Adobe Acrobat Sign

I have just started using Adobe Sign and I can't figure out if the signers automatically receive a copy of the completed document, or is that something I would have to forward to them?

hi,i've got a adobe sign account, but I can't find out how to set up a developer account.I don't see API as mentionned in the documentationany help would be appreciated

Good morning..I'm attempting to create a calculated field using the expression builder but I don't see the 'Value Type' option to launch my calculation syntax. Is there a step missing or could I potentially not have adequate license access? I confirmed with my administrator we purchased the multi-license for Adobe Sign, but still no luck...Please advise Thanks

I am trying to create a new workflow but everytime I get to the step to add the documents the document library only has the 3 Global Documents and none of the templates I have previously saved in the library and have been using. Does anyone have any advice on how to make the documents available in the workflow designer?

Since Adobe Sign validates the url passed in the body of create webhook API before creating the webhook by sending a GET request. The url which i am using expects 'Content-Type' header because of which url is not getting hit and i am getting "INVALID_WEBHOOK_URL". So is there any way we can pass header also in the body so that Adobe sign can use the header to call the url. I have OAuth problem : Unable to authorize access because the client configuration is invalid: invalid_request I am trying to get the OAuth token on : https://secure.echosign.com/public/oauth?redirect_uri=https://salesmgmt.cogitocentral.com&response_type=code&client_id=J55Yxw9GB5YDz8MN1UjJkTvLJVqgbAGK&scope=user_login:self+agreement_send:account [PII removed by mod] Redirect uri is set the same as it is set in the API application settings. recently converted sage on line for pratice manager /handtax can anyone tell me if it is compatible with adobe sign?

Can someone provide an overview of how to store signed documents in a document management system like Documentum?  It appears there is no out of the box integration with Documentum like there is with Box and Evernote.   I found this on data retention policies -  https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/data-document-retention.html  It says "On-demand Data Retention: With this option, customers can delete documents from Adobe Sign at any time through the Adobe Sign API. This option is typically used when Adobe Sign is integrated into an external system of record such as a Document Management System, Records Management System, HR System etc. where the retention policy is configured and managed within this external system." But how do you integrate with the Document Management System?   Does that need to be coded through the Adobe Sign API as well? 

I am working with a lease document that I have prepared using Prepare Form in Acrobat DC.  I have all fields defined including Signature boxess.   When I move to signature step by clicking Adobe Sign and add the email addresses of those who need to sign in it "guesses" who is signing or filling in what field.  Most fields are set to "Anyone".  I really want most fields to be available by Sender to Fill In but not modifiable by anyone else.  I also would prefer to be able to predefine which signature goes where - Signature 1, 2 etc before Adobe Sign.  It seems that I have to go through all the fields in Adobe Sign making sure this is set right every time before sending and it takes a long time.  I am sure there must be a better way to do this!   I have tried Adobe Template - but do not know how to share the template with my team for them to fill in & receiving the form prefilled and ready for signatures is working.  It is j

Hi,I have a form that gets submitted by a user, and then needs to be signed off by their department head.  The form then gets routed back to my department for signature.  We previously used Docusign and were able to publish a web form wherein the submitter could just input their e-mail address along with their department head and the system would route the form appropriately. I have set up a few web forms, but it seems that there is no way to set up routing 'dynamically' such that two separate individuals can be added at agreement creation time when the web form link is clicked. Of course, the initial signer (the one who clicks the link to the web form) will be able to sign, but there seems to be no way to use this process to route the form on to their department head. Is there a way to accomplish what I am trying to do in adobe sign?  I thought maybe with a workflow, but that doesn't seem to be an option as it does not appear to allow for 'self service' signin

I have two users getting a couple errors when trying to send documents for signature using Adobe Sign in Outlook (Web or Desktop version): Error: "The request provided is invalid. The reasons might include:your trial has expired, too many recipients or documents, you're the only recipient oryour documents exceed size limitations." And finally:"You are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator" The users accounts were removed from Adobe Sign and added back but the same errors "I could really use some help with this".

If we wanted to give access to our students to products that allow them to edit pdf's and such how much would it cost per month/year? Would we only pay one price for all devices or do we need to purchase multiple?

Just as my subject line states, I have tried several times to send a document to be signed and the recipient does not receive the email notification at all, even overnight. When I send a reminder, however, they get that in their inbox within seconds. Please advise. Thank you. 

Would appreciate any advice on the following problem. Sending documents for signature as usual, system tells me they have been sent, but the recipients are not receiving the e-mail. Double checked that e-mail addresses are correct. Have sent a dummy document to myself (using a 2nd e-mail address) and not arrived. Recently upgraded browser to Chrome. Could this be an issue?

Hello,I work for the federal government and have been testing out the use of Adobe Sign for signing project agreements. For me and a few others, we have no problems setting up documents for signatures and submitting them to the signees. However, others in my division can sign the documents but are unable to perform the set up step. All of us have the same, updated version of Acrobat DC, but only some of us have the Adobe Sign tool available in the Tools list. I hear Adobe Sign is now included in the Fill & Sign tool, but we are encountering different screens when selecting that tool to set up a document for signatures: some of us the correct "What do you want to do?" screen and others the incorrect Fill & Sign toolbar.We have followed some of the recommendations in other Adobe support threads but have yet to solve the problem. All of the users are signed in to their Adobe accounts; however, we have noticed that some of them have the option for choosing a Company or School accou

User A: Fills/signs document. User B: Reviews/signs document. Is it possible for User B to make changes to the information User A entered? Is it possible for User B to "reject" the document back to User A for data to be changed?

I have heard that Adobe hasPlanned EOL for  SOAP API  from February 2021, iam upgarding my applictaion to REST API, For legacy application we can create Integration Key and Access the API's.As Oauth is not supported in my application, was planning to use Integration Key and upgrade to REST API.But have one doubt, whether the Integration Key funcationality will also be removed in future or with SOAP EOL.
