Adobe Aero

Hi, is it possible to have a list of compatible mobile devices? I found this one ( Samsung Galaxy S22, Samsung Galaxy S21, Google Pixel 7, Google Pixel 6) and this one for ARCORE ( https://developers.google.com/ar/devices?hl=it ). We bought GALAXY TAB A8 tablets which were compatible with ARCORE but are not compatible with APP AERO, from google Play it tells me that the app is not compatible with the device. As I would have to buy more tablets to use in schools to be able to use Adobe AERO app, isn't there a TABLET list like for apple devices?Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Was testing a geospatial scene and tried sharing to test across multiple devices (all ios), and they all loaded for a bit and then crashed. Saw that others are experiencing this as well; is it user error or whats going on with aero?

I applied for the pre-release version of Aero Geospatial from the URL below and received a downloadable email, but when I got a new PC, I lost the email and was unable to install it on my new PC. I tried applying again from the URL below, but I haven't received a reply even after a month. Hi everyone.I'm having difficulties importing a 3D model that includes a glass sphere into Adobe Aero. I want to ask if there's a way to keep it transparent when exporting from Stager?  Here's how I created my 3D model:1. I created it in Nomad Sculpt2. I used Adobe Substance 3D Painter to add the glass appearance to the sphere3. Sent it to Stager. In Stager, I chose Export for Aero (and it was exported as a .GLB file)4. I imported the .GLB file into Aero, but the glass material is gone. Below are the actual result and my expectation:     I hope to receive your help on this >_<

Is it a standard JSON file, or does it have a specific structure? Despite my efforts to search online, I haven't been able to find detailed information about it. I have done a few small side projects in Aero. My background includes Premiere, Flash (back in the day) and some After Effects. I have the aptitude but can't find help for basic things in documentation or the promo videos. Thanks for answering any or all. I use the desktop version.IMAGE ANCHORSIf I want viewers on a house interior tour to aim towards a wall, should I place that anchor first in Aero then add objects? If I add objects first and bring a wall in it maps the anchor to the floor. Then I have to change the Anchor Type to vertical and then back to Image and re-import. Then that takes the objects I already had and makes them lie on the ground horizontally. I took the time today to try to Geo Augment a local shops indoor facilities.I thought that if you knew the general layout, and even though you cannot see inside the building from the 3d map, you could place items and them move them around as needed.  This WOULD BE MASSIVE as one code would allow a person to walk in the store and see everything playing out in front of them without the need for self placement, which would not work.It was a no go.  Nothing showed up inside the building, no matter the model large or small.  In fact, we finally found a model floating and it acted as if it didnt know where it was supposed to be......kinda like if a real object was in front of a augmented, the augmented will take on a mind of its own.Anyone else try indoor augmenting using GEO?  How do you think this will play out in the future.  

So I've been uploading GLTF files to Adobe Aero and a couple weeks ago they stopped being eligible to select. I was wondering if someone can help me. I've been trying to figure out, but can't

I see that Aero has both plane tracking and image tracking capabilties. Is there a way to activate them at the same time?  For example, if I hav a poster on a wall, I'd like the poster to trigger the experience, but if the poster is off the camera, I'd like the experience to use plane tracking.   Or if possible activate both plane tracking and image tracking so i could have an AR character walk up to the poster.  Anyone know how to do this? Or have any workarounds?

Hi. I am working on a public art project where the QR code will point users to a specific cement base upon which a 6 foot sculpture (AR, not real) will stand. I want the sculpture to be centered on the plinth and stay there- in other words, I do not want users to 'place' it. I have notice when I use a QR code or link it is asking me to position the asset myself. This is not what I want. I can't image anchor the work as there is no image to anchor it to. I just need it to appear + stay centered on the pedestal from any user scanning the QR code or using the link with or without the app. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi all, Hoping to recieve some assistance!I'm wanting to upload material to adobe aero that is shadeless and matte. I have tried optimising the material across the programs I am using (Nomad sculpt), and even tried uploading and downloading from Sketchfab, as it was something I heard solved the problem with PBR set to shadeless.No matter what I do, it seems to always apply reflection. The white flash looks much worst in the app, and blanks out all the other objects as it spins. Apologies if this is a novice question, but any help would mean the world!

I'm struggling to edit files with image anchors, as when I open the file it asks me to locate the image to even be able to edit this. Where as before I just had a holding image in the file, this makes it difficult to edit the file as soon as you move away from an actual image it just  goes to a screen with a picture of the image anchor that you can't seem to get out off you can't even return to the Home Screen, I'm working on an up to date iPad Pro. I've tried this on other devices and this is the same. Is this just me! This is not a helpful update in fact its a pain 

Hi,I'm just starting with Aero and need some help.I am using an image anchor and have the object appearing. I then have two other layers that I want to appear, when the object is tapped.The first behaviour I have set up is that when the scene starts, the 2 additional layers/images are hidden.When the main object (that is still displayed) is tapped and a new image displays.If the main object is tapped again the new image is hidden.However, if the new image is tapped, a 3rd image displays. If this is tapped again it is hidden, and so reverts to the previous state.Is it possible to get this to work? And if so, how do I set up the Behaviours?Thanks.

Hey Adobe Aero Team, Is there a way to reduce the file size of an aero project? There are times when I want to swap a image anchor or I delete assets from my project, but the file size actually grows instead of shrinking. Does this have to do with the assets being stored in previous projects? I tried deleteing past project in the "Manage Projects" section, but I haven't seen much luck there either. The only way I've been able to reduce the size is by making a whole new project and making sure I don't do many edits.  Thanks for your help!

Hello All, I've created an animated png sequence in photoshop to import into Aero. I imported the zipped file of the sequence. When imported, a white background appears despite saving it with an alpha channel. The images play just fine using the behaviors but the background is a problem. I double-checked that the background is actually transparent by importing a single png from the animation sequence. The single image (light blue bar on the left) has no background. Hoping you can shed some light on what I'm missing. Thank you so much! This is a screenshot. Hoping

I'm having a problem with the adobe aero experiences that I created using geospatial creator. They are working fine sometimes, but at sometime it's impossible to load the experiences. i don't know if it's a problem with the server of adobe or what's the problem, but this experiences are made to be viewed from a lot of people, but at some hours (when I need it the most) it's just impossible to start it. its there a way in which I can solve this? I Don't know if there's a pay version which can improve the server or the capacity, I don't know..  can anyone give me some idea? thanks 

I have Been trying out the New Adobe GeoSpatial app and I;m running into some issues. 1) Aero seems to fail importing the 3d data from Google when an address is used. coordinates work 2) Cant create a Sharable link. Get hit with an error message  3) iOS version can't open any file with Geo Anchor so its impossible to test. 4) Cant install on Mac silicon computers Please let me know if you have found solutions or work-arounds to any of these issues

I created 3d text model in Blender and exported it as .fbx , but failed to import in Aero, it showed "Reason: RT3D Import failed".Then, I exported the model as obj file. It imported to Aero sucessfully(. obj + .mtl in zip file), but the texture dosen't showed, only showed in white color. Afterthat, I also tried .usdz and .gltf , it had same problem, can't see the texture.I am using macOS.
