Adobe Acrobat Sign

Good Morning, When I send a document to my supervisor to be signed in Adobe Sign she has to download the document, save it, then she can sign it.  I have watched many videos online regarding the basics of Adobe Sign and this is not how it is supposed to work.  Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?  This happens whether it is a word doc or a pdf - we do not use any privacy fields where you have use a password.  These are usually just one page regular letters to be signed by one person.  By watching the videos it seems very easy to use, I must be doing something wrong. Thank you for any help you can give me!

I am trying to fill in the W-8BENE form, but part III is not applicable. Still the fields are requiered. Why?

When we tried to use Sign for a a report with a 140 pages we found the limits are a platry 100 pages, 10 MB's, and 150 transactions per annum. These are impractically low for any small business so I will be making a compaint. We hold 5 licences in CC Teams and need a minium of 200 pages and 20MB's for a large proportion of our repoarts. The only option for sufficient pages and files size is Business which is a 100% jump in cost. We are keen to use Sign for our documents however Adobes restrictive policy must limit taekup by small businesses. We well defer using Sign altogether until lmits are more reasonable.

Is there a way to prevent Adobe Reader DC from storing the previously used signature (example below)? When a signature box is clicked, is it possible to require a new signature to be "drawn", without keeping the previous signature information?

I created a template which is now availabe in my document area on documentcloud.adobe.com. How could I make this availabe for other users in my company. I couldn't find anything to do so... It is only available "Just me"...

Document that needs to be signed by myself and others.  I can get the blue verifier detail under their signature but not under mine - how do I fix this ?

Hi,Is it possible, with the API, to reject a signer that has not signed and not cancel to whole agreement? So if 4 or 5 sign. Can I reject the person not signing and finish the agreement? Or is the only way to create a new agreement or replace the 5th signer?Thanks in advance

I have a template with a Text field with validation of US style date that needs to be prefilled before sending for signatures. When I enter September as month, the validation fails while other months work. For example: Sep 01, 2020 -- Validation failsSep 01, 2019 -- Validation failsAug 01, 2020 -- ValidatedNov 01, 2020 -- Validated I had to remove validation to send the form.Please look at this issue. Thanks,Anju

For the past several weeks, I cannot access the manage tab. I get a graphic and the following message "Something went wrong.The server failed to respond with a valid search result. Please try again in a few moments." So I can see, retract, etc any of my documents.Any help? I can't use the product if I can't manage my documents.

I am having a problem with time calculations in AdobeSign.  I am using the dateDiff function to calculate hours on a timecard, and when the times are initially entered on the time sheet, the numbers are off (ex. 9am to 11 am and 2pm to 4pm calculates at 1,466 hours and 9am to 1pm calculates to 175,165 hours).  However, once the time sheet is signed and submitted, the pdf file contains the correct totals.  Is there any way to have the correct totals show when the numbers are initially entered?  

Hi, I know it is possible to create an aggreement by combining multiple templates,  and that after the aggreement has been signed you can retrieve these individually ('Keep documents separated' setting).However,  the signing url renders this as one document.  There really is no deliniation between the two documents apart from their actual content,  but with these being government generated forms they look very similar.Would it be possible to generate signing links for each document, whilst keeping them together under one aggreement? Regards,

I want to send a pdf with my signature and obtain the signatures of others. So, I click on "Fill & Sign". I select a pdf file and click on "Continue". After adding my signature, I click on "Next". In the "How do you want to send your file?" box the only options I am given are "Get a Link" and "Send a Copy". There is no "Request Signatures" option. What am I doing wrong?

I am working on a flow intended to trigger from one Adobe Sign agreement being created, pull that information, and burst out other agreements. In the trigger, When an event occurs, I am making the scope a specific resource, shown below:What, exactly, is supposed to be put here for Resource ID? Hi there, I use MegaSign just fine sending to 50+ for signature then me. But now i need to include 2 more people to sign after me all 50+ identical documents. Is this even an option? I see Signee 1, then Me, then Anyone. But cannot modify anyone. Please advise.

I have pdf file that is Signed using Adobe sign. It is validating in Adobe Reader. However, when i am trying programatically(using .net/C#), it says it is not validated. I need to get the Root Certificate to validate it. where can i download that.  

Hi, I'm using Premiere Rush for a while now and recently purchased Acrobat Pro. I also changed my email address as I was using my .edu (personal account only). As I converted a PDF and wanted to send it for signing, Acrobat suddently displayed "You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to get access". I don't understand this issue, does someone have a clue?Many thanks!!Numa

Hi,I've received a document for signature but it won't let me sign it. The window opens and it continues saying "Preparing document" for hours on end. I've tried signing in and out and back in with Adobe ID, with Adobe Enterprise login, from within incognito mode, from outside of incognito mode. I've tried reaching out to Adobe but they say they won't support people who need to sign documents unless they are paid Adobe Sign customers (rather frustrating seeing as how I have a Creative Cloud subscription, which cost WAY more than an Adobe Sign subscription). Anyways, does anyone know if some way for me to be able to sign these documents I've received?

I have 4 people that can sign a document, but only require 2 of them for it to be complete. Can I send a document out to 4 sginers and it be complete after I have received 2 of the 4 signers?

Hi i just want to disable autofill in the custom field in the template "in names, dates. like i created a custom field to the signer, then when they recieve it the custom field get lost, and then when the approver receive it. it has auto filled. hope i resolve the issue asap.

Hi Team, I want to know if Adobe Sign can be implemented on premise/in house. That is if we can implement on our servers instead of using as a cloud based service? If Yes does it support .Net Api.  and can be integrated with .Net Application? In our requirement we don't wan't to store anything on cloud. Please let me know if Adobe Sign can comply with our environment.  Thanks in Advance,Amit
