Can we see a thumbnail of a given font using typekit platform api..if any such curl command is available?
Hello Adobe Community, We've had a developer for several years who helped us develop our website, and initially he created a web kit/project with the necessary fonts under his account. Fast forward a couple years, we've moved on to another developer and now need to create a replica of the web kit/project that developer #1 used. So we did - and we meticulously replicated the web kit/project so that they contain the same fonts (weights, variations, open type features, etc). When we switch the web Kit/Project ID in in our code, the result is that almost every font is a weight class lower, or a size smaller. We've double checked that everything is the same several times, but for some reasons it isn't going smoothly. I'm not a developer, so I apologize if my terminology is incorrect, but see the code below for reference. If anyone can help me with this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks Brian
Hey, I was reading the documentation on Typekit API and its Curl commands. I wanted to understand the use of both these commands. Also, can we see a thumbnail using any curl requests?

I am able to activate fonts in Adobe fonts but they don't come up in CC app. I am having enterprise id but i am not having CC subscription. So Can I use any fonts or not?
Hey all,Having a problem with Typekit this morning - all of the sites I have that are currently using an embedded Typekit (approx 10 sites) have all of a sudden lost their fonts.I tried getting onto the Adobe Fonts website, but none of the text is rendering, it's just a blank screen? Screenshot below. Is anyone else having trouble? I'm hoping Adobe is the issue as that means I don't need to troubleshoot my embedded Typekits, but at the moment I can't even login to find my Typekits...Thanks in advance.
I've been trying to get help from Adobe but I don’t seem to be getting any joy from either Typekit or Adobe support. We purchased a web font voucher from the Berthold Foundary and was issued a voucher to redeem in adobe fonts. Although logged in on the computer with the correct Adobe ID, I was logged in on my browser with a different one so the voucher/license redeemed in the wrong account.I need the voucher deleted from the incorrect Adobe ID so Berthold can reissue it for me. Is this something Typekit/Adobe Fonts absolutely must do or is there anything I can do?Thanks for your help
Has anyone seen this before? This dialog box pops up periodically, most likely related to the proxy weirdness internally (which I can do nothing about), but it won't accept any input. I can put the cursor in each field but when I type nothing happens. Keyboard works everywhere else. Also, I'm logged into Cloud, and am having no type issues within my apps.Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
I'm new to fonts, so if my idea is a bad one from square one, just tell me.I'm using a MacBook Pro laptop running the Mojave OS and am subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud. The main software programs I use are Dreamweaver and Photoshop. After upgrading to Mojave from Sierra, I decided it was time to start learning about fonts, so I purchased a font manager called Typeface from the Apple Store. I then downloaded Google's entire library of fonts. Now I can conveniently compare the fonts pre-installed on my laptop with Google fonts via Typeface. However, no fonts show up in my Adobe apps (e.g. Photoshop) unless I activate them in Typeface. At least, that's how I think things are supposed to work, and everything appears OK at this point. Now I'd like to do the same thing with Adobe fonts. Rather than go online and activate one font at a time, I'd like to make all the Adobe fonts visible in Typeface, where I can compare fonts, add notes, and activate and deactivate as I please. The Adobe fonts I
hello, i've been trying to clean up my fonts by deleting fonts i'll never use such as "myriad arabic" and "emojione" to make things more efficient, but I can't find those fonts anywhere in my computer's control panel for fonts. I've been searching for half an hour with no results on how to delete these from the scroll down. How can I remove these from my computer?
I have a CC subscription that I pay for every month, but I am unable to activate Adobe Fonts on the website. I still have access to my previously downloaded fonts, but when I try to activate a font, it just says "Available with CC." I already have a subscription, so why am I unable to activate fonts?I have tried contacting customer service and they tried to get me to buy Adobe Stock, which I don't want and don't need in order to use Adobe Fonts.I also had this issue in the past and it was fixed before by Support Staff. I think this is an internal thing that only a Support person can fix, but I don't know what else to do. I have client work that I have to do and need a specific font that was used in the past.
Hi! I have Creative Suite CC and Creative Suite 6 on two different machines. I want to use an Adobe Font (Sofia) on both machines. Uploads and works fine in CC, but can't see how to download for Creative Suite 6. Can I use the font with CS6? The tech people sent me here, claiming they can't help.
I am working on a project using the Muli font from Google, and after a reinstallation I noticed that Muli-Regular was updated to version 2.001.I looked at previous documents in the same project, and confirmed the font was Muli version 2.000.There is not a lot of difference between the two versions, except Muli version 2.000 included ttfautohint information, whereas 2.001 does not, and as a result the documents do look very different - especially because most other fonts in the family are still using the hinted version 2.000.After doing some research, I realized that the reason why Muli Regular and Semibold were updated is that the postscript name of the fonts changed, so the update does clarify menu classification. However, the difference between the versions means that I must now deactivate Muli from Adobe Fonts and install it locally in order to have consistent display. In this particular case it is not a huge problem since Muli is free, but I am wondering if the same could possibly h
Hi,I would like to leverage the font available and synch with my account on Scene7.I'm creating a scene7 template and I want to use the font "Novel Sans Hair 42" for this occasion. I don't find any information about if I can use the font and how can I do it.Is it possible and how?ThanksHenri
Every time try to toggle the "Activate all fonts" on it comes up with a red box on the bottom of the screen saying: "An error occurred while trying to sync all fonts. Some fonts may not be synced. Please try again."I have looked at this page, it doesn't helpTroubleshoot font activation problems in Creative Cloud I've signed out. I've restarted my computer. nothing works. I'm a Product Manager for a site that receives ~ 40M pageviews/month. There are several Adobe typefaces we're considering for our upcoming redesign. Our engineering team identified a 150-200 ms pageview hit to performance on each page load because Adobe doesn't have browser caching turned on. How might be be able to request having browser caching for our account to speed things up?Mike
Some I can active, but a lot are like in the screenshot. (I bought my CC version via a retailer)
I have been using this font family for a project, and synced it via typekit with illustrator and photoshop on my computer. Today I opened an .Ai file i'm working on and I got a missing fonts dialog box. I went through the prompts but Alix FB font family was not available. So I accessed Typekit through my creative cloud application and searched for this font family. I get the SORRY screen, as if the font family never existed!I googled Alix FB font family and an adobe font link comes up, but the script underneath says this font will be unavailable after April 22, 2019! When I click the link it takes me to the SORRY screen. Please help.
As of today, I am completely unable to activate any new fonts. This is my first experience with Adobe Fonts since they changed it from Typekit, for what it's worth. Whenever I go to the fonts tab of the CC app and hit "browse all fonts", the toggle switches do not show up on the Fonts website. I'm logged in, I have a full CC subscription, and I've tried multiple browsers. It seems to me as though Adobe (the Fonts website in particular) does not recognize that I'm logged in or that I have CC. Instead of the toggle switches to activate the fonts, it just says "Available with CC" in its place. Everything else about the website seems to be functioning properly. I can see my account info, my color libraries, the fonts I've activated in the past, etc etc. But for whatever reason, the toggle switches on the fonts just aren't there. I talked to support and all they could offer me was a snarky response saying "well it worked for me. try downloading mozilla firefox i know it will work there" (ver
Hi - I contacted support with this issue but got a reply that doesn't line up with anything I've read online:Most Adobe Fonts are not available to me. When I visit adobe fonts it says activate next to the fonts. When I click it, it redirects and asks me to login in - after I login it redirects me back to the font page but the activate option has disappeared and instead says "Available with CC". On the Plans page it says my Plan is "Free Adobe ID" but I have a CC subscription which my Adobe account lists as "Creative Cloud All Apps. Annual Plan, paid monthly". Shouldn't this subscription enable me to use the fonts I need? Support said that I need a Adobe Stock subscription, but I haven't read that or seen it indicated anywhere at all. Would appreciate some help on this!
I've been doing it without any problem, but today for some reason the switch does not appear.I'm logged in, I've tried clearing the caché, nothing. If I open the page logged out i can see the switch, when I log in it disappears.I can't do this from Chrome either. Firefox 64.0.2 (64-bit) on Mac OS 10.13.6 (17G4015)

Hi everyoneRegarding strokes on fonts:My company use the font Didot for our marketing materials. But it has very thin serifs/lines and is hard to read in smaller font sizes some times. Therefore we often put strokes on the letters. But it's a hazzel to do often, and is not always good on print...So we've found a graphic designer who can put a "permanent" stroke on it for us, and install this to use for materials where the original font is too thin (so we may supply with this new version). Is this ok to do, in terms of licencing?? We have no intentin of reselling the new font or alternating the original - we just want a thicker stroke on some letters to make the text more readable. Thanks in advance!
