Adobe Acrobat Sign

We need to create a Digital Signature Workflow via Adobe Sign API.The signatures to be applied to the document are Pades (invisible).When creating the pdf, we do not have the possibility of inserting the digital signature text tag ({{digsig1_es_:signer1:digitalsignature}}) or to use layer templates.Is there any way to create such an agreement via API?

Hi I change my email adress in my adobe account but now I can't log in in Adobe Sgn and my signed documents keep going in my older mail adress.I can't log in also to have acces to assistanceWhat can I do to fix it ? Thank you  

When i click on the ADOBE SIGN - FORM FILLER application on my iPad Pro and log in using the same credentials I use to log into Adobe Acrobat Home page, for some reason the ADOBE SIGN - FORM FILLER application window redirects to the same exact page as the Adobe Acrobat Home (logged in) and gives me NO ADOBE SIGN - FORM FILLER application features. The gentleman online downloaded the ADOBE SIGN - FORM FILLER and logged in but did not have the same issue. I've tried all the general troubleshooting by logging out and loggin back in and deleting and redownlading the applications. I am wondering if there is something happening with my account in the back end?  Please help

Hi there, We have recently started using Adobe to have our staff sign reports before issuing to clients, and we will be using the data on times/dates signed by each recipient to help in reporting the performance of our admin team. I wondered if there was any capacity for custom reporting? Or can I take this opportunity to suggest that certain columns in the report data could be separated? We need the times and dates in seperate columns, so at the moment I'm having to design a spreadsheet with macros to get the data in the correct format. Could we have the option to separate them and have more flexibility over the reporting? We currently have the Enterprise plan. It would also save some time if I could only export the columns we want for our report instead of ALL columns on the default Activity report - out of the 62 columns provided on my report, for instance, I only need 9! Also, even though I'm the UK, the dates in the exported report data are in the US format of MM/DD

We set up a webhook in Sign with a URL provided by an Azure Function that includes an http trigger. This is described here and elsewhere in the Adobe Sign documentation: How to create webhook from REST application with Access token generated from OAuth process using webhook url created from Azure AD? | Adobe Sign The Azure function shows activity when agreements are processed in Sign, as expected, but that is all. What needs to be configured in order to see and download the data and signed PDF?  Does a blob or database have to be added to the Azure function? Any guidance will be welcome.

Is there a way to send an Adobe portfolio document for signature through Adobe sign?  Currently I get an error that says I need Acrobat Reader to do so.  I saw from a 2018 discussion post this is not an option but hoping it has evolved since then and can now be done.  Can you offer any suggestions?  This is especially useful since we are in a remote working world right now.

I have a form that has a submit button.  When it is sent out for signature they use the submit button to return, but then the remaining fillable fields/signature fields are missing.  I have to add them back in to the document.  Is there a way to make sure once the sign and submit those fields remain for us to sign on our side?  I have never used distribute. 

I can not believe that Adobe are still in the last century and insist on dictating the type of browser you use. Using the latest default Microsoft Edge on Win 10, I clicked the link for the mobile app and Adobe went bananas moaning my browser wasn't compatible, trying to force me to another browser and generally messing everything up. What is so difficult? Don't Adobe system engineers ever use their own products, or maybe they are all on Sinclair spectrums?It is incredible who Adobe are so arrogant that they think users will switch browser just for them! As a programmer I know that it is perfectly simple to develop websites to run on any brand. But Adobe knows best! Stupid, arrogant, ignorant company. 

Hi,I am testing the free version to see if this is something we want to implement in our organization. Unfortunatley it is not possible to change the language settings to English from Norwegian. I followed the official instructions by Adobe but I only get the first option to change, see image.  Is this because I have the free trial?  Thanks in advance! Ole

My company has Creative Cloud enterprise subscriptions. Some for the full Creative Cloud suite of apps and a few for Acrobat Pro only. I was just asked by the company owner if we can digitally sign documents, like using something like DocuSign. I have digitally signed documents with Acrobat Pro. But I'm not sure if it is considered a certified signature? Is it basically the same thing as DocuSign? Or do we also have to have a separate Adobe Sign plan for signatures to be certified? 

I found this article that says you can set a deadline for an adobe sign document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/set-reminders.html#ReviewI followed the directions, but don't actually see the option for setting a deadline. Here's a screenshot showing that the set deadline checkbox is not an option as described. What's up with that?

Hello, We have a situation in which we would like to store the document in a location and provide a link to the users. From here, the users would grab the document and then submit the document for approval. Is this possible? From what I've seen, it seems like the document is first sent with expectation of obtaining a signature, but is it possible to have the document available to the user without prompting them first?   Thanks.   [Moderator moved from Using the Community (forums) to Adobe Sign.]

I got my Adobe Sign Linked to my Salesforce Enterprise. I can not seem to get it configured properly to work INSIDE of Salesforce. I am NOT an expert in Salesforce Configuration. What I am trying to do is get Adobe Sign INSIDE salesforce to see documents stored in the Files of a particular Account and allow me to send that file through Adobe Sign out for signature.  -Adam adam@aegisifs.com

Is it possible to create tables of data?A bit of detail, I'm integrating with dynamics and my client wants to send an agreement once a quote has been generated.  A quote may have multiple quote products (1 of item A, 3 of item B etc etc.)I can't see a way of referencing the quote products from the quote entity and I guess a larger problem is that I can't see a way of generating a table at all which could hold such a thing.Any tips appreciated!

I am using Adobe acrobat DC and requested e-signature to my colleague and I found that there is audit report in the late page. I want to remove it form signatured file. I found that some one gudied to set it in my account>Account settings>global setting. However there is no global setting tab in my account settings. Is this right way? Please let me know how to remove audit report when e-signaturing exactly. 

I have added Adobe Sign app in my Sharepoint Online. I have created  old mapping of web form which is giving me some error. Now I am not able to load the page. How do I get rid of this old webforms mapping error and add new mappings?

We are using Adobe Sign in Salesforce.  We would like to modify the "From" address when the documents are sent to the recepients.  Currenly it uses the email address of the current user.  Please advise.

when sending something out from adobe sign is there a way to change the address it comes from echosign@echosign.com so customers don't think it is spam? 

Start around 12/1/2020 my Adobe Sign is now requiring I enter a passwprd to send out a file for signatures.  There is no way to uncheck this option as "Password Protect" is grayed out.  This is causing alot of issues as we require 2 round of signatures and once the first round comes back it is protected and cant be changed for second round.Does anyone know why this is greyed out, I need to uncheck "Password Protect". 

Am I able to upload a 47 MB document to this thread but not able to send a 5 MB contract that exceeds 100 pages using Adobe Sign? Looking for a yes or no response to confirm.  

Hello, I often have issues with forms being signed I receive for my company electronically.  Alot of times we get forms that just have a typed in cursive font.   I thought it had to have the digital time stamp proving password protected and signed by the actual individual.  Are there other means proving it's a legitimate signature?
