Adobe Collaboration Experiences

I have a single XD file that I'm working on and I keep having this problem very frequently where I don't get the new version of the file even if the Creative Cloud "popup" says it's synced (it's not). This happens when working on two machines one a Windows 10 and the other a Mac Mini (Mac OS 10.12). The problem is solved by modifying the old version stored locally, then the actual file appears! Honestly, this is extremely annoying

When permanently deleting files, the progress thermometer contains a typo.It says 'Deleteing', not 'Deleting'

Receiving the following error on 2 of my Libraries when trying to send an invite"We couldn't send your invite. Please try inviting fewer people."Does not seem to matter how many users I am attempting to send, and it is isolated to just 2 of my libraries.

I can not copy the link on the "Manage Links" page. It will not copy onto my clipboard

This issue is happening on a PC and Mac. Importing the file show not issue. Error only show up in the web browsers. (Chrome and Safari).

Add 25 jpeg files to a new folder on website. All synced. Share folder with client and no files present.Share Link with client and files are in the folder and downloadable.Basic stuff that really should work.

I think a folder idea in the published xd link is essential. Because links are piling up. So it'll be good if there is an option for structure via folder

My Windows 7 computer is set to use English. The CC website, however, defaults to Swedish. I change this to English with the cog wheel icon at the bottom left corner. The page reloads, but it is still in Swedish.

Error uploading files by drag and drop into the browser. Chrome on OSX mojave

I cannot upload files to the web portal fro creative cloud. I'm trying this as the syncing isn't working either with the desktop app and the mobile app????

I tried to open an indd. file on the cc assets website. Can't open it due to an error. It says that there is no download available. I have got another file that opens as it should be and I can view it and place comments. Any ideas?

I can't preview a PDF file on my Chrome browser. I remember it was possible with the older design. I should use Google Drive...

Unable to delete, move or overwrite files. Adobe cloud always says that they can't find the file for deleting or moving but the file is still there in the directory.

I can't delete XD prototypes any more since you updated the website!!! Please fix this ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why could not I use my Adobe Creative Cloud Collection? All of them. I even had to upgrade them. Even when I tried, it could not be downloaded. Does it have to do with the payment problems, etc.,? Or could it be possible for other issues regarding to it?

Maybe I'm blind, but I can't find the download button for my own assets or folders in the new design?Also please link libraries with files. I would really like to have access to my files in my library panel in Photoshop for example.

I shared an Indesign file with my client team and when I open the Indesign file on my computer, their comments don't appear in my file. There is simply a 'share' button as if I have never shared it. In fact, I couldn't find the online shared file because as I found later after following the email link again, it is under the published tab, and I didn't know I had 'published', I thought I had 'shared'. In the Indesign file, I clicked again on the share button to see if I could find it - nope. I tried to download the pdf file the was shared (or Indesign?) - nope, no way to do that. Now, our team has no way of tracking in the file what comments I have addressed. I set up this share/review system with confidence that the Adobe review process would be usable. This is not usable, and now I am angry with you, and my client will be angry with me. If users can't track the comments in the file, don't allow comments, or don't make it look like you can track them and mark them as completed. Yikes -

Why can't I add or drag and drop file into my library panel in photoshop

When I try to drag graphics into the library to add them to a specific folder (instead of the + button that drops them to the bottom of the list), they often don't actually add. Nothing appears, and I have to drag it in multiple times for it to add properly

We share our indesign files for review, the client reviews, I can see their comments online, but when I open the file inside of indesign, it says there are no comments yet. I've signed out of indesign, closed all adobe programs, restarted, updated, etc. And we are stuck transposing edits from an online PDF to indesign. Really clunky. It's one of the most important features for professionals and adobe can't seem to eliminate the bugs. Help!

Hello, for the last week or so, the images of the documents I share in the "Share for review" function are too compressed, which affects the preview of the documents. I have received complaints from my clients about this. This is a very recent bug, because I never had problems of this kind.

Why doesn't "Command Z" (Undo function) work in the Library panel? It would be great if it did.
