Adobe Acrobat Sign

I am struggling with finding out:- Does Adobe Acrobat Pro work with eSign? If so, am I able to put a document online for the public to fill out? - Adobe Acrobat Pro has email distribution capabilities with a reporting function. Does Adobe Document Cloud have reporting functionality like Acrobat Pro? I created the form and add signature blocks on the lines where I want each party to sign.  However, once I save and send for signature, Adobe just dumps the signature blocks at the bottom of the last page.  In other words, I set a signature block on a specific line for a specific signature, it looks good in preview, but when I email the document, Adobe has moved the signature blocks to the bottom of the last page, by order to email. Any suggestions would be helpful before I switch to VeriSign or another program. 

I'm on a PC and would like to know if there is a way to force all signature fields to be completed by recipient before they complete the signing process.  I have a document with several places to initial and choose a radio button of yes or no.  I would like to force them to answer and initial before going to the end of the document to sign.  Any tips?

Hi:We have a couple users who are suddenly seeing an error stating that they have an incorrect browser version when sending a document for signature.  These users have the same version of IE as others in our company. Is there any specific setting we need to have in place, to prevent the incorrect browser version error?  These are users with Win8.1 and Win10.  Also, this started happening after our recent upgrade to MS CRM 2016 on premises. Anyone know how to resolve this?Thank you,June

Is there a way, I can swap the sequence of signatories on a contract before it is signed by any party?

I cannot seem to find a way where, for example, you have two signers and several documents, then begin placing the signing fields on the documents only to realize you need to add another signer. This is also the case if you add several documents, then realize you need to add an additional document. It appears the only way to accomplish this is to start completely over, which is really frustrating. My office has used DocuSign before and that is a simple feature they have had a long time.Might I be missing a step with Adobe eSign? Or is this not possible?Thanks in advance for any info!

Is it possible to get the transaction ID and Echosign logo on the form that is being signed, opposed to a second page with the transaction ID? 

I can do all the steps, but once i want to sign, with the chosen document, says "Unable to complete request. Per-recipient authentication is disabled for this account or tier" and then something with letters and numbers

Hello everyone, been having a couple of problems that are really driving me insane. I would hugely appreciate any help you could offer....Ive spent a very long time creating a contract in Adobe Acrobat Pro that can be prefilled and then sent for signature by the soon to be employee. Generally it works fine but I have two issues.....1 . When I 'Send for Signature' through Acrobat, the fields for Sender Signature (i.e. mine) only require me to put in text. In fact I cant find a way to add my signature. The fields in Acrobat pro DC are set as Signatures. When I have tested receiving the contract it requests a signature just fine.2. Lower priority but still amazingly irritating - I cant specify radio buttons as participant 'Signer' only as Sender or something else. How come? I want the signer to fill out a mutually exclusive set of yes/no questions and then sign to say they confirm this information.Very many thanks again for any help. Yours,Tom in the UK

Well, subject says it all, I had free account and I was trying to upgrade Adobe EchoSign to yearly plan. Is this service for US accounts only?

Hello - when I trialed the echosign function I was able to set up a form field template that I could then apply to a future document so that I didn't have to recreate all of the fields if I replaced a page or modified the text underneath.  Now that I am an annual subscriber I cannot find this functionality.  Any insights?

All of a sudden when I send a form to be signed it is inputting a signature field where I haven't put one in. In other words, its asking my customers for an additional signature where I never asked for one on a second page to the document which I never created. What do I do?

I have created documents before with Adobe and had no problem until now. I use Adobe to create forms for new hires to complete electronically (employee data record forms, W-4, sign employee policy manual, etc.) Recently, every time I try to create a document with numerous pages/several documents as one Adobe document, the page will crash and none of the data boxes/info fields I placed save. I thought it was my computer but I've tried other computers and get the same problem. I finally was able to create this document (only by creating several documents individually and saving each to Adobe individually, then selecting each from the Adobe library to create one document). However, when I created the document and sent it to several new employees to complete, their data ended up in the wrong fields. For instance, their social security number ended up where their name should be and so on.  If anyone can tell me what the issue is and how to solve it, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Hi, I have been on the free trial and today i paid for the upgrade of the basic services for the year, However, the new account doesn't seem to be linked with my free trial account- I have tried numerous times to talk to someone over the phone regarding this but have had no luck- all of the numbers say to contact you on here. Please help with this as obviously i have ongoing signatures with the free trial account that need to be completed!!#
