobe Sign affected by the Apache Log4j vulnerability in any way? Does Adobe Sign use Apache? Thanks, Carlo

I have just purchased Adobe Acrobat DC Pro via my Enterprise purchasing proces, but I cannot locate AdobeSign anywhere. I can only see a Fill and Sign Tool which doesnt appear to be the same tool.   Ultimately I need to be able to send pdf files to customers for esignature and it was my undestanding that Acrobat Pro DC included this functionality.

Have Acrobat DC (Classic) 2015 -- cannot find Tools > Request Signatures or Adobe Sign.  What version of DC do I need to get this function?

Hi,I am looking to find the number of completed aggreements I have. There appears to be a number beside 'in progress', however, no number beside 'completed'.Thanks

The "Manage" tab in adobe sign is blank and now showing any of the signed documents or documents in process. Any idea how to resolve?  

Am I the ONLY one who ALWAYS has to log-in twice?

I've created a number of forms in Acrobat - customizing the field colors, adding the fields, signatures, etc.  I then created a Portfolio with multiple documents. Once I did that, the E-sign options went away. Having a portfolio where I can change data on a form for a specific user and it doesn't change the original form is GREAT. But not if I can't send it for e-signature. I called support and they wanted me to try it by going to the Document Cloud but it's not working there either.  And if I just put a form up in Adobe Sign, it takes away all my work with formatting, colors, etc.  Is my only solution to email these forms (keeping my fields like I want them to look) to the receivers and get them to Fill and Sign?

I have a program that is putting together an agreement through the C# SDK. And sometimes this works, but not everytime. How can I make this consistent? Hello,I often need to send 2 types of documents in the same email (ex. a tracking sheet and a contract).  Once everyone have signed their parts, I receive 1 pdf with both documents, which I cannot seperate because it is locked by Adobe. I do not want to send the tracking sheet to my supplier, only the signed contract.Is there a way to get one signed pdf per document?Thank you!

We create a number of editable forms. For some reason the Signature field is no longer working. Has anyone else had this issue and is therea work around? It looks ok when I save the PDF 'reader extended- enable more tools' but when the recipient receives it the field is blank.

I am trying to create a template that has potentially a specific set of 50 signers.  Can I use the signature field and use text tags to assign the email addresses to specific lines?  or is there another way to do this?  If when sending I need only a few signatures, would I be able to delete the unused fields before sending?  How would I set this up? 

I am trying to send agreements on behalf of another user using REST API V6 (Transient Document) I followed this tutorial:https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/how-to-send-on-behalf-of-another-user-using-rest-api-transient-document-adobe-sign.htmlBut I always get back a permission error:{"code":"PERMISSION_DENIED","message":"User provided in x-on-behalf-of-user header does not have required permission to perform this operation."}The x-on-behalf-of-user  email I am using is part of a group and account,not sure what am I missing, can you share an example with the needed scopes?

Are there any options/methods for making basic authorized e-signatures look more "official", right on document as if they were signed with a digital cert and all the extra meta data was included in your signature format?

We're using input fields for our Hiring Workflow to automate the process and reduce errors. For our workflow, we have to use two document templates because we are utilizing Limited Document Visability. Document 1 is internal and Document 2 is customer-facing. Both of these documents have a "Salary" form field. When I try to set up the input field for salary, the 2nd document gets changed in authoring from "Salary" title to "Salary_25". When I check my template, it still says it's named "Salary" but when I go to send the documents in the workflow, it changes. So now, I have two input fields with "Salary" and "Salary_25" to make sure both get populated. I cannot combine the templates into one and use cloned fields because I need the LDV to work.  I contacted support and they have no solution for this so I guess I'm wondering what the point is for using input fields in a workflow if they can't populate each document with those designated fields? Seems to defeat the whole purpose

I have an Adobe Sign Form with some check boxes inside. The signature process is a two step process, first signer has to check some check-boxes and the second signer should just fill one signature. However, when I assign the check-boxes to Signer 1 it turns them into signature fields when the signature request email is received. If I leave the check-boxes assigned to Anyone they work fine as they should, but I don´t want second signer to be able to check those. Is there a way to have a check-box assigned to a signer without turning them into signature fields?

I have started to use the "reminder" function but notice they still go out after a documents have been signed and filed. Does anyone know if this is a bug (have seen some forum posts where reminders are being sent after a document has been cancelled) or is there a setting I am missing?

Is there a way to set up an embedded form in AdobeSign so that only those I create in the cc field receive the responses.  As the owner of the form, I do not want to recieve all the responses. Thanks
