Hi there, I cant seem to click on the "back and forth" square, it's shown as unavailable. I'm on a Mac 

How can I change the default, "studio" reflection on my very reflective model? I'd like to use an exterior HDRi.

Hi, new user, new to AR to, i'm working in the construction bussiness, and sometimes need to vizualize new "things", roads/houses etc, I know trimble has some software/hardware solution for this, but for the thing I'm after centimeter level of precision is not needed, so...If I have a 3D model geolocked(from a 3D modeling software) at any specific WGS84 coordinates, is aero capable of getting that model onto its specific WGS84 coordinates? if so, how? and what model formats? textures is not needed at this point,Cheers,k.

Can i use 360 degree photos/images in Adobe AERO? for environments ?ty 

Quando cerco di installare aero sia su mac che su windows il programma di caricamento parte arriva al 46% si blocca poi riparte dal 74% e poi di colpo arriva al 100% lo installa ma quando tento l'avvio non si apre.

Is there a way to create a trigger to stop an audio narration in Aero? I cannot find such a feature, and since we intend to use Aero for educational purposes, it seems implausible that there is no way to stop the audio. Do you have any suggestions for resolving this problem?

Good afternoon,Has anyone else had troubles with their fbx files (with materials baked in) showing up as either extremely metallic or completely matte? There seams to be no in-between, and I wonder if there is a method to adjust the reflectiveness that Adobe Aero will acknowledge? I have tweaked so many things and nothing is working. My models are in C4D and my PBR materials are composed with png from Adobe Substance Painter.

I've created a project in Adobe Aero and I'm looking to create a shareable link for it, however when I hit share and try to create the link I am met with the message: "Unable to create link. Something went wrong and we are unable to create your link". I've tried creating the link for my project on my iPhone, iPad, a Desktop PC and a MacBook and nothing seems to work. I see similar threads but none of the solutions on those worked for me, I was wondering if somebody could help! I'm currently on a PC running Windows 11, and using a school Adobe account.

Hi,I am writing to report an issue that I have been experiencing with your AR application. I have been using the app for quite some time and have created multiple AR experiences without any problems. However, recently, I have encountered an issue with the AR content not tracking to the anchor image. To give you more context, I added an anchor image to my project, added graphics, hit preview, and everything worked as expected. However, when I hit share and scanned the QR code, I could see the AR content, but it was not tracked to the anchor image. I have tried everything, including uninstalling and reinstalling both apps (mobile & desktop), building the project again on different machines, using a different anchor image, using a different phone to preview it, and the list goes on and on. Unfortunately, the issue persists, and I can't seem to get the AR content to track to the anchor image. As someone who has used your app for quite some time and even taught a class using i

Preview in the app is also fine. No error when sharing. Not had this issuebefore. Dosn't feel with me confidence. When is this app out of Beta anyway?

I'm trying to make a link for one of my projects and every time I try to make a link for it it always says "unable to make link". And this is for other projects too, I just downloaded it yesterday so I don't know what to, please help.

I am using adobe aero and i want to know if there is a way to stop an infinite audio loop on an on trigger or anytype event. I am playing a sound that is looping but i want it to stop and play a different sound when i press a button.

I am using Aero on my PC to create a file. I open that file on my Ipad to preview the file.Now sometimes it says the file is still open on my PC and it makes a copy. Thats fine for testing, because I only make changes on my PC. Sometimes I have to change the assets so I replace the file. And here is where I think it goes wrong. I makee a QR code, and when I scan it and open it, to use the file on my same Ipad, it sometimes shows the wrong assets. (Like it remembered the assets, from the copied files that are also on my tablet). When I use my phone, or PC the right assets are shown.   When I deleted the earlier copys that where made on my Ipad, the problem seems to go away.I use the Ipad and QR code to show the files to clients, it's very annoying if an asset is the wrong asset.  Does anybody ever have the same issue?     

Hi there. I've attempted to bring into Aero an animated GIF from Photoshop. First time I did a quick test and all was well. Gave it an action of 'play images' when the scene starts. I then went on to create my proper and final animated GIF for a project and followed the same import sequence. It doesn't work. I've tried all sorts:• Ensuring the image is square, less than 1024x1024• Exported the animated gif to play once / and also forever• Quit the project / quit Aero / restarted machine• Tried multiple new projects You name it, I've done it. The mad thing is that one of my test graphics that was failing to work started working later on when I'd come out of the project and had gone back in. No logic what so ever. I attach an animated GIF to see if anyone can import okay. I've tested the GIF by loading into a browser and you can see it animate. Green light stays on for 3 seconds, followed by 8 seconds of yellow and then returning to green. This is most frustratin

I made some projects with anchor image and if I had the app. installed all was fine, I can move in the real world and all the 3d models stay in their position, but If I don't had the app. installed all works only if I constant fram the image anchor. If I move in the real world and I don't frame the anchor image all stop and it tell to me to frame the anchor image. Instead if I had the app. installed thats doese't happen.It is possibile to fix it?

Hello adobe community, i did a project in Adobe Aero (Desktop App for Windows). When i share the QR Code, none of my Android Friends can view it. But this is a known Problem.My iOS Friends have to install the iOS App to view my Project.It says that there is no app clip. How do i create a Appclip so other ios users can see it without installing an app. Background: I want to print the QR Code on a business card. The (hopefully) new customer can scan the QR Code and watch his product in his own enviroment. Hi. I have a problem with my adobe aero. I have already created and animated my object. So after I closed the app, when I open back, my object does not appear only the white screen only. Please help me what should I do. Thank you.

As in title, my work doesn't want to load in Aero.I could see my layers, but nothing happened. I can't see the graphic.My file is 2.2 MB, so this is not big, right? Why is it like that?Is the number of layers a problem? Or perhaps layers size?Each one is PSD and has 2244 × 2381 300dpi. Is it too big?I'll be grateful for your help. 🙂Julia
