Hi how can I change my Adobe SIgn profile name?
Hi, I currently have an adobe e-sign account that I use on a regular basis, however my work email address and recently changed very slightly and the adobe notifications are now bouncing and no longer come through to my email. I have tried to update my email address but it says that I am unable to as the new email address is already in use. How can I change this? Thanks, Zoe
Is there a reason why 'Myself' has been removed as an option from Adobe Acrobat Sign receipents email? Is this a software change or a setting that can be reversered?Thank you.
Does Acrobat Sign charge per signature? Or it is just a flat fee?
I'm no longer able to request e-signature via Adobe Sign in Acrobat Pro. Adobe greys everything out with no options. Thankfully, hitting escape does cancel whatever it's trying to do, but I am a law clerk and getting clients signatures fast is a very important part of my job.Running Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 2024.002.20933 (Continuous Release) on a 2021, M1, iMac running macOS Sonoma 14.5 [attaching picture of screen when trying to add e-signature field]
Hi there,I have a question related to creating a signing URL.For example, I have a list of clients, and I want to send them an email through my notification service that includes a link to the signing page specifically for each client. How it looks for our customers:I receive an email; In the email, I click on the link to sign the document;I don't need to log in anywhere;I sign the document, and that's it;Is it possible to do this? Thanks!
I have the following scenario. I need to send the document to get signed but only need one of the people on the email to sign the others just to view. It is asking me to select a recipient to assign a field but if I do not assign the other 2 on the email to a field does that mean that they can just view the email?
I sent a doc for signatures and now realize the field is too small. Can I edit it?
Hi. When loading a document for signing and specifying where to sign, it fails to load and comes up with Authentication failed see below, i believe there anr too many profile with my email.
Is there a way to PIN protect my signature image in sign and fill? I was using my signature image for everything during the shutdown and it completely streamlined my invoice approvals. I am a government fleet supervisor and have to approve/sign invoices for received parts and services. Now that the shutdown has been over for quite a while my CFO is not allowing me to do this anymore since my signature is not password or PIN protected. He is afraid someone might be able to access my computer during moments I am away from my desk, and fraudulently sign on my behalf. I have always received my invoices digitally, so now that we're back to the "old way", I have to print them out, hand sign them, and scan them back in to send to accounts payable, which is a COLOSSAL WASTE of paper and time. Please help!!
Is it possible to enable commenting on a document that you send for approval?
We are in the process of creating a custom workflow for contracts and I wanted to know if it is possible for me to allow one recipient's role to be either an approver OR a signer? My department is creating the workflow and will launch it for others to use and follow, we do not want them creating their own. However depending on the type of contract someone may have to sign OR approve it. When creating the workflow it doesn't allow for me to select multiple roles on one recipient. All steps in the workflow will be required so that no one gets missed, I don't want to have to add that same recipient in twice first to approve it and then the agreement comes back to them to sign. I want there to be a choice for the role to editable to whoever enters the contract since they will know if the recipient needs to sign or approve it.
I'm trying to integrate Adobe Sign into our application. I found a step-by-step manual to do this (https://www.adobe.io/apis/documentcloud/sign/docs.html#!adobedocs/adobe-sign/master/gstarted.md). So, I created an Application and configured OAuth access for it. I configured my application to handle HTTPS requests. I created a request to get the access token according to the documentation, and used the appropriate Client ID and redirect URI, but I got an error message: "Unable to authorize access because the client configuration is invalid: invalid_request". The problem could be that it runs on my development machine which is not accessible from internet. I tried to use tools such as ngrok, Serveo or Pagekite that redirect the requests from outside to a local PC, but it still dosn't work. Can you advise me how to solve this issue, please? Thanks in advance.
Hi...I am using the EchoSign API from SalesForce to send out documents for e-signature.I have recently observed one particular document that was "automatically cancelled" almost exactly 1 hour after it was initially submitted for signature. The Adobe Sign Document History for this document has 3 items shown:Document Created @ 11:01:29Waiting for signature @17110578:01:34Document automatically cancelled - unable to process @ 12:01:42Can anyone advise who or what it was that likely cancelled this document? And even better, why?TIA!Mark
Bonjour je voulais savoir si c'est possible de signer plusieurs document PDF en une seule fois avec le meme motif bien sur sur adobe sign? merciSeb
Hi everyone, is it possible to send out a document through Adobe Sign but not allow the document to be signed before a specific date and time?
Basically i'm trying to add 'formFields' to an existing PDF.I've seen a solution in the API Usage documentation, but when I use that, it always adds the signature field at the end of the PDF. That's not what I want. So, is there any way to add multiple 'formFields' for signing, in different pages, and all of them to be signed by the same user who received the email using the API Adobe Acrobat Sign V6?
Hi there! We have a set of blank ordering forms that we would like staff to have access to fill out BEFORE sending it for signature. Is that possible, or would we have to send out a new form each time? Thanks!
Hi, I am looking for if Adobe Sign supports the GCP bucket as an external Storage or in the future the storage as a GCP bucket can be supported.
Is there anyway to edit the subject of the email for a signed agreement. The current subject line is "Agreement between HIM and Company has been signed and filed. Would like to shorten this.
My company uses 4 message templates on a regular basis. However, there are times when we would like to send a document without a message. I don't see the option to do this now that I have saved message templates. Can someone advise?
The Adobe Acrobat Sign Search (https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/adobesign-search-users-agreements.html#HowSearchWorks) discusses how to search for agreements by externalGroupID. It say the External Group ID is passed in the call to the agreement creation API. However, I don't see field on the /agreement POST to pass the ExternalGroupID. Has anyone had success settting the externalGroupID.
Hello,I have an application integration with Adobe Sign APIs and ,when a user opens a sign url, sometimes displays this error message: "The agreement ID specified is not valid" (INVALID_AGREEEMENT_ID).Can someone help me please? Thanks in advance
Hi, May I check on how to i E-sign a document in order for the signed by to appear as "individual name" instead of "Adobe" or "DocuSign" etc?
Ok.. the FAQ section claims that you can use eSign to capture in person signatures but I can find no way to actually accomplish this. It seems to require one to SEND the file via email to someone in order to have them sign it. I am sitting right next to them with my iPad and would like to simply have them sign right here in the flesh beside me. Can anyone provide some assistance?!
