Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi everyoneOur organization is highly considering Adobe Sign integration with Dynamics 365 On Premise.I have downloaded the trail version and followed the installation guide. I generated an integration key and tried to validate the key.Below is the error we got.  Has anybody experienced this issue ? If so, what was the solution ?We have been hopping to see the data mapping between CRM and Adobe form as our CRM is heavily customized.Thank you in advance for any response

People have asked this before and apart from the business/enterprise plans (300 transactions per user) I cant seem to find the answer for the individual or team plan. The response from Adobe appears to be "read the terms and conditions"... Well great, that's just a unhelpful answer imho.So, I'll ask it here. If a person buys the base individual plan, how many transactions are they allowed to do in a year on that plan, is it 300, the same as a business and enterprise user?Is there an option within the individual plans to increase the usage?Thanks so much.

I can not go to   www.eu1.documents.adobe.com [52.58.63.194]. A bundle with Google docks does not work if I use VPN. Please help

Can documents tracked in Adobe Sign and stored in Adobe cloud services accessible via a secure hyperlink?

We are testing Adobe Sign as a possible tool for our business needs. One of our primary concerns is the ability to onboard new clients in their homes where internet access may not be available. Our onboarding process consists of a somewhat lengthy series of forms, so we are setting up library templates for the various enrollment scenarios. Is it possible to download these templates for offline use in the Adobe Sign mobile app (specifically on iOS, if it matters)?Owen

Trying to do a simple ajax GET request. Tested via a web page with the exact same credentials and it works first time as can be seen in the first image.Trying to do manually with an Ajax call in code and I am getting no where, no response at all.The preflight OPTIONS request returns 200. But the GET request doesn't return anything, no error message nothing. Really frustrating.Any help/advice would be appreciated.

I've just downloaded a trial version of Adobe Sign to test if its suitable to use for our trade credit applications. We will need the document to be able to be filled in by person A and then for Person A to forward the completed document to Persons B, C and D for signatures. We will not know the details of Persons B,C and D when we send the document to Person A so this needs to be completed by Person A.It appears that the Someone else should sign function would work perfectly however when I tested this it cleared all the information Person A had filled in. How do I set it so that Person A can save the entered information before sending the document on to other persons?Thanks!

I have been unable to make API calls to api.na1.echosign.com since April 9th from my server. Ping test to api.na1.echosign.com is timing out. I am able to make calls from Boomerang from my desktop client just fine however all calls from my server are timing out. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? I am using an integration key for my app. It was working fine for most of the day on the 9th but at some point it stopped.

I have integrated Adobe sign with Salesforce.While generating a document for signature, I have mapped the fields of the document in Data mapping with my custom object in Salesforce.Even though it is mapped, it does not update/populated in corresponding fields in Salesforce. Also, all the fields are given as not a Read-only fields(editable) but while generating document some Radio button fields are non-editable.

The pop-ups where you choose which recipient needs to fill out a field, or sign is malfunctioning. The pop-ups are cut-off, and the dropdown UI feature to choose the recipient itself doesn't work (the UI that pops up after double-clicking one of the form fields).Here's my system info:Windows 10 (v1703, build 15063.786)Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (v2018.009.20044)

Hello,I have an existing PDF document which has fillable fields such as text fields, date fields, signature field, calculated fields.When I go to Adobe Sign and Add a Template and select this existing PDF the processed resulting document in Adove Sign does not convert the fields properly.Example: Date fields did not covert properly and calculated fields with formulas did not covert properly.QUESTION:Is there a specific way/method to use to bring existing fillable PDFs into Adobe Sign. Without losing the details of the fillable fields?Thank youPat

How do I format my form so it will go out for signature, then come back to me for my signature before showing as complete and sending a signed copy to the signer?

I have seen some of the other tutorials on line, but it seems like they show additional menu items I do not have.  Under 'Manage' I don't see any options to go delete existing documents. 

I am currently at a company that uses Adobe Sign for sales & marketing contracts. The executive admin is on the sales side of the business but is not privy to sensitive employee information (comp, bonus, stock plans, etc). We are looking to expand the use of Adobe Sign to the HR/Finance side of the org, but without being the executive admin on the account, I find that I, as a Group Admin am (1) not able to use the workflow design tool to create new workflows and (2) not sure I will have the ability to restrict access for the executive admin. In this instance, is the best practice to create a second business account with Adobe Sign? Or how have other people solved for a scenario like this?

Is there a way to have the signed form emailed to a certain email once the signer1 has signed without that email receiving all of the other notification like (Sent/Pending Signature ect.)?

Is there a way to import fields from a template I create in Adobe Sign, onto a document that is uploaded?

Hi, I'm trying to setup a workflow with multiple signers, which I have create. In my form, I have a signer and participant 1 (for now, I will need to add more). However, when I sent the document, the first signer needs to fill out and sign both areas (signer, which is correct and participant 1, which is not correct). Can anyone redirect me to the correct way to do this? Adobe Sign doesn't provide much information. Thank you,Ronald

When using Send for Signature, any text field that has been formatted under the Text Field Properties loses the format when the document is sent for signature. (i.e. $999.40 becomes 999.4 )

I frequently need to send a mutual Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for e-signing. I'd like to create URL that I can paste into emails, Slack, etc that, when the recipient visits the URL, prompts them to complete their signing of the NDA, which in turn returns the document to me to sign.I don't want a widget, I don't want to use Adobe Sign's web interface, I just want to have a consistent URL (like sign.adobe.com/coopr/sign_this_nda_please)Is this possible with Adobe Sign?

I need to send a form to a group of people via MegaSign.  In addition to each person signing the form, there is another person who needs to counter sign all of these forms.  How do I indicate that second signer in the CSV merge file?

I have made a form with two drop downs with export value amounts added to each item, when one is selected the grand total updates with the prices.when I review the form on Adobe DC all is fine but when I send the form and the signer selects the options they desire the total price does not change or update.this was working earlier today but no longer, please help

I've been looking for a solution to this but haven't found an easy one using Adobe Sign out of the box. Here's the scenario.A student signs a form for student aid but needs a parent signature also. At this point the student fills in his parent's email on the form but when he submits the form it gets sent to the parent to sign. Neither of the users and email are known beforehand because we'd like to use an embedded form on an internal, password protected  website (except the parent can be sent to the link to Adobe because they wouldn't have a student ID to login to the student portal where the initial form is).Can this be done easily in Adobe Sign using a widget?Or does this need API customization - if so how?
