Hi, I am using Salesforce to Adobe Esign integration. Client wish to save Signing reason selected during signing process on Salesforce. Which standard field I should use on data mapping to save signing reason on Salesforce post Signature. Regards,Prashant 

Is it possible to print the stamp alongside with the signature?

Since this morning, every single page on the AdobeSign, everytime you visit it is coming up with the new "Make It Your Own" footer. Doesn't matter which option you change, as soon as you go back to the same page again I am being asked again, so it is obviously not storing or remebering my preferences. After sending 5 agreements this morning it has become extremely annoying and tedious. It is even on this screen!! Any one else having the same problem? 

I have put attachement field on document to have signer attach documents, everytime signer tries to attached document it gives an upload error, just saying an error occurred. According to transaction limits, the files being attached aren't too big.  Is there a reason this upload error would keep happening?  I have yet to have a successful upload. Thanks,

We have been trying to fetch and set the method/api through which we can fetch custom fields of a Template but unfortunately we haven't found any end-point. Can someone help us or guide us how we can fetch/set custom fields of a Template from Adobesign Templates API ?Adobesign has done something similar while making their App for Salesforce using custom templates option: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/salesforce-data-mapping-templates.htmlBut, in their API documentation, there is no end-point to fetch or set fields: https://secure.na1.adobesign.com/public/docs/restapi/v6 Help would be much appreciated!Best Regards

I try the trial version quite several times. Hi Team,  could some one please help me. When i try to send a document to a group of people. the first person in the list, that persons name doesnt appear for signatures either in the table or at the end of the document, i dont understand why this is happening. can someone provide a solution to this. thanks

Issue with Adobe Sign using Outlook add-in. What happens is we can add the recipient and file and then click Send and we just get this grey blank screen, see attached. Sometimes it will say "processing", but usually is blank. This worked until until a couple weeks ago. Here is what we tried, but still didn't resolve the issueOutlook 2016 - repaired and re-installed.Adobe Acrobat Reader DC repaired and removed and re-installedSigned user out of Adobe Sign and signed back in.

If I am using Adobe Sign and I need to send a doc to get signed and then I need to sign it and then forward that same signed doc to a third party for filing at their org (not for signature), how can I retrieve from that last sending (the third party) the associated info. for that PDF, such as whether they have received it and opened it and when?

We would like to send one document to multiple recipients, but receive individual signatures when returned.  So, numerous individual agreements.  Is this possible with Adobe Sign?

Hey guys...I'm having a subscription for the Adobe creative cloud which includes Adobe Sign.I can log in into my documents cloud, but as soon as i'd like to use any of the functions like templates or sending for signature nothing happens anymore... the loading graphic is shown for hours.I'm using a mac with safari. But the problem occurs also in Chrome.Do you have any ideas how to fix this?Thanks in advance!

how can I print out the list of names of people that have signed my web form?  I see the list of recipients under the "manage" tab but I'd like to print it out or download it into excel.

Since Adobe introduced the new interface, I get the "Personalize" or "Enable All" cookie option pop-up every single time I move from one screen to another, within the programme.  You have to press one or other every single time, and it's quite a glitch.  A similar, more longstanding problem with Adobe Sign is that, when you're on the second/final screen for sending a document, it's impossible to use the scroll down arrow on the document itself, because Adobe Sign blocks it behind some big square (which, from memory, might relate to cookies again). Is there a setting for me to correct, or can these glitches be remedied, please?

The button is not there wtf do i do jesus christ why is it so damn hard to cancel a subscription to one of the largest software companies to this day??????????????? Im never buying another adobe product 

Reloaded and keep getting error message. Customer support takes me to the main product page. Posting here to find out how to resolve.  

Haven't been able to access my documents all morning.  When I go to my signed documents the error is "Something went wrongThe server failed to respond with a valid search result. Please try again in a few moments."On the send page it says "Server error. We encountered an error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again. If you continue to encounter this error contact our customer support." Cannot get any response from chat, been waiting on chat for nearly an hour. When I call the helpline I'm told there's no support available for this product. I need to know how to download my signed documents immediately and cancel my subscriptions. This is unacceptable for such a critical app.  I'm done with adobe and moving my signing to Docusign. 

 Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am trying to add a section where I can gather some supporting documents; as per below:  Adobe Sign can be used to collect supporting documents from signers during signing. During the signing experience, Adobe Sign converts the text tag into a field that the signer can to select to upload a file. The uploaded document(s) are included as part of the signed document and are converted to PDF and attached at the end of the signed agreement after the signing process. Form fields for collecting files from the signer are defined by using the "attachment" directive.No matter what I have tried, it does not appear to work. I have tried the code in Ariel, in all lower case, just using the test tags throughout the whole document, using the tags without {{ }} within the form fields.  Am I missing something? Please help.

We are building out a new SF org and I've migrated over all our Agent accounts. However, the signed digital PDf contract remains on the old org. Is there a way to migrate the agreement pdf files to the new org or export them from the old and mass import them into the the org

I found the below instructions on Adobe Help, yet in my new small business Adobe Sign account there's no link for "message template"? How do I change the text in the password protectection post and automatic emails that are sent to my recipients? The language does not reflect our project or purpose for the documents. With what Adobe products can Sign be used; e.g., Reader, Pro, etc.? Or is it totally independent? My adobe Reader apparently has it.
