Adobe Aero

I've tried opening Adobe Aero 0.18.4 on several Intel-based iMacs and all I get after the Adobe login is a blank Aero window shown below. I've also tried it on a M1 Mac mini, but I get the same result. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try to get it to work? 

Ive created numerous scenes in adobe aero i used to have no problem with them loading but since its been updated none of my old or new scenes load at all?  does anyone know why this is its very frustrating

Can someone explain why I can't run Adobe Aero player on one of the most powerful phones out there? Is it Samsung's or Adobe's fault?The same happens with Premiere Rush.WTH?? 

Today, when I had the opportunity to present a city guide created using AERO to a client, I received a message on my client's Android Google Pixel 6 saying, "The model you are using is not authorized to use Aero in this country." Presentation failed.The location here is Tokyo, Japan. AERO should recommend Google Pixel 6. What's the problem? What should I do?

Something that totally trashes Aero for me is the appearance of very fine lines at top edge of bitmaps where there's transparency.  No, it's not a rogue line of pixels with colour values, they're totally transparent. Have even been into images and cropped down, to be absolutely sure.  These lines appear both in pngs and also using photoshop (been using photoshop for 25+ years, so there's no error here!).  Makes me question why I subscribe to Adobe Cloud really, because if Aero's no good, won't need the cloud thingy.What really sours the Adobe experience is their tech support which to be honest I dread engaging with because there's and underlying element of sabotage built-in.  What do I mean by this, well, you ask a serious question, they tell you to reboot your applications, or as one support said, he wanted me to open a .jpg.  I explained that .jpgs don't have transparency option which he should have known!  He then proceeded to do the pretend and well ac

I am on windows 11 and my aero app immediatly crashes after opening. I've used it before with no problems so i dont know what happend. I've reinstalled the app many times, even an older version, but no change. Anyone know how to fix this?

I was able to load GLB on the mobile version of the app, but the recently updated version fails to load and the app crashes. why is that?I have an iPhone 11 and the app version is … 2.20.2 (28).Until now, I was able to read up to 11 to 30 MB without problems.The app crashes with [@converting(file name)].I would like to go back to the previous version. . .

Dear Adobe Community,  Saw that this has been an ongoing issue for awhile now. Yesterday I downloaded aero, played around with it, and was able to use it seemlessly. Since today, I cannot create a link to ANY of my projects to save my life. Even the ones I already created a link for yeterday, and since than made absolutely no updates to them. Oddly enough, the already published QR codes for my project from yesterday are working seemlessly, I can view my models in AR on my phone, yet I can't create a new link for them.  Seems like an error. The "Unable to create link" appears instantaneously, when I click the button.Like, if I wanted to open a website without any network connection.  Is there a reliable workaround?  MY SPECS: (sorry, not sure which is relevant) iMac (Late 2015)- Processor: 3,2 Ghz Quad-Core Intel Core i5- Memory: 16GB 1867 Mhz DDR3- Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M380 2 GBThanks a ton in-advance, if anyone can throw m

Hi, Whenever I try to place an asset or create a scene I get a black screen with the constant "finding surfaces" message and icon. I have made sure the app has access to the camera and have deleted and reinstalled several times. The phone  an iPhone 12 max . Any advice welcome.

For adobe aero I’m tryna see if it’s possible to anchor a model to a object or QR code so that the model will spawn on top of the object stationary, like a paper or table so any time the table is looked at it would appear 

I'm using the Adobe Aero Beta on MacOS Ventura 13.0.1. I am creating an AR poster in Aero, and I have selected an image anchor. The image anchor appears to be on a vertical surface as I've selected, and the axis in the bottom left corner is accurate, but when I adjust the y position of an object, it moves in the z direction, and vice versa for the z position. The axes in the corner do not match the position under layout. The poster looks correct, but this is confusing me because it does not work the same way as I've seen in tutorials. I've included a video for context.

Has anyone had an error report after closing Adobe Aero For desktop.  I am using an Imac Pro running Sonoma OS.  Could it be that Adobe has not updated to a newer version of Adobe Aero?  I have not had that error before.  it started showing up several weeks ago.

When I import a character from Mixamo to Aero, the character be solid, yellow, no texture. There is no way to import the materials from the character?

L'idée serait de diffuser le documentaire (photographie, son et texte) à certains arrets de bus, espace propice à l'attente et aux découvertes. J'ai testé abode Aero et je le trouve génial. Toutefois, il me semble que si je me lance dans ce projet avec ce logiciel, très peu de personnes auront accès à la Réalité augmenté avec leur téléphone. Hello!Im trying to apply a face rig to a 3D ready player me avatar in blender to eventually bring into Adobe Aero. So far applying the face rig is no issue but I when I play back the animation in Adobe Aero it severely distorts the face in ways that Blender doesn't show.Ive reviewed the weights for each bone in the face and the deformation that is happening in adobe aero is no where close to where the weights are for the bone that is being animated.I did a simple test animating just a few key frames of a single jaw bone, but portions from the forehead, eyebrow, eye lid and others are making the model look demonic.Has anyone else tried running face rig animations in Aero and succeeded?Ive attached photos of relatively the same frame from both Blender and Aero. Thanks in advance!

Since today I'm not able to load animations. App asks me to check internal connection. I'm pretty sure it's good. Does any has the same issue?
