Hello,I have been working on a project since last month. The share link worked fine. But it has suddently stopped working since 2 days. I have my submission due. can someone help. I now cannot create a link. I keep getting a pop saying - unable to create link.
All my generated qr codes are not working anymore. It is also not possible, to generate new qr codes. It looks like the service is down. Tomorrow I have a meeting were i need the scenes, it would be great to have it working then.
I have the same issue like a lot of people. Last wendnesday everything worked. I need the links tomorrow for an important event. I had contact with the adobe support all day long. They sad, that they will conact me with a phone call. The problem is really urgent. I even can't generate new links.
Issue loading scene: "There was a problem loading the scene" Check your internet connection and try again. Upon further investigation, my internal link manage file says: ERROR Failed to contact the origin. None of my QR codes are working and I use them for my clients. They're starting to get upset. Is there any updates from Adobe? That could tell my clients.
It seems that none of the AR scenes are loading through shared links or QR codes in Adobe Aero, this includes both my own projects and even the default Aero experiences. I've tested across multiple devices, and nothing is working. This issue is severely impacting my work, as I have clients who are relying on these QR codes for public-facing projects. Can you please let me know when this will be resolved or if there’s a workaround in the meantime?
So I spoke to a technical assistant this morning, about the issue that I know a lot of people are experiencing. The red pop up box saying unable to generate link. This is the response I got. "The next update will release in the last week of this current month and you will surely see the issues be fixed in that." Everyone please get in touch with assistance as well. This will help create an urgency and get a fix sooner. Waiting till end of the month is very late. Im sure a lot of us have deadlines within this week.
I'm using the latest Adobe Aero pre-release with geospatial, and I'm not able to create a shareable link. When I click share, it get's stuck on "Setting Up Project" and never gets any further. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, and I'm on a personal account.
Lo hemos probado en conjunto con compañeros, diferentes proyectos y NO FUNCIONA.
No funcionan los QR, dan error, ayer funcionaban perfectamente

All my QR codes stopped working. I can not generate new links either. Attached is a picture of what I get when I try to scan the code.
None of my QR codes are working on Adobe Aero. When I scan them it says, "there was a problem loading the scene. Check your internet connection." I have used my iPhone and iPad Pro. I even tried it with WiFi. Please help.
Aero share links are not working across iOS and Android devices. The following message appears but the link fails to work in safari and the same message pops up again.
Hi Adobe team, I'm creating a series of AR experiences in Adobe Aero and have encountered a consistent issue with thumbnails: Problem:Even after correctly uploading a custom thumbnail image (JPG, 2000×2667, <1MB) via the Share > Thumbnail panel and clicking “Apply Changes”, the thumbnail:• Does not appear on the public share link preview (https://adobeaero.app.link/...)• Does not show up on the white “Loading…” screen when the link is opened on mobile (iPhone)• Does not display when the link is pasted into platforms like Viber or opened in an incognito browser What I’ve Tried:• Uploaded the thumbnail multiple times and clicked “Apply Changes”• Created a brand new share link by duplicating the Aero project• Tried different JPGs, resolutions, and names• Tested in incognito browsers and multiple apps (Telegram, Safari, etc.)• Even used external debuggers (Facebook Sharing Debugger) — confirms no metadata is embedded What Does Work:• The AR experience loads and ru
A .glb file that previously opened without any issues in Adobe Aero is now failing to load. This file has not been modified and remains structurally identical to the version that worked before. It opens correctly in other tools such as glbviewer.net and Blender, indicating the issue is specific to Aero—potentially introduced in a recent app update.

Aero sur Android ne fonctionne pas. Il initié la scène puis revient sur l'écran d'accueil de l'application.Samsung Galaxy S24, sur Android 15.
Aero has bug, I cant see Antthing, when I scan QR code, maybe Aero can't turn on camera in mini app.
Hi all!Long time XR developer, first time Adobe Aero user (surface tracking beats all other webAR options rn - very nice!)I have a tree with an animation exported from Blender. If i import this back into an empty blender file, everything is there and works as expected, animation is looping properly after 8 seconds/200 frames. If i import it into Aero and play the animation on start, it always cuts off at 4 seconds.I checked the few settings in the Aero animation panel, the clip length is set to 8, speed to 1, no transition and it's set to looping. Even if i extend the animation to 16 seconds (since i thought it might be a bug where it just cuts the animation in half) it stops and jumps back to start after 4 seconds. If i import the same model as fbx, it works fine and plays the animation in full but the materials don't look as nice. Any tips??
Hi everyone,I'm currently using Adobe Aero Beta (Desktop) and I'm having an issue where imported assets (including built-in assets) do not show up in the scene. The strange thing is — these same assets were showing properly before . Now when I add them, I can see their names in the Scene panel, but nothing appears in the viewport. And also, my previous project also show nonthing in the panel. Here’s what I’ve tried:- Delete & reinstall Aero- Restarting Aero- Creating a new project- Using different built-in assets - Checking position/scale (set to 0, 0, 0 and scale 100)- Internet connection is stableI’m using ASUS TUF Gaming A15 with NVDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU.Is anyone else facing this issue or knows how to fix it?Thank you!
I am new to Adobe Aero and downloaded it for an assignment, but when I go to create it will respond to any button except, starter assets. There is no response and nothing will apear when I click anything under it. Is there something I am missing as to being to use Aero? I have beta for desktop downloaded.
