How do you rotate a document to sign it??????

I work for a cloud signature provider, I saw in CSC documentation for different ways of auth types, external, TLS, basic, digest, oauth2code, and oauth2client find more at page 35https://cloudsignatureconsortium.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/CSC_API_V1_1.0.4.0.pdfI have some questions:1. What are the auth types that Adobe Sign support?2. How Adobe Sign system handle basic authentication?3. Can the user instead of basic authentication use API tokens to login to service provider?Thanks 

A colleague who is no longer with the business has an account that I need to access and change the email address on.  I went into the change email address function and set up a new address.  This has set up a new account not given me access to the original account which is what I need to do.  Can you help please ? 

One of my regular signers can't access documents sent to him for signature anymore.The browser shows the loading icon on the Adobe sign page indefinitely. How can I solve this? Right now I'm on a trial account. If the service of Adobe is not more reliable, I can't proceed to purchase a payed account.

The Replace Recipient feature is designed to help senders redirect an agreement when the current recipient either is unavailable or when the wrong email value was used.    How to replace the current recipient  Replacing the current recipient starts on the Manage page and can only be done by the original sender of the agreement.  From the Manage tab, single click the agreement you want to edit The agreement record highlights blue when selected   Mouse over the current recipient (in the right rail) An information bubble pops out to the left   Depending on the enabled settings, one or more settings are exposed in the bubble: Replace recipient - This option replaces the current recipient, denying them further access to the agreement Add Alternate Recipient - Adding an alternate recipient includes the new recipient, leaving the original recipient in place and capable of completing the agreement

I am completely new to Adobe Sign and its Salesforce Integration. I have flipped through the installation and the user handbook, but didn't find what I was looking for. The Adobe Sign standard workflow seems to be sending out agreements to recipients for signing. Now, I have a use case where I want to bulk sign an agreement (cancellation letters) internally (by Salesforce users that are members of a public group) and then send it out to customers that are members of a specific campaign (a cancellation campaign). Most specifically, I would like to know what would be the steps and automations that I need to configure in Salesforce (SF) and/or Adobe Sign (AS)? To be precise: to what extent is AS providing with configurations and automations that don't need to be covered by Salesforce customizing? Specific contract and customer data that would be provided on the campaign member record > SFMap that data to the agreement template > ASCould a status change of the campaign

I need to send a form to approximately 75 people, but the form also needs to be signed by their supervisor, a superintendent, and an executive assistant.  It does not look like there can be multiple signers on each form through Megasign.  I've found references in the community to batch sign and giga sign, but I do not see where I can enable them in our corporate account.

Why does it not change the signature sometimes and other times, I can sign multiple names using the sign feature.  Thank you!

Hello, I have a small company and we started to work with Adobe cc for individuals as we had only one person using the apps. However, now i'm going to have 5 people that need to use Photoshop and Illustrator all the same time.I was looking at the Plan that costs 69.99€ but I still don't understand if with this plan I can have several people using it all at once. When I look for information about users on teams plan it still shows me this: "While you can't use the apps on different computers at the same time, you can install the apps on more than one computer and activate (sign in) on up to two computers." This doesn't make sense at all for a company. Am I understanding it wrong? Thank you

I am sending documents for signature using the Adobe Sign authentication method (meaning users must sign into the correct Adobe Sign account to sign). However, when a user goes to sign the document, they are able to enter a custom name into the signature field. This name appears underneath the blue signature line. Is it possible to lock this field to be the name of the user listed on their account? I also tried using the Signature Block field vs the regular Signature field. This field includes an "email" line which is locked and cannot be edited by the user. However, I would prefer to use the regular signature field with a locked name.

Hello, I'm currently trying out Adobe Sign through the free trial, and I was looking for the digital signature option for documents, without finding it, even when creating a model; I can't find it as it's detailed in the page: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/digital-signatures.html Is that option disabled for free trial? If so, and I can't try it out, can anybody confirm if the option is at least available with the single user AdobeSign license?Best Regards

I have a Buildium account, and it gives us access to Adobe Sign. Unfortunately, there are three admins on the Buildium account, and Adobe Sign seems to think one of the other admins is me. How do I get our identities separated? It's creating problems when I try to login to sign a lease. Adobe Sign thinks that I am logged in as one of the other people and won't let me proceed. The other person and I do not share a computer, and we aren't even in the same building. I was chatting with support and he sent me here for help.

evidently i have an old Adobe Signature stored somewhere and it is asking me for its password. i have no clue and likely it is trying to correspond with a defunct email address or something.

I am trying to migrate from my univeristy account to a personal account. I deleted my old personal account to free up the email accosiated with it. However, when I try to migrate and create new personal account, it says email alreday in use! I am trying to resign in to the personal account with the in use email to delete it for good, it says this account is deactivated. Basically, trying to create new personal account with my email in order to migrate work from university account, I can't because the email is already connected to a deactivated adobe personal account that I am trying to delete and can't seem to. Help please.

Hi, just what the subject says. I was reading offer documents (hadn't signed anything yet) and had to leave unexpectedly for around an hour. When I returned there was a pop-up that said the documents require reload, and when I clicked that I was taken to a page saying 'invalid agreement id.'That page has two links. the one for 'contact support' is a 404, which is hilarious.Now, when I follow the original links from my new employer through the offer documents they are 'out for signature,' and when I click on the offer letter I always land on the invalid agreement ID page.What should I do? I've tried a few different browsers.

Dear Team, I am using for a while with no faults, the functionallity of e-sign from adobe reader. However it has been two days now that my document, who successfuly loads, does not display then for me to position the signature field and then send to the requested signatory. Would you please let me know what should I do to correct this issue.Thank you.Best,J.

Hi, I pay for the entire CC suite but despite lots of research can't work out how to send a copy of our contract out to all of our freelancers. I want each of them to have their own copy that they sign first, then the company director. I only worked out how to do it manually, one by one and I have to manually prepare every field from scratch. It's very time consuming.We're a small, young social enterprise and can't afford the big expensive corporate add on for Adobe Sign.So what is the best way I can do this and track progress?Thank you

I have integrated Adobe Sign Rest API's in my web application but i am facing CORS issue. Is there any way to fix this? Is there any option to whiltelist the URL?

When i send a document it goes to the recipient from echosign@echosign.com.  Is there a way to set it up so it comes from my business email address?  Thanks!
