Dear,We have a requirement that whenever approver/client rejects the agreement, the agreement should go back to the filler so that the filler can make correction in the existing agreement. Currently whenever the agreement is rejected by any of the party the whole process needs to be re-initated. After some due diligence i found there is some these sort of features available in the enterprise version, if anyone could share some insights on how the above requirements can be met will be helpful for us. Thank you.

Our organization has recently purchased licenses for Adobe Sign and I have setup the account with the proper send settings and Biophrama settings to comply with CFR Part 11. With that said, I do not get the same verification requirements when self signing, nor do users.  How do I ensure that the self signing (Fill and Sign) are compliant too?  I've searched everywhere and my settings are per instructions, but nothing is triggering additional verification, nor stamps after signing.

Kindly advise the implications of starting a new VIp agreement instead of renewing the existing Sign transaction account on the current VIP?

I am working on an integration with CRM, where a PDF stored in our system can be uploaded to AdobeSign and sent out for signature. I bought an Adobe Sign subscription yesterday, and haven't been able to send my documents yet because the product simply doesn't open.  Other tools which were purchased at the same time appear to be working well.  Anyone else having an issue logging into Adobe Sign?  Need to resolve quickly as deadline is quickly approaching for me to get these signatures. Sometimes I'll get a "request entity too large" after I've entered my username and password, but it only happens about 10 percent of the failed logins. Most of the time I enter my password and I just wait on a blank screen.  Thank you!

I am visually impaired and necesito sign PDF documents with my digital certificate using Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader DC, but really can not perform this operation without the help of a person who sees, using only the keyboard of my system. Is there any solution for this my difficulty, please, even if it is through keyboard shortcuts!... Thank you.

Hi,I'm working in a pharmaceutical company, and we have to produce GMP documents daily. The issue is that I have to implement a new document and procedure, and I would like to use a non-GxP tool to do so. I'd like to use the "Add recipient group" option.My company's IT support told me that one cannot use non-GxP options to produce documents once the account is set to GxP. We need a GxP account to produce GMP documents, we cannot skip it. Is there a way to switch back and forth between GxP and non-GxP formats? Is it allowed? Hi all,  For any Sharepoint integration users, has anyone else been able to enforce "Make document preview and authoring selected by default"? Every other setting/feature for the Sharepoint integrated console seems to work fine, only this is an issue. When our users are sending documents from sharepoint, they will always require previewing before sending. Having the default as "Send" poses a risk of sending documents without signing fields, something potentially damaging to our customers' experience and wasteful of our send quota. The screenshots attached below demo the scenario when "Allow senders to modify preview settings..." is disabled. When this is enabled, the preview option is still Send by defualt, though does allow the user to change as expected. I've raised this with adobe support who have said it's expected functionality, though I'd love to know if any other customers out there are experiencing this issue. Thanks everyone

Hello - I am wondering how to remove a signature saved in the sign yourself area of Adobe.  I have two signatures saved however I need to remove one amd replace it with another.  I cannot seem to do this. THank you 

The adobe document which is saving in notes and attachments of salesforce record is showing as blank page while opening in salesforce one mobile app in ipad and iphone and it is working perfectly in salesforce desktop version and andriod 

I have tried to re-enable Automatic Status Updates in two different sandboxes and are running into credential issues for each. I am using a username specific to the particular sandbox with the correct suffix and correct password and am receiving incorrect username/password errors. Attempting to enable status updates with a production login results in an incorrect organization error. Is there currently an issue with this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello; we're finalizing some conversions from the SOAP api to the REST API for Adobe but I don't seem to be able to cancel a document via the REST api once its out for signature. We usually had done then when the document was being updated in our system to make sure we only use the latest and we don't want to rely on the signers to cancel first. Is there a way to do that still? 

Hi al using Adobe Sign and it wont accept a valid email address that contains a hyphen?  Any ideas how to overcome or who to report to?  Format being regected is as followsi.surname@domain-name.co.uk

Why is every mistyped email address kept in the smart type memory? It sets up future repeats of the same.  Is there a way to delete the typing history?

I just installed Acrobat Adobe 2020 pro yesterday, prior to this I used Acrobat Adobe XI for created and editing our work forms. When I open our travel form and make an attempt to sign the pdf document I get this message: "The document cannot be signed in its current state. please save the document, close it, reopen it, and then attempt to sign again." See the attached pic. I've tried a few things on my own such as unchecking Enable Adobe Javascript. It fixes the issue, but then it will not calculate any of my fields.  Please help. Thanks

There are only 7 pages and therefore 7 places to sign initials, however, the system tells me that there are 13 required fields to sign, and even after I sign the whole 7 pages, the system still tells me that I have 6 more required fields to sign, which I think is an IT error.  And from there, the “Next” yellow-tab just indefinitely loops me between page 2 to 7 to sign without leading me to complete the process.

Hi, We are getting 404 error while consuming API fro getting access token. We are following as per given in below link. Even passing correct client_id, client_secret, code, grant_type, request_uri it is still throwing error. I am wanting to put a contract on Adobe Sign.  It needs to go to one person for signature, then to the manager for signature to complete the contract, before sending a copy to each party to keep, with both signatures on it. Can this be done, or is there a work-around for it?

We have several users that are unable to use Adobe Sign.  The error they receive is always the same and is represented by the picture shown.I have tried:Uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe and Creative Cloud AppsRemoving the Product from the user and then adding it backLogging out of and back into Creative CloudLogging out of and back into Document Cloud Having said all of that and reading extensively online, I believe the issue pertains to our setup. I work at a university and we have the Higher Ed version of Creative Cloud All-Apps.  For this, our Organization is AICUO - UniversityName.   When they removed Adobe Sign from that package, we bought licenses for Adobe Sign.  When they were delivered, they came in under a new organization, UniversityName IT.  The same email address is used for both organizations. Please tell me if this can and does cause problems. -Russell

Need help with generating auth token. Passing the value correctly also passing the client secret and id but getting authentication error.   What should be the redirect uri over here not sure whether it is causing the problem.Its a post request
