Adobe Acrobat Sign

Please put the management console BACK. There is no logical organization to the forms without the management console page. I have to scroll through a mountain of forms to find what I need. Before you removed it, I could easily see which forms were signed and which forms were in the queue waiting for signature. Now it's a huge unorganized pile of forms. It is so dissapointing that you would insist on removing a feature that YOU ALREADY KNOW WE ARE USING. The last time you removed it, the negative feedback from the user community was LOUD. Why won't you listen?

Hi,I upload an already signed document (publicly available here  https://repubblica.info/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/MODULO-informaticoRACCOLTA-FIRME-sottoscrizione-PEC.pdf) and signed with the Trial account.Unfortunatly the signature already present is missing in the final signed document.Is a problem of the trial account?Ho to sign an already signed document ?thanks

I use the PDFs for timekeeping purposes and send out at least 30 PDFs a week. I would like to be able to delete old ones without having to delete one at a time. Please and thank you.

Wondering if anyone has an easy solution/process for when clients want to make redline changes to their contract we send via Salesforce?  Ex: We generate and send contract to client.Client doesn't want to sign because there are some things they want to change in the agreement.We export the document and convert to a word doc and track changes. Client makes changes and sends back.When we accept their changes and go to upload back into Salesforce, the formatting on the agreement is all messed up and fields that we originally had locked became unlocked.  Thank you!

Hi,We use Adobe sign with our University's Office 365 (Outlook) account and have tried to install the app on our desktop Outlook software.  The online Adobe Sign app works fine.  When trying to use the Adobe Sign app with our installed Outlook software (during the first step of trying to "establish the authenticated relationship" (Adobe Sign for Microsoft - Outlook Add-in ), we get the following error message:  Adobe Sign is not supported on Internet Explorer 10 and versions prior to that. Does anyone know the impact of the Salesforce security update "Secure Guest Users' Org-Wide Defaults and Sharing Model" on Agreements sent from Salesforce? We have a Force.com Site with a guest user set up so that we can send large documents, and that guest user has read/write/delete access on Agreements. I have 40+ users that need the following to work: Salesforce licenseAdobe Acrobat Pro DCAdobe SignWe use Adobe Sign via its Salesforce integration. Every member of this company has an Acrobat Pro DC license. We often need to give a user an Adobe Sign license when they already have an Acrobat Pro DC license, which causes a conflict, telling the user to upgrade Acrobat or alternatively locking them out of sending agreements. Adobe's current workaround is to contact support and have them archive the user on their end. However, I'm having to do this multiple times per week. We have a process that is implemented through a wizard in a  web portal.  As the user progresses, they provide infotrmation that we will need to populate into a PDF and then submit for secure signatures.  Some of the information will be retrieved from our databases on login and preloaded for the user to either use or update.  The goal is to make the process as simple for our clients as possible.While it is simple to put data into a pdf form template, I cannot figure out how to put that same data into an AdobeSign template or how to convert the filled in PDF form template into an AdobeSign document once it has bee filled in.Is this doable?  I would think this cannot be that unusual of an ask.Thanks in advance for your help.

Im using this action from microsoft flow "Create an agreement from a document URL and send for signature" In the advanced option there is this detail:- "Up to eight files can be attached from the Adobe Sign library" ¿How can I send the document from the url and add a document from my library?

I received the following message:  Adobe Document Cloud was unable to create your agreement because the document(s) exceeded your page limit.Does anyone know the limit?

So I have Radio Buttons with 5 choices. I made sure that the "name" was the same for all 5I only selecteed 1 choice to be "button is checked by default"It shows and functions perfectly in Preview:all 5 choices are there and the 1st choice is preselectedThen I publish via the AdobeEsignWidgetand the functionality disappears = the 1st selection is NOT preselected in EsignEven worse: if the individual filling out the form selects the first option it does not SHOW in the signed form = it is as if they skipped the question (which they did not) This one has me stumped.  Any help is greatly appreciated. 

Hi, our team is doing some research for the integration for Adobe sign.  I'm looking for your API that support something like DocuSign, Embedded Signing, DocuSign Embedding API page   What we are trying to achieve is, we can create agreement without sending the email first then we can let users sign or send documents directly from our side UI design instead.    Not sure did you support this in Adobe Sign, if yes, any document link for this please?    Thank you.  Alicia

I have an Adobe Sign account but today I am getting a message saying, "you are not authorized to send documents for signature" message.

Hi, I routed a document for signing to one person.  Now I need to send that signed document to a different person for a signature.  Can I not send it again through Adobe sign?  I get an error that the file is not supported.   [Title renamed by the moderator]

We need people to sign waivers as part of the sign-up process for events. Ideally, our system would present the waiver (via Adobe), the person would sign it, our system would receive confirmation that it's complete, then the process could proceed to the next step. We don't know in advance who will sign up, so a Widget seems to be the way to go, but we're not sure how we might do this with what we can see in the current API docs. Is there a way to do this with the API?

We're needing to get the list of signed documents for specific widgets through the API. The only way we've found to do that is to use the search API, which returns documents for all widgets. Is there a way to provide the widget Id and get the signed docs for just that one?

The scenario:  I have three clients that need to sign a contract.  I also need to have their attorneys see the contract before they sign the contract.  Can an e-signature field have two emails in that field, both are send a copy of the contract, but only one has to sign off?

Hi there.I have a flow that create a PDF document in Sharepoint from a Word Template and Microsoft Forms. In this flow I'm using the action : "Create an agreement from a document URL and send for signature". This is working fine, but I also want to send a document that have an "Atachment File field required" so I can request a photograph in the same flow. Is there anyway to send two files in the same flow? and one of them have that requirment?  

I want to send document to someone to digitally sign but How to force rule for a signer to review document first before signing the document. And also get ki d of audit trail that document has been reviewed.Many thanks.

Emma Herbert One of our contracts is stuck in the AdobeSign system and Support aren't offering any support.     It has been signed by both parties, but has not been sent on.  Please see attached screen shots.    This is the first time this has happened and we have no idea how to resolve it, as it is a tech issue with the AdobeSign system.  I use Safari, the same browser I have always used successfully with the system...   Please help!  

I want to use png file for my signature. Is there a way to make the signature transparent? I have tried searching online, but have yet to find a solution that works. I have found instructions on how to create a stamp for Acrobat, but I don't have Acrobat on my work issued computer. We only have access to Adobe Sign and Adobe Reader.

Hi,I have installed Adobe Sign  managed package version 21.5.4 in Salesforce.I have created Agreement template and attached a pdf with merged fields .When I send the pdf to customer, merge fields are not getting populated.For Ex. : I am using {{firstname}} and {{lastname}}  in pdf but it is coming same(I should get the data from Salesforce) but when I used document instead of pdf with same merge fields, it worked.Can you please help me to get it worked with pdf? 

I am trying to finish the application process on quite a few applications. Ive come to a stopping point as they are asking me to esign the final documents. I press the spot where it should allow me to type in my name, but it wont allow me to.
