Adobe Aero

I'm using the latest Adobe Aero pre-release with geospatial, and I'm not able to create a shareable link. When I click share, it get's stuck on "Setting Up Project" and never gets any further.  I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, and I'm on a personal account.

Hi allI have been trying to create a link for a project I have been working on and everytime I try it I get an error message "Unable to create a link". It's not size related as I tried with a smalle project (4mb) and still get the same issue. I am on an iPad running latest versions of both iOS and Aero. Also on the desktop version (Windows 10) I get a similar issue: no link is created but I just don't get any message, it just dismisses the "Create link to AR experience" message with no further action. Any ideas?  Thanks!

All of my QR code stopped working. Please help.

All my QR codes stopped working. I can not generate new links either. Attached is a picture of what I get when I try to scan the code.

None of my QR codes are working on Adobe Aero. When I scan them it says, "there was a problem loading the scene. Check your internet connection." I have used my iPhone and iPad Pro. I even tried it with WiFi. Please help.

I recently attended a recorded version of a webinar about Adobe Substance and Aero. The instructor seemed to say that you can develop a scene in Adobe Aero, share the QR code with anyone, and their IOS device will be able to scan that code and they can view the scene WITHOUT the Adobe Aero App or an Adobe ID. Is that correct? I have tried the QR code from the instructor and it won't work on my mobile devices without opening the app. This is a snippet from one of your product pages: https://www.adobe.com/products/aero.html, specifically: Instant Aero. Wherever you AR.Now anyone can view your projects without downloading an app. Distributing your work is as easy as sharing a QR code that will launch AR on smart devices.Is this truly the case? What might I be doing wrong when viewing the instructor's QR code? 

Aero share links are not working across iOS and Android devices. The following message appears but the link fails to work in safari and the same message pops up again.

Hi, By default, the wider angle is propose for Aero experience on smartphone. I wish I could choose the lens I want for recording otpion (picture and film)Is there a way to choose the lens ?thxmhd

Hello. I built an AR experience in Aero and I am trying to share it with someone. I exported a REAL file and I am able to open it on my desktop with Aero, but they are not. When they try to open the REAL file in Aero the window opens and the name of the file appears at the top, but there is no content. They've let it run overnight in case it was just slow to load and nothing ever appears. The file is 9MB so it must have content. We are both running the same latest version of Aero (v 0.17.2). My only guess is they have a much more serious firewall and network protection than I do. Would that have an effect? Or is there something else I can try? The only solution I can think of is to send them all my assets and have them rebuild the expereince on their machine... which is not a great solution. Do they need all the 3D assets as well as the REAL file for it to open?

Is there away to make the boats within Aero move around the lake object. The animation included with the boats are just floating movements. What do I need to do to make the boat circle the lake and come back continously.

I have been trying to figure out how to get the Geospatial Creator. Apparently it is a link that I have to download? I have tried the advice from previous posts but some of these posts are over a year old and no longer are applicable.  Does anyone have a link that is functional? Thanks,JOs

A .glb file that previously opened without any issues in Adobe Aero is now failing to load. This file has not been modified and remains structurally identical to the version that worked before. It opens correctly in other tools such as glbviewer.net and Blender, indicating the issue is specific to Aero—potentially introduced in a recent app update.

I have NEVER been able to get this to create a link. Corporate account. Lots of missed oportunities that this would have been used for.

in stager und auch in dimension wird der export eines ausgeählten objekts für aero angeboten. der export auf den rechner als GLB funktioniert. um aber die datei in aero zu verwenden muss sie in die cc dateien. der upload funktioniert aber nicht - fehlermeldung:  "1 datei konnte nicht hochgeladen werden, bestimmte dateitype werden nicht unterstützt" damit geht dann auch die veröffentlichung mit web-link nicht.—system mac 15.4.1 (cc updates aktuell)danke für hilfe

I was working in Adobe Aero. I want to reopen a Aero project I was working on. I see it in my cloud but theres no "open in Adobe Aero" option.All I see is:Open in webPreviewRenameDuplicateMove and deleteWhere is "open file" or something along those lines?
