Adobe Acrobat Sign

After I put in the signature field and submit, the agreement appears in the document portal but the status is "cancelled". tried a few times with different email but same results. There is no email sent to my email nor the cc email nor the recipient.I have sent out successfully previously. Only started happening today.What could be the cause?

I have filled out a form that I use from a template. After saving it, I click request e-signature, fill out the emails it needs to go to, and when I click continue my entire form gets erased and assigned to the first person I have selected for signature. How do I fix this?

Being somewhat new to using Adobe Sign, I'm wondering if anyone can point me towards best practices on laying out forms that will be seen on both a computer monitor and a mobile device. Articles, videos, personal experiences would be helpful. Thank you

Whenever we try to build and run  Dynamics 365 workflows we get the error below: "message": "Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture. Make sure \"AdobeSignPlugins.Resources.CSharpStrings.0.resources\" was correctly embedded or linked into assembly \"AdobeSignPlugins\" at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed." We have noticed that this is tied to the Create Agreement.   We are following the documentation in: Adobe Acrobat Sign for Dynamics: Processes (Workflows) If we pass in an already created agreement, bypassing the CreateAgreement, the attach files and recipients work, but we also get an error on the Send Agreement. is it possibly either a bad install, or maybe even a security issue?  

Hi, so hoping someone can help as Adobe chat just hang up on me or calling Adobe they say someone will call you back and dont. Issue facing User had Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses associated with the work email addresses. we have removed their Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses as no longer require them and users have been removed from Adobe Admin console so they dont exisit. the users are still sent Adobe Sign forms by clients to sign. however when they are sent a file Adobe sign doesnt open and Adobe Acrobat just opens instead with no actions for the form they need to sign. from my understanding you dont need any Adobe license to just sign a Adobe Sign document sent to me and it shows they have Personal accounts they also cant even sign into Adobe Sign and just takes to adobe Acrobat page The users dont exisit on the admin console and we have never had any Adobe sign products, so the users have only ever been receivers of Adobe sign forms and can no not open them to

However, the email was not on second step "Create an agreement from a library template and send for signature" When I checked the adobe, waiting for filingDo you think if this relate to licence that I have?. Because I have seen a lot of tutorial. The second step should sent an email from adobesign@adobesign.com to recipient to Review and Sign. Thank you  

Hello all, I'm new to the community and wondering if anyone knows if Adobe sign is capable of sending a document to a particular signer based on user input.  I have a facility use document for 11 different buildings. Each building has their own supervisor principal. It's a school and I would like to have just one document that redirects to the proper principal based on a drop down menu with all the building names.  Anyone know if this is possible. Thank you,Paul

Why are the people in the CC field gets a notification even if the letter is still out for signature or approval, I though they will only receive the copy of the letter when all parties have already signed and/or approved?

I'm looking to make a report that tells me if anyone answered "no" to any questions on a specific form. How would I go about doing this? For reference, I am using the Adobe Sign for Business Free Trial

Hello Experts,We want to add a Signer Group in a WEB FORM such that any member of the group can sign the document and it gets completed. As I see, I can add multiple signer as Counter Signers but as I am unable to find a group setting here. Can anyone guide me how to acheive that. Regards,Hanif

Here is where I could use some help...I want a signer to have the option to enter an "other" deposit amount On the form, they can select (via a radio button group) 100% or 50% of the total amount as the figures are auto populated.  There is a 3rd option in which the customer can enter a manual amount which should be between the 50 and 100% amountt.  Currently, with no validation - the signer sometimes enters an amount less than the 50% - which needs to be prevented.  Can someone assist on what that validation would look like?  

I just created a web form on my computer. I am now testing the form. On iPhone, I cannot fill out the form because the "Submit" menu pops up in front of the form and covers the top half of the form. If I click Cancel, the "Submit" menu closes and I can see the whole form. Then, when I tap on a form field to begin filling it out, the "Submit" menu immediately reappears. While the "Submit" menu is open, I can fill out the lower half of the form, but cannot view or access the upper form because it is obstructed by the "Submit" menu. I sent it to my colleague and she has the same issue on her older model iPhone. We are a nonprofit school. We need to be able to send this out to our adult students and have no issues like this. Is there a way to turn off the pop-up "Submit" menu? Or is there any other work around?

I have Adobe E Sign.I need to create my e-signature so I can sign documents.  But can not get the program to work.  Trying to sign for Crowdgig 1099.

We have an adobe sign account and linked with my salesforce application to allow user to electronically sign document.  Application is working fine if adobe account user login to salesforce(admin user) click on the sign document button, he receive a document URL and able to see document to sign it.  But, if any non adobe account user login to salesforce (admin user), click on sign document button, he is not able to access document URL, he also should be able to access the document url to sign it. could you please help us on this. Is there API reference to get the signing URL. We would like to implement a functionality where specific salesforce profile user can access the adobe generated document to sign it.Appreciate your urgent help on this,

Is there anyway to set your mobile app notifications to receive a notification when a document has been signed? The only notifications I recieve is when I have a document to sign.

Hello, my name is Peter.I utilize Adobe Sign on a daily basis, and we include very detailed messages and long email addresses when we are sending out a document for signature. One of the main difficulties my team and I have is that there is no way to go back to the "Add signers" page from the "Specify where to fill and sign".The reasons you might need to return to the "Add signers page":    A) if you choose the wrong document,     B) select the incorrect email,     C) put emails out of order or     D) remember you typed a number or word wrong in the message.If this feature can be added, it would save much time and frustration for users of Adobe sign, and would probably prevent them from returning to more convenient platforms for collecting signatures. If you want businesses to stay in the Adobe ecosystem it is imperative that you create an easy to use interface.Thank you! 

I have signed the document.  How do I return the document to sender?  I've tried everything from saving it to copying and nothing works.

Hi, When sending out a document for e-signatures and then having it completed via the recipient, I am finding that the document sent then also includes an audit trail which is something we would like to remove and just allow the document to be sent. Are you able to tell us how to remove this feature please. Thanks

When in Prepare form, either in DC or Adobe Sign, add the ability to select multiple fields and edit the properties to make them the same i.e. in AS select a rand of fields and make them all prefill, sender, etc. . 

can I create a workflow or is there a way to send a template to a person and when that person signs it, automatically send the same person another template to the same person's email for them to sign it as well?

Hello,I would like to confirm two fields have the same data in them. I've a dropdown list with months listed January through December. I would like the user to confirm the month in another dropdown that has an identical list and if possible, provide a warning if they do not match. Is there an out of the box way accomplish this?If not, what else might be done to check this? Thank you
